I got into a car accident and needed body work done. Not only did Alex Auto Repair have the best price, but I couldn t believe how my car looked brand new! The stripes on the side of my car were faded, which was not because of the accident but they redid it on both sides of my car without me asking. Really went above and beyond. Also told them I needed my car by a certain day and they made sure it was done on time. Can t recommend this place enough

I ve taken my 2011 G37x here several times for CV axels, high flow cats, & to replace my lower control arms. This shop is awesome! Only shop I ll be going to for all my work. Great prices, quality work, and they go above and beyond to make sure satisfied!

Very content with the services that I had done here!! As I was leaving work one day, my car wasn't starting. After arriving to Alex's with the tow, the whole process was very quick - I explained the issue and was told I'd get a call the next day with the diagnostic results. The next day, I received a call and the car issue was explained to me. Throughout this process, Alex (+ team) were upfront about the costs regarding the services I would receive. Later that day, I received a call that my car was all fixed and ready for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised by the less than 24-hour turn around! I am so thankful for the work that they did in such a short amount of time! Great work!

Finding a repair shop for my car was a headache but once I found Alex Auto Shop he did not hesitate to help me out! While every other shop was too backed up or didn t take my insurance, he was eager to help! His team was communicative the whole time, professional and on top of things! I had prior damage done to my car outside of this claim and Alex surprised me and fixed it for free for me. I m beyond impressed with how my car looks! It s even better than how I purchased it. If I have any further issues with my car I will most definitely come back and I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to his shop!

Alex truly cares for his customers and in my experience has gone WAY above and beyond. I'm so thankful to know such a trustworthy, honest and reliable mechanic. Alex and his team recently worked diligently to resolve multiple issues with my father's car, and a simple review doesn't do his business justice. He's the only mechanic I'll trust with any vehicle I own.

Repairs were done very quickly, they were honest and did a good job. My only gripe is that they did not give me a heads up before I picked up my car about the credit card fee that would be tacked on. Obviously I wasn't carrying hundreds of dollars in cash on me randomly, so this was very unexpected and I had no choice but to pay an extra $15 just for that fee. Please consider giving customers a heads up about the fee before they come to pick up their cars.

I can t say enough about how wonderful my experience was dealing with Alex at Alex s Auto Repair! He is an HONEST man that will forever have my business. I know for a fact that if I would have went to Groove Ford for help, I would have walked out paying thousands of dollars for what Alex, because of his honesty and integrity, did for no charge . It s rare to find good mechanics that have their customers best interests in mind. He did for me what family would have done fore me.Thank you Alex for a quick fix and for making my day! I'm blown away at Alex's high level of service commitment to his customers and his team over at Alex's Auto Repair. My insurance company Safeco and Liberty Mutual were horrible with the process to fix my car after a car accident I had in February 2022. My insurance company dropped the ball. The claim adjuster was missing in action. They gave me a preferred vendor list of auto body shops to fix my car. All the shops on the list were booked out til April, May, and even June.I found Alex Auto Repair in July and he fixed the car in July. I talked to Alex about my car and the insurance situation. He told me his team could get me in and take care of my car situation fast. After talking with my insurance company they finally approved Alex's Auto Repair to fix my car. I was blown away that Alex called me in 2 weeks saying my car was ready. I was blown away. I was thinking it was going to be 30 days or more.Alex, also went out of his way to fix my front bumper from a previous incident. Alex said I know the insurance company paid you less than what I charged you. Alex said if you pay the total I will take care your bumper on the front at no additional cost. I want you to have a wonderful experience regardless of the insurance downfall and dropping the ball. I started to cry and Alex gave me a hug. We drove from Texas for a conference in Denver and the day I was supposed to drive home my vehicle broke down. I pulled into Alex's auto shop as my vehicle overheated and started smoking. They were incredibly busy but got right to work on my vehicle. Fantastic service and great prices. Thank you for getting us back on the road!

Recently, Alex and his crew worked on my Kia Sorento twice in two weeks. I received excellent service both times. Alex even sent me videos explaining what repairs he recommenced for my Sorento. Five star service deserves a five star review.

Alex and his crew are truly phenomenal. He has been in business for 17 years and I know why. He is very professional, upfront, honest fast but very efficient. I was more than happy with my work done there and I would recommend him to everyone.

