John and Bob were excellent! They treated me with the utmost respect and took wonderful care of my car. Their service was speedy and I am certainly satisfied with the result of replacing my windshield. I shopped around in my area for other windshield replacement services, and A to Z was the best price! John went over and above to find the right glass for the rear window of my Jeep - even though it is no longer in production with Mopar. Quick and excellent service. Fair price from a genuinely good guy!

Took a rock chip today and called A-Z John ensured we were taken care of today to repair the chip before the temperature dropped tonight and potentially saved the windshield. Special shout out to Daniel for coming out within 2hrs and repairing. Call A-Z! Thanks John!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! John was really easy to work with over the phone in working through the details, scheduling my appointment and working with my insurance. Bob and Daniel, who came to replace my windshield, were fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. my windshield looks great! I would recommend A to Z Auto Glass to anyone!

John was beyond awesome! He accommodated my daughter s work schedule, provided mobile chip repair to her place of business, scheduled and completed the job before a storm, provided a discount, only charged for 2 of the 3 chips, AND even washed her dirty windows! A to Z Auto Glass will be our go-to ALWAYS, and we will recommend them to all our friends, family and paving company for fleet windshield repair!

Left a message and received a response within minutes. John got an installer to come to my house same day. Fast service, great work, installer (Dan) is professional and arrived earlier than promised. Anyone needs auto glass repair big or small, this is the company!

Great quality glass, A+ service. It took them less than 30 minutes. They come to your house and have fair prices, I called a few places before and they were the best price in town. It's been almost 1 month since they replaced my windshield and I haven't had any issues, no leaks or anything.

My son and I were in his truck, that he flew home to SC to pick up, and drive back to where he is stationed. On the way, about 40 mins out of Aurora, as luck would have it, a rock, flung by a big rig, hit his windshield and nicked it pretty good. Mind you, 2 windshields in a span of less than a week were put in this truck already (ugh), and late on a Friday afternoon, we were worried that we would be looking at a third one. However, this company is 10 stars out of a 5 star rating. He didn t hesitate to go out of his way to meet us, repair the Windshield, then cleaned it, leaving it to look as good as new. Not one other company, out of probably 15, would even consider the repair until Monday. Could not thank him enough, for making it a point to help us at the end of a 27 hr drive, so we could have a peace of mind over the weekend. Maybe it was just a little nick in the glass, but his help, kindness, and work ethic was a huge deal to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Friendly, fast and quality work. Highly recommended!Having got a small ding in my windshield, I started shopping around to see what it might cost and how quickly it could be done.I gave A to Z a call around 10:15am, John quickly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 45 minutes. Now, to be fair, I got lucky that John had an appointment in the area and was able to squeeze me in, but the fact that he was willing to be flexible made for a great customer service experience.By 11:30am, my car was back in the garage with a like-new looking windshield. Not only that, but it came in at less than half the price of Safelite, who didn't even have availability for 2 weeks either in store or mobile, and wanted to charge $20 extra for the at-home convenience.Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys are amazing! They did both of our cars, in two locations, in under an hour and a half. Their prices are fair (we didn t have insurance to cover repairs) and their work is good. Highly recommend!

Service is top notch. We have had our windshield cracks seals twice from here, and both times were met with such wonderful service and prompt care. The first time, I was met at the Michael s parking lot in southlands. The second was at my work. Quick, efficient and affordable!

This was one of the easiest vehicle repairs I've ever experienced. Booking everything online was simple and easy. Costs were upfront and entering your vehicle model was precise and easy to tackle. They called when they were on the way to my home and replaced the windshield so quickly and efficiently, it was easy and great! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail, they were cleaning the tiniest spots on the windshield and inspecting it multiple times throughout the process. We just had our Jeep Grand Cherokee windshield replaced by A to Z Auto Glass after it cracked during this past cold spell. John and his partner came to our house and installed a new OEM windshield right in our own garage. They were prompt, professional, easy to communicate with and very friendly! I highly highly recommend John! Great service at a great price. I've been using A to Z glass for a few years now, and John has always been punctual, reliable, and the best price around ! He will go out of his way to get you what you need. I've never had to wait a long time for a glass replacement. Even better yet he will come to you. John was timely returning my inquiry. He answered my questions with patience, and took time to reassure me that the job would be as I expected. He arrived on time, and with everything required to complete the job. There were no surprises, no fingerprints on the upholstery, and no toolmakers on the door panel. Everything went back together just as it was, and there is really no way to tell that glass has been replaced, other than looking at the manufacturer markings. Clearly a talented guy, with lots of experience. I talked with other vendors, and was convinced that he would be best. A fair price, quick work, and no issues.
