I had my car broken into a few weeks back, and my Insurance Company has Accurate Auto Body at this location listed as their top 3 in Denver to take my car to. This family owned buisness really gave me confidence that I brought my car to the right place. Everyone there is kind, nice, friendly and they were just amazing! It took some time to complete everything but they kept in contact with me and made me feel confident that they were doing everything to get my car back in order. JR in the shop is so friendly and nice, and the ladies at the front desk are just amazing! I recommend this location for anyone needing their services, and you can be assured they will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a good experience. Came here after an accident and they handled the whole process quickly and professionally. I was only in the office for about 10 minutes while I waited for my rental car, they sent me constant text updates on the status of my repair, and I picked up my vehicle in a matter of minutes as well.They made me sign something saying that they d basically have to color match the new part to the rest of the vehicle the best they could. She mentioned most people could not tell but it still made me worried. However I got the car back and the first thing I did was look as closely as I possibly could to see any difference and I couldn t see any mismatch whatsoever.Came back nice and clean too!Really happy with this place.Service: Body & Trim

I truly meant to write this months ago but kept forgetting with the COVID 19 situation. My brand new car was hit by a boulder on the passenger side coming down Boulder Canyon in January. The entire passenger side, hood, to tailgate & roof had to be repaired/replaced, so it was a big job. We had a time sensitive event we needed the car for in April, Accurate Auto Body was so kind as the schedule the car in earlier so it could be completed in time. They kept excellent communication with me keeping me updated with the progress every step of the way. When I got the car back the passenger side looked so good I wished the Boulder had hit the driver side as well. Evidence of the quality work came from my dad, who teaches custom paint at an auto body school, he remarked that they did a great job, & was impressed with the precision of their color matching. So thank you very much! I m sorry this didn t come sooner.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. They were kind and communicative from the very beginning. To say they went above and beyond would be quite the understatement. Michelle and Jim were absolutely FANTASTIC.

I moved to Denver from out-of-state in June 2018 and so far have had Accurate Auto Body work on my Toyota 4Runner twice (unfortunately the first time was because I got in an accident on my third day of living in CO). I can't say enough good things about this place! I don't write many reviews online, but when I experience exceptional service, I feel it's well deserved to write a positive review. They are professional, friendly, and do a fantastic job with body work. They make sure you are satisfied with their work and that you leave feeling like you got the best service possible. If you need body work done, this is the place to go!

Everyone was friendly and knowledge. They kept me in the loop and made it easy to get there p is herewith taken care of. The rep pairs were awesome, the car looked great. The detailing that they did to the exterior and interior was the best I've seen! They should teach the the dealership how to prepare a car for pick up.

My sister had her car fixed here. She said everyone was nice. They made the appointment for estimate quickly. I got it there early, about 1 hr and they did not seem to mind that. They got the car done when they said they would.I won't give 5 stars because all I did was bring for the estimate to help a family member. And really did not have that much contact.Merry Christmas to all the employee's. I know it means alot to her getting her own car back so fast and before Christmas.

Accurate Auto Body is the best car-related company of any kind that I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is second to none and the work is stellar. They kept me informed through every step of the process - even when a part came in that didn't meet their standards, they let me know that a replacement part was on the way. They finished my car 2 days ahead of their estimated date. When they say they fix your car as if it was their own, they mean it!

Cannot say enough good things. Kind, professional and fast. Went over everything. Kept me updated. Car was done sooner than expected. Car looks brand new. They cleaned the inside and out. Great service, they were very friendly and professional. Kept me updated about the status of my car every step of the way. Offered to give me quotes for other car fixes but I never felt pressured. They were amazing at helping me get a ride to work, they also provided a coupon for Uber in case I wanted to use it for the pick up. Would highly recommend it.

Wow I couldn't be more please with Accurate. They went above and beyond what was expected and made sure that my car looked great. So I had been hit by a guy backing out of his parking spot and it had done obvious damage to the front bumper/fender on the passenger side (so that I couldn't even open the passenger door) and there was superficial damage along the whole side to the front of the rear tire. They were great in that when they got it disassembled they found all sorts of damage that the independent appraiser had missed (because he just did a once over while I was at work). I'm so glad they went so in-depth because they found that the alignment had been ruined, the front end was off centered, and more. So they prevented a lot of future problems had they just repaired the fender and bumper.Pros:-Went above and beyond expectations-Very thorough-Super super friendly! I never felt like I was annoying them when I would call. Tammi and JR are great.Cons:-Communication could be a little more frequent (they had to wait to get the OK for a supplemental payment from the insurance so there was a delay, but I was left wondering)

Had a accident and insurance company referred this place. Based on the rating I thought it would be good. I was wrong they only repaired cosmetic damage. Started to notice horrible sound coming from the engine the other day plus they said I must of known about a coolant leak. Ugh no I did not my levels where fine even after the accident. Now I have to fill it up and take it to a real mechanic to do a proper job.

Thousands of dollars worth of hail damage less than a week after my new car purchase. My sister referred me here after she said she has been a satisfied repeat customer. They were professional and kind and walked me thru the entire process. Integrity in business is hard to find. I hope to never need them again lol but if I do they have my business,,,,

Tammi Lamers was the representative that we worked with. This was my wife's car, and she was very happy with the repair and the detailing of the car. My wife doesn't give high praise easily, but she was very impressed. Thank you Tammi, thank you Accurate Auto Body.

