The hail repair itself was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them for that. However, they couldn't match the satin black color my hood was so they asked if it could be wrapped instead. That in itself is no issue. The company they used for the vinyl wrap didn't do a very good job. They damaged my air intake bezel and the wrap has started to lift around it and it's been 8 months. *Updated review* They reached out and wanted to look at the wrap. They agreed that it wasn't done right so the wrap was redone!

Arapahoe collision has been my go to for any paint and body work for years now. This time they really went above and beyond fixing the dent and paint on the door of our bmw. I dented and chipped the driver's door on the corner of a metal box in our garage and the wife was about to kill me. Thanks for the perfect repair and paint match/blend!

These folks called me twice a week to keep me informed on the work on my car. Beautiful job. Even did a detail cleaning, inside and out. I recommend them and will have more work by them.

I was looking around for a shop that would be able to do some carbon fiber restoration on both the hood and trunk of my car. In one of the pictures you can see it was in some dire need of help. I went to a few places and this one was the only one that made me feel confident that it d come out well. We discussed ways to custom paint the hood with paint matching and I decided to just trust them to do what they do best. IMO I think the pictures speak for themselves.If you re looking for a good shop that can do basic or custom work, this one definitely should be near the top of your list.

My husband scheduled an appointment for his hail damaged vehicle over 8 months ago. They have had his truck for SIX weeks now and continue to have excuses as to why it is not available. They are blaming the cool weather and paint cure time, not realizing my husband is a mechanic who.... has a paint booth. They are horrible at keeping their word.

I remember I had some non-collision work done over the years and was always satisfied with the results. After my accident, I called to see if they had room/time to have car dropped off for repairs. Since I was a previous customer, they made room for me.Larry and his team did an absolute fantastic job repairing my car after my accident. My biggest concern was the paint matching but Larry's son (apologies I forgot his name) matched my paint perfectly.After the repairs and I took delivery I looked it over the next day in better light and noticed a few spots that needed to be touched up on the new panels that were painted. Without any questions, they asked me to bring the car in to assess it and estimate the time they needed to make it right. I couldn't recommend AC&M more.As a side note, I want to personally thank Dom(inique), who was always professional and kept me up to date on the status of my car, even when I was getting inpatient with some delays over parts availability and shipping delays that was not due to them.

WOW! I was totally blown away by the quality of work Larry and the team at Arapahoe Collision did on my Daughter's Scion. The car was in very bad shape when we brought it in. I thought we may have to sell it as salvage. Larry took the time to work with us and our budget to make sure we had a quality repair experience without breaking the bank. I can't say enough about the great communication during the project and the high quality of the end result. Outstanding! Thanks Larry. I really appreciate the help.

Let me start off by saying that they did tell me that the hail damage on my car totaled it out. I have a Suzuki and they don't make them any more so finding the panels that they needed to do the repairs would be impossible. As far as the company itself I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were very busy, but they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. This is a very family friendly office and very professional and friendly staff.

Had a bad situation with my car being totalled, everybody that worked there was insanely nice and super helpful with the process. One of the mechanics even helped me clean all the stuff out of my car. Great place, I will definitely be coming back for regular maintenance on the new vehicle.

Did an excellent job of repairs to my vehicle after hail damage. Talk to Dominique, Lisa, and Larry for estimates and quotes. They will deal with your insurance and take care of your investment!

Honestly, I would recommend an alternative option then here. I went to them to get my car repaired, through my insurance, wich was in the beginning of May, and they promptly scheduled me mid June. When my appointment was coming up, they push it back because they were backed up. When I agreed to rescheduled later that week, they again called to reschedule a day before my appointment. I unfortunately had plans to be out of town, so they recommend me to scheduled at the end of the month or following month. While I get that they are occupied with other appointment, I don't get why they scheduled my appointment at all, if they knew that they couldn't finish all their previous arrangements. They are friendly, but not worth the wait.

I was okay with their work, however not with the customer service. I initially took my Jeep for an estimate, which was about $400 less then the other place I had taken it to. Since the person whom hit me was paying she decided to go with the cheaper place which was Arapahoe Collision. I called to make my appointment and was told I would receive a call to confirm my drop off. I never received it. When I called them I was told they didn't have a number which is weird since I provided both my husband and mine. When I dropped off my Jeep I explained that their estimate was lower than the other place I had gone to. That if any extra charges were to be added, to give me a call, since I was not paying and I had to check with the payee. Of course an additional $328.10 was added. I called to verify with the payee she agreed and the extra damage was fixed. When it was time to pick up my Jeep we were charged an extra $106 that we were not aware of. They offered a free car wash. Excuse me? A $106 car wash I don't think so. We NEVER agreed to these extra charges as again we were not paying. I called and spoke to Lisa whom said she would refund the charges if the payee did not pay me. It has been more than a week and I have not received a call. I call and no answer I have left VM and no response. I dislike this place which is why we stay away. Customer service is not good. Maybe in the past years it was good and that's why ratings are good but this is my second encounter with this place and definitely our last. I would rate a 0 if I could.Service: Body & Trim

This place proves that customer service isn't dead everywhere. The entire process of getting my car fixed was easy and fast. They worked through the insurance company making sure everything was covered, and kept me out of it (who wants to deal with discussions with insurance companies!). When my car was ready they stayed after closing time on a Friday to get my car back to me and let me leave the rental car there, and they dealt with getting it returned so I didn't have to make a stop on the way there. And the icing on the cake was that they washed and detailed MY ENTIRE CAR! Inside and out! And to a mom of 2 small children who simply doesn't have time to do such things on my own, that was HUGE! I highly recommend this place!