This business would benefit if the employees worked on their communication. Would I take my car here again? Maybe. Maybe not. I want to support people that share my culture (Mexican). Maybe I will find someplace else or give this place another try. I had to wait 2.5 hours because the shop was waiting on a reply from a parts store for my car. I don't understand why I had to wait there for the reply. Could not a phone call to me of their answer sufficed? I was told that I would be contacted when the part arrived (which i paid up front for). Was I contacted? No. I was told I would be contacted when my car was ready. Was I contacted? No. I was told that a number would be written on my receipts for a guy who can help me with a problem I was having with my car. It wasn't written. I had to ask for that again too.Time was not taken to show me the old part that I had to replace. I also asked them to check the engine for any maintenance that it might need. That wasn't done either.

First time I went in I was told to wait 1-2 hours it took almost two working days for it to be done.When I came back for my fixed car it was not there was two more problems in its place. And they originally tried to tell me oh well that sucks. Came back to get it redone left it over night. The next day I went back to get it and it is still messed up. Oh and labor costs a more than the part and it was still messed up(2 years later)I came in for a door lock replacement they said they could get me in that day in and out. They did not. 2 days later I came back to my door lock fixed but my entire panel for the window and door control was not even screwed in.I don't want you to fix it God knows what would happen

Called around and nobody could get my car in. I called Alex Auto Repair and they had me bring my car in and it was ready within the next day!! Exceptional and Speedy Customer Service! I will definitely be a returning customer and I will be recommending friends and family to come here for all of their auto needs! Alex Auto was wonderful to deal with. I called and received an immediate appointment. Was quoted a proce and promised I could have the truck back same-day.They did the work and charged me exactly what they quoted, and had it back just after lunch.Very impressed, and I will use them again to service our Marisol Family Diaper Truck!

I was charged al for labor of 150.00 and part that was 60.00 where n the world is 70.00 in taxes fees I'm not understanding how I paid extra for 210.00 worth of work I understand taxes but not them extra hidden fees somewhere. something I didn't notice til I got home but thats doesnt add up to me ...... Pay attention to your final total they getting ppl

Our work box trucks brakes went out this morning and Alex and his team have been more help then they can imagine. I want to thank them and also if we could give more stars we would. They just created a new customer that runs a fleet of delivery trucks. No one wants to "need" a mechanic, but if you do this place will take care of you. Twice I've had them service my car and I would recommend. The trun around time is good, and the prices are fair. As a woman, I didn't feel like I was getting swindled! There is a fee to look at the car before service, but in my experience it was worth it. Beautiful family business.

Alex and crew are the best and most honest shop ever!Another shop said I need a new engine 10k.Then we took it to Alex.Alex found a short made the repair for less than $200.00 and its stil running strong.They also rebuilt our Corvette and it's tip top now!!!I highly recommend them for any automotive problemsDon Martinez

My undercarriage shield came loose so I called to ask if they would be able to repair it. Alex was a very nice gentleman who was able to repair it. They were very transparent about what was wrong and even showed me. I would definitely recommend!

Alex and his guys did such an amazing job! Our car broke down on a road trip and we were towed to Alex s Auto Repair and he and his get staff got us back up and running in a few hours. They worked late on a holiday to make sure we didn t get stranded! So happy with their work and customer service.

I'm going to start off by saying I've never left a review for anything in my life, but I'm making an exception for Alex. By far the worst mechanic experience I've ever had. He texted me a list of things I needed done, so like most people I had some questions. Alex ignored all my questions and just sent me a confusing breakdown of the prices. I specifically told him EXACTLY wanted I want done on my car. No response. Sent a few more text messages with questions that are just ignored again. I call and I'm informed a part hasn't come in yet. Cool. Next day I hear nothing until they're about to close. He calls with prices higher than expected. Turns out Alex decided to install rear brakes on my car that I specifically said not to do. Apparently, Alex decided for me what I needed to pay for. Alex doesn't offer to lower the price at all for their mistake. So, I pay for the work done because I believe that's the right thing to do. The cherry on top was they didn't even bring my car to me. They parked it across a busy street for me to go get. Great customer service.

Haven't used him personall, I called for a quote but he was busy an missed the call. He went out of his way to call back to make sure It wasn't important or an emergency! Cannot speak personally on his services but hospitality and personality is great!!!