My car looks brand new!Accurate Auto Body fixed the front and the rear of my car after someone slammed into me and it pushed my car into the car in front of me. Accurate made the whole process easy, they came in ahead of schedule and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. It looks pr�stinoI would go to them again if I ever needed auto body work

***UPDATE TO POST: Jim said that he wanted to talk to me about the repair which is great but I emailed him over a month ago and still have not heard back.***I normally don't like writing negative reviews, especially when my name is attached to it, but I really feel like I experienced an injustice and wanted to share this so that hopefully people will not encounter a similar thing in the future.The staff was extremely friendly, they did a great job repairing my car but when I picked it up it had a big crack in the windshield that was not there when I brought it in. I asked if there was anything that they could do about this since it wasn't there when I brought it in and the man working said that he would call me the next day to let me know what the manager said. No call the next day (this is an example of the lack of communication during my experience with Accurate Auto Body), I called them by the end of the day and he said that on the vehicle pre-inspection sheet I signed off on the fact that there was a chip in the windshield. This is simply not true, I just got a new windshield a few months ago. I have a good memory and I remember signing off on the dings but not about a chip in the windshield. Then when I asked to talk to a manager, she said that on the vehicle pre-inspection sheet I signed off on the fact that the windshield was cracked. If they are going to say things that are not true about the status of your vehicle when you bring it in, they may as well get their stories straight.If you bring your car to Accurate Auto Body your car might not be done when they say it will be (They told me that it would take 5 business days for my car and it ended up taking 10 days. 8 business days but still 10 days is a long time to go without a car when it's your only source of transportation and you work on the other side of town) and the staff may not call you when they say they will because they did not in my experience.Also, this may be a rare situation so hopefully it wouldn't happen to anyone else but it happened to me so it could happen to you too, it turns out that before I bought my car it was in an accident and whoever repaired it did a terrible job. I brought my car in after I had a minor collision and once Accurate took it apart they recommended $2,000 more work than their estimate to have my car fixed properly. One technician said that even if I don't have the extra $2,000 work done and just go with what they quoted me in the estimate that my car would still be safe. Then a few days later another technician called me and said that if I don't have the extra $2,000 work done that my car would not be safe to drive. Safety is the most important thing so it's frustrating to have one person saying it's safe and one saying it's not within the same auto body shop!!If you bring your car here I hope the staff does a better job of communicating with you and take a picture of your car the day you bring it in. And it is probably a good idea to ask for a copy of the pre-existing damages inspection sheet. You shouldn't have to worry about things like this and it's sad that you do.

Brought my car in here based on a recommendation from Stevenson Toyota.. They had it for over ten days for some minor body damage. The body work they did was good work but the finishing touches we're absolutely terrible. It looks like they buffed my car with a belt sander which I didn't notice until I washed it thoroughly. I called them and told them and they said to bring it back in. I don't have time to not have a car for four days because they did a horrible job. I have to get a ride to drop my car off, a ride to pick it up, take off work and not have a car while they have it. My paint looks like a hologram. Worst swirls I've ever seen. The clear bra on my driver side mirror looked like it was cut freehand with a razor blade. They couldn't take the time to line it up? Ive installed clear bras and i know the process and this was the most half assed job ive ever seen. It has bubbled and peeled since. They charged me for things they didnt do. They charged me for painting and that was definitely not done. The guy managing my repairs was very rude when I brought up the problems. I couldn't believe it. Like I was putting him out for writing him a big check for doing a garbage job.

Amazing customer service. My friends and family asked me if i got a new car because the repair jobs were done with quality! Will use accurate auto body for all my future needs. Definitely recommend them!!!

Had both a 2018 4runner and a 2016 Tundra worked on there. They were very professional and they do outstanding work. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your vehicle.

Went here for an estimate for damage to my vehicle. Was told to sit in their seating area while a woman walked around our car taking photos of the damage. Was looking at the framed employee licenses/certifications....not one certification was up to date and most were expired by years. We told the woman when she came back and she said most of the employees on the wall didn't even work there anymore. Also didn't get an estimate right away had to wait over 1 day which just seems strange since other places could get a general quote while we were there and we spoke directly to someone doing the quote...the quote we did get was quite a bit more than others we received...We did not use this business for these reasons....And to the owners reply I did review the correct business. The repairs were under my husband's last name...

Nice enough and the work they did do was good. However, they will pad your claim and not follow through on complaints. JR Rep won't even meet with you after the claim is closed. As said, nice enough, but would not recommend. Learning lesson.

I brought a vehicle in to get an estimate for repair and was shocked when I saw that the estimate from this establishment was more than 2x the estimate of any other place I took it to (over $5000 compared to $2000). I got several estimates and this place was staggeringly more expensive and when I compared the estimates the only major difference was the amount and cost of labor. Why would it cost more than double the amount of money to do the exact same work?! Seems a little sketchy to me.

Accurate Auto Body was nearly right on their estimate for the final cost. They were quick and even washed my car. Maybe that's why we got a snow storm the day I picked my car up.

Sept. 2015 - in shock and in confusion after being hit by a car that ran the red light, Mr. Jim at the Accurate Auto Body Inc. offered his advice, his help and calmed us down then have his men repair our car well enough so we can continue on our life-long dream of driving across this beautiful country, without charging us! Mr. Jim, thank you and thank you for making this country even more beautiful :-)
