Oh my God I do not recommend coming here I got to tell you the Third customer service lack of communication here with Danny and David is the worst I just left here 20 minutes ago and they told me it was better to come in with the core so I come in with the core to get my car yet they fail to mention before I take apart my car is at the part is not even in stock so unless you don't mind having your car in a ramp for 2 days I suggest you go somewhere else definitely they think their customers has the time to play with your shenanigans all it took was a couple of words you would have to order it instead of come back with the core I am so beyond pissed communicate that's all it takes

This specific location ONLYThe employees at this store always go above and beyond . Always convenient when ordering online here and when they don't have it they find it for you. I definitely recommend this specific advance auto parts location. They have great customer service and take care of me every time. I am definitely not giving my business to another auto parts store.Bottom Line:�Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

They ok. They are faster to attend to you then AutoZone! But they hire anyone to work for them and most don't know anything about vehicles!

The staff here is incredible! I probably came into the store almost 15 times one weekend due to things breaking, needing more sizes, etc. while replacing my brakes. These people were very kind and knowledgeable. I could tell they knew their stuff, and they knew the computer veryyyy well!

We had the best experience! I just want to thank the two guys working tonight. We had a bad battery, had just required roadside assistance and didn t dare turn the car off. I called ahead to see if there was anything we could do tonight to prevent needing a secondary jump in the morning, and despite store policy not allowing after-dark install, they still helped us find a work around and went above and beyond to getting us to a place where we could get a new battery in the car. They also relieved our worries about a bad Alternator so we could know with certainty we weren t going to have the same problem all over again. Absolutely above and beyond great experience!

Stopped by on 3 different occasions. Once to get my battery tested they said they could do it after dark, went by a 2nd time and got the battery tested, was told the battery is fine just needed charging. I asked if they could charge it for me and they told me they didn't know how to remove or install a battery .Went by today again and asked if they could charge the battery and the gentleman there told me they can't charge batteries if they weren't bought there. What a joke these workers are!!!Mind you I had just stopped by another advanced and was told they could charge it for me but I had to leave it for about an hour but It was further away from my house, so I decided to find one closer to my house and this is what I get.! Won't be coming back here

I've gone to this Advance several times, and it will be the only one I go to. Luis has helped me each time and has gone out of his way to help me get my car fixed. He has been transparent and fair about pricing, kind and generous with his assistance, and never treated me as stupid or ignorant because I'm a young woman in an auto parts store. I feel fairly treated and taken seriously in this store. I cannot recommend this store and their staff more.

Took me 4 calls and over 20 minutes to get an answer for a 3/4 heater supply hose. Website says basically every location should have it. The other store on Colfax said you should have it. The girl who answered the phone didn't even have a basic grasp on fractions or how to read hose sizes. Then continued to help other customers while setting the phone down. And proceeding to help other customers without answering my questions. Then after 2 more minutes of background noise. Finally placed me BACK on hold without aby update or anything. This is some of most ridiculous and unacceptable customer service I've ever received

I've been doing business in the area for about 2 years now. I stopped going to this store at all costs because the staff is unhelpful and acts like you are bothering them to do their job.I literally had one of them tell me they weren't going to help me find a specific part, all because it would have taken some effort on their behalf, meanwhile there was no one else in the store besides me. On another occasion, that same person told me they don't carry limited slip additive and didn't bother to look it up. A customer behind me in line overheard and looked it up on his phone at the advanced website and found it with zero effort and showed it to the employee. Isn't that what he gets paid to do?I've been told on the phone that I don't know what I'm talking about and "that is not a part number" even though I am a shop OWNER.I avoid this place at all costs, and even yesterday when no one else had a part I needed, I opted to just order online and wait Vs. Calling this store.The area manager called me and said he would take care of it. I hope they can turn this store around, because it's a really really bad situation.

A man name. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will never shop here again. I had bought a defective battery. Battery was tested and was only able to get a gift card. Never come here. Walmart can offer the same without any hassles.

