I want everyone to know that Aurora AutoPros is the "real deal" auto service shop! I have been to multiple service centers throughout Colorado to have my vehicle serviced at one time or another. And never have I experienced the true honesty and extreme professionalism demonstrated; but foremost the excellent service performed on my vehicle. I mean the attention to detail, documenting photos to the damaged area to be repaired and the hands-on inspection and detailed explanation of the before and after repair plan was presented and delivered. If you want your vehicle really repaired, then go see these guys. I will never take my vehicle to anyone else ever again. They truly earned my confidence and respect. NO B.S. !Thank You Aurora AutoPros.

Edgar and his team are amazing. They take great care of our cars and provide exceptional customer service - always with a smile! Jose does a great job of explaining what is going on with my car in terms I can understand. I will continue to get my cars serviced here and I highly recommend them to everyone. After finding out that my Ford F450 dually had a power steering pump leak (quite bad I may add), I started doing research on auto repair shops in Aurora. I found AutoPros, looked at all the glowing reviews, and they are all true. Edgar, the owner, took all of my information on my truck during business hours and got back in touch with me after hours to give me an update. He found the part I needed, gave me a fair price over the phone, and I got an appointment set up for the next week. From the onset, Edgar and Jose were nothing but professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I dropped my truck off early in the morning and it was ready by that afternoon. Edgar made it a point to tell me that if I was not completely satisfied with the repairs that I could bring it back. I highly recommend AutoPros in Aurora for any of your auto repair needs. Edgar and Jose are great! Brought my old, but new to me, Cadillac in for service and tune up and asked for a general overall inspection. Turns out that the car needed quite a bit more work than anticipated, but the guys were quick to diagnose, offered to show me the items that needed repair, explained how they came to the conclusions that they did and provided me with an itemized estimate of which I could pick and choose a la carte and prioritize myself.Chose the basics, for now, and the guys were accepting of my decision, without pressuring me how to decide! This shop is honest, trustworthy, and dependable and I will definitely be returning for the additional identified service needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic shop!

I took my 2009 SUV to the Aurora Auto Pros to repair the wheel hub s grinding noise. I asked Edgar to put my car on the track for a visual inspection. To my surprise, the rear differential was leaking, the wheel hub worn out, and radiator was leaking profusely. Edgar and his team repaired/replaced these defective items in no time. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work, I believe the Integrity, providing quality auto service, and customer service are their characteristics. Edgar, Jose, Pedro are the true professionals in their fields and they will provide the best automotive services to their customers.

Made an appt to have them look at our daughter's car. Assumed there wouldn't be a charge for the estimate as no legit shop charges for the estimate. When we were checking the car in they told us there would be an estimate. Based on his comments it would probably have come to around $200 to check out the issues. Went to another shop and they gave us the estimate for free and fixed the next day. STAY AWAY!

Extending my appreciation to both Edgar and Jose. I took my car to them for a second opinion because I had a feeling I was been overcharged at another mechanic shop. They conducted a professional diagnostic and it turned out that the issue was totally different then previously told by the other mechanic shop. In the end my car was able to pass emissions and was charged accordingly. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

Thrilled with the service here. Edgar was working on my vehicles in his carport at his home over a decade ago before opening AutoPros. He was always professional, hard working, and honest with me as my mechanic. He runs his shop the same way. It is always a pleasure doing business here. In my humble opinion, the world needs a lot more more honest hard working people like Edgar running competent, dependable, and ethical businesses. Very satisfied with the service I received here! After purchasing a vehicle from an untrustworthy dealership, I took it here to get it inspected because I suspected something was wrong. They did a very thorough inspection and found a few things. They did a quick repair for a fair price. They were really friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely return if I need any future repairs!

I move into the area 10 years ago. I've been looking for an honest mechanic since then and feel like I've FINALLY found one. They don't over sell you, they diagnose and fix the problem. Truly a seamless transaction. I'll be returning should the need arise.

Edgar has been keeping my cars running great since before he opened Aurora Auto Pros. It has always been a huge relief to know I can trust my car, and refer friends and family, to his shop, and he and his amazing staff will do honest work they stand behind.