My Toyota tundra was being worked on recently and I have to say that the quality of work surpassed my expectations. Thank you Larry and Lisa and the rest of the staff for taking care of my old truck and making it look beautiful again. Much appreciated. I ve been taking my vehicles to ACM for almost 15 years now and I am never disappointed. It is a family owned and operated business and it shows. They care about their customers, take pride in their work, and always treat me like family. From my classic 78 Toronado, Range Rover, Ram trucks and more, from basic maintenance to full rebuilds, insurance claims and hail damage, they have done it all for me. I have recommended many of my friends and family and all of them are happy with the service and outcome. Gotta love the free auto details with service as well. Thank you so much Larry, Lisa, Ozzie, Dom, Pete, Barry, and everyone else there. Keep up the good work. Finally a auto shop I can trust.

Front windshield replacement for 2010 Mercedes c300 was only $350 which was $200 less than Safelite. Scheduled an estimate for 2 days out & scheduled service 2 days out which was more than 1 week faster than Safelite. The fast & affordable service was impressive

I do not write reviews often... But I think these guys worth a Good review!Delivered my car to the shop in a snowy night, just before they close the shop. We got estimate, explanation and paperwork everything. We were told to come back a week later.But on the day that we are supposed to pick up the car, we were told the car needs more work to be done than they thought. So 3 more days. They shop manager keeps good contact with us, and they keep the price the same as estimated.3 days later, when we pick up the car, we're totally satisfied with the outcome! the car is like new again, from inside and out! We would recommend this shop to every friends for the quality and honest works they've done!Thanks for the previous reviews which bring us to them. and hope this posting have some value to whomever comes later.

Such a great experience coming here! Quick estimate, no long wait to bring in my car, and the turnaround time for repairs was fast (in on Monday, out on Friday). These guys do great work and have excellent customer service! Full service shop and great pricing, can't beat it!

When my parked car lost its bumper in a parking lot mishap these good people restored it to like-new condition for less than the initial insurance estimate. They matched the color of the new bumper to the silver color of my 21-year-year-old car absolutely perfectly. I recommend them without reservation.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Outstanding service!My Lexus IS350 was severely scratched by flying debris during the wind storm a few weeks ago. I called Arapahoe and they let me come in immediately for a quote, and I dropped my car off the next morning to be fixed, and had it back the next day!I was very surprised when my car was returned to me looking like new, you couldn't even tell there used to be a massive scratch in the side! I even had them detail the inside to remove the dog hair, and my black car truly looked like new. I will be back every year to get my detail services done here!

Have had to take both our Mini Countryman and Range Rover to Arapahoe Collision for body work and paint in 2020. The results were excellent. Their responsiveness and professionalism, especially during COVID, always had me leaving feeling good about the experience. Even with some surprises during the jobs, they contacted me with several options prior to initiating the work, and ultimately I was pleased with their advice. We took our car there because after reading all the reviews from nearby repair shops, they had the best reviews. The car was done when they said it would be done, they did a beautiful job, and they were pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond by detailing the car. That was a pleasant surprise! I would recommend them.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in here about a month ago due to some hail damage and I was blown away by this place. I was able to bring my car in immediately and got back what felt like a brand new car a week later. All insurance negotiation was done almost entirely without me -- they got 3x the initial estimate from my insurance company and all I had to do was answer a 30 second phone call from my insurance company and tell them it was okay. When I came to pick up the car I had to check the license plate to make sure it was my car before I got too excited. Outstanding work!

You will not be disappointed. I just got my Range Rover back from another wonderful service.I have taken my Land Rovers to Larry for the past 12 years. My services have run the gamut, from a brake jobs... to head gasket replacements... to transmission work... to collision repair that have come within inches of being totaled. Every job has come out with an exceptional attention to detail.But its not all about the final product, or what your eye sees. This shop instills confidence by effectively communicating through the entire process. And you will never feel like you are being taken for a ride.In fact, I have recently moved closer to the CastleRock area, and it would be much easier to take my cars to a shop that was closer. MUCH easier. But once you find a trustworthy mechanic, you do whatever it takes to get your ride to them.

This place is awesome I needed some paint done on my Lexus suv. They knew I was passing instead of insurance, they gave me an amazing deal it was about 60% of the other 4 estimates I received. They got the work done fast and had it done when they said they would. I also like the fact that it was family run the owner gave me the estimate and his daughter help me check out and finish all the paperwork. Overall great experience super nice people the only body shop I will go to.