Giovanni was amazing help. My battery died and I called ahead to make sure they could install a new one. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a new battery + installation.

Staff is discriminatory towards female customers. call was placed on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for help. While on hold I went inside the store and seen numerous employees doing absolutely nothing so they left me on hold waiting for me to hang up and basically didn't feel like helping me!!!

The staff, David & Luis in particular, were absolutely amazing. Both gentlemen went above & beyond assisting me with a tricky broken tail light that I'd NEVER have figured out without their help; I likely saved $200 or more by being spared a trip to the dealership for repairs.They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous & just all around nice guys. I'm going to make the trip to Aurora ANY TIME i need auto parts--I wouldn't go anywhere else after this!Thank you David & Luis!!!Stephanie Silva

I will never understand the customer service at these stores. You wait in a single line forever while the one employee available to help has to answer every single phone call that comes in before they can help you. This is the worst CS model, but every store works this way. The prices may be cheaper than other stores, but do you really value a saved dollar over the 20 minutes you'll be standing in line?

Terrible service .. waited in line for 30 minutes cause there was only one person working. Then later another guy came out to help but only to be told they don't have what im looking for ... the guy that helped me didn't even want to search my item up even after I asked em.. he simply told me go to this store if not try that one ... sorry.. store looked in bad shape.. never again am I going to shop here.. ever!

About 4pm Sunday the 13th of June my uncle went into this store. He was looking for a belt for a mower. The lady behind the counter didn't feel like looking it up.The manager was standing right there and he didn't seem to care. He went to AutoZone they called another store and had it for him in 30 minutes. Avoid this place they don't care about you.

I have never been treated so poorly with customer service. Manuel texted in front of us while at the counter (I don't care about texting at work but not while helping a customer!), had a conversation with his coworker the entire time, and I truly felt that I didn't matter and I was treated as if I wasn't a human, or you know, a paying customer! He also didn't answer a single question we asked, also his negligence and lack of attention to us we could have easily taken product from the store. Advance Auto Parts is right up the street from my house and I will never be going back to that or any other Advance Auto Parts. Customers matter!

Had to stop by on my way to work for some coolant (G12 for my VW). Thought to myself how could they be out of coolant . It was the most on the way parts store and even though I usually choose a competitor I went with advance. Well, my gut feeling was right and advance let me down. No coolant in stock at this store.

Im confused as to what the point is of ordering online when you STILL have to wait in the line at the store to get your items. They don't pull your orders because the lady said ppl don't always come and they don't want to waste their time, understandable, however, y'all do have ppl like myself that does show up and I use online ordering specifically to not have to wait in the line!!!

They had my turn signal light bulbs in stock.. (when two other stores were completely empty shelves of MY # of bulb my car uses). Plus he walked the aisle and helped me find the right bulb.

Bad customer service I called before I went to the store to make sure they have the part and they said yes once I got there they said they don't have it, wasted 35 minutes because the didn't check

They charge sales tax on core charges, but they pocket the sales tax and do not refund it when you bring the cores back. The guy told me he just scans the receipt, nothing he can do. He said if I want to dispute it I ll have to come back in the morning to talk to a manager, because apparently managers don t work past 6.I m done with this place. On two occasions they sold me used electrical parts, and then they make a stink when you discover it and bring it back. Always thoroughly inspect the part before you walk out of the store with it, because (whether through ignorance or malice) they just put used parts back on the shelf to sell.This store gives AAP a bad name. They should take lessons from some of the other AAP stores that are doing things right.

I asked a clerk where they kept the cross reference book for oil/gas/air filters. She told me that "because they get torn up, we don't have one." When I asked if they just never replace it, she said said they don't.So, she looks up the part on her computer. Unfortunately she sold me the wrong one. It would not have happened if they simply had the reference book just like any other parts store.For crying out loud, EVEN WALMART HAS A REFERENCE BOOK FOR FILTERS!!!!!They exchanged it quickly enough, but I was told they will not ever have any reference sheets or book. No apology for my wasted time or gas either.
