Today I bought my first car through the dealership ship. Azael was absolutely amazing, helpful and motivating throughout the whole process. Anytime I felt discouraged he pushed me back to positivity and continued to help me with better negotiating options for my future car. I would absolutely recommend all my friends and family to Auto Mart to get service from AZAEL, he s amazing worker!

One of the best places to get a vehicle! They are very helpful, kind, and make buying a car super easy and simple. Lizbeth is one of the best here and knows what vehicle is right for you so you don t have to worry if you have trouble finding the vehicle for you. Car, SUV, Truck, coupe, she knows them all.

I m very impressed, hands down to Mauro!! I honestly didn t think I was going to leave with my car the same day. I just got off of work and just decide to see if I qualified for a trade in for my SUV. Mauro was so friendly greeted me as I walked in the door. He was very persistent for me to have my dream vehicle. The car is well taken care of and clean when I took it for a spin.Muchas gracias!!

Utmost applause to our sales rep, Antonio Ruiz. My husband and I walked-in intending to browse one last time as we were on our way to make an offer on a truck at another dealership. As soon as we told Antonio what we re looking for, he pointed out several trucks within our price range and assisted us with extreme professionalism. He even made it easy to test drive another truck at a location 30 mins away. Antonio went above and beyond to help us get the best vehicle possible without going far outside of our budget. As business owners ourselves, Antonio exhibited company pride and strengthened the HEART reputation. Thank you for making the new batch of the popcorn to fulfill my extra-ness . Awesome experience, Jacob was awesome. I had been working with another dealership for weeks and it was horrible it got to the point that I did not want to purchase a vehicle anymore. I came to AutoMart because I saw my dream truck on their website. As soon as I took it for a ride I immediately knew I had to become the owner of that truck. Jacob offered to help me and he definitely made this experience easy and effective. In less than 30 minutes I had an approval! I really appreciate Jacobs hard work and dedication. Will definitely be back in December!

Drove 90 min to test drive a car and potentially purchase. Was already preapproved for financing w/ my local credit union and made that clear to them. They asked me to fill out a credit application to move forward in the process and provide an out the door price. They stated multiple times they wouldn t pull my credit And I made it clear that there was no need to pull my credit. End up passing on the car b/c I discovered considerable on the rear bumper and they weren t willing to budge on the price. All good, sometimes that s how it goes But then today I found a hard inquiry on my credit even though they explicitly said they weren t going to Also used the same ole sleezy car sales tactics that have given used car dealers a bad name.

Spoke on the phone to buy a Toyota. I live far so I wanted to get things in order before I went. Set up the deal, then got a ride from 60 miles away. When I got there, I discovered the car had been stolen off the lot and there were pry bar dents on the doors and the front end was crashed. NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD TO ME. So I ended up with a hard credit pull and had to take a $75 Uber back home!

Jocelyn was/is amazing, took time to help me look at alot of different cars and showed me different pricing and was always happy to help. Got the car I wanted and it is a great car. The whole staff was awesome and very helpful in every aspect. Would definitely recommend.

Man I I have bad credit, my girlfriend and I tried a bunch of different places and they all turned me down. THEN I MET JAERRON. He told me he would do everything he could for me and he delivered on every promise. Thank you so much JAERRON, you are the best. Id you re buying a car go to Auto Mart Aurora and ask for JAERRON. I bought a car at Auto Mart USA of Aurora earlier this week, and overall it was a pretty great car buying experience. The salesperson working with me, Alfredo, was fantastic. He made the process smooth and relatively quick, which I really appreciated due to my busy schedule. He was quick to respond to my communication through text/email and did not try to pressure me or employ bait and switch tactics that I've experienced at dealerships in the past. Auto Mart also gave me good deal on my trade-in, which helped overall as well. Highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding, Antonio especially, he took a lot of time and put in a lot of care to find us the right car for our family! The whole team worked with us to find a great price to get us in a car today! Great experience overall not only would I recommend them, but we ll be back when it s time to get my oldest his 1st car next year! Thanks for making our move to Colorado easier.

I called on the phone I spoke with the salesman Mehdi he was very professional and understanding to our needs not to mention friendly and very witty, I let him know what my husband and I where looking for in a vehicle which is affordable, and reliable, I am excited about my new vehicle it is awesome..The downside I would say is that I wasn't given the choice of my own of a vehicle at all, The vehicle shown to though it was nice, wasn't what I wanted, I was looking for a small SUV but because I needed a vehicle right now i financed the car, and finance added super high interest rates which added enormously to the total of the price to my car but all said I really like the vehicle I financed, and Thank you so Mehdi
