Jenn at the rental desk is super awesome - she is incredibly quick, friendly and helpful. I ve rented from this company at ASE twice and it s always a quick painless process and the cars are great. 10/10 on customer service though! That s the most important part

I had an exceptional customer service experience at Sixt, with Jen at the counter early in the AM during high customer traffic time at Aspen Colorado. Along with the excellent staff interaction, the car itself is now perfectly working as required. Just wish that all of my car rental experiences went this way.

I will never use this company ever again in my life. I would rather walk than use them again.. I am a travel agent and use rental cars a lot for my clients. This was by far the worst experience I ve ever had. My client had a family emergency and had to depart out of a different city an hour away. 6ixt rentals promised to call back and help with the transfer back (like how hertz and enterprise always do). They never called and continued to bill my client. We will never use them again. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I will only use hertz and enterprise.

Sixt at the Aspen airport provided a great experience for my friends and me. Jen went above and beyond to upgrade my rental to an SUV due to the amount of snow on the ground. They made sure the process of getting the car was smooth and easy. Returns at this airport is so much easier than at other airports. Our flight to go home got delayed and Gosia was very generous with pushing back our return time with no extra charge. Great experience overall, will be using this company again in the future. Thank you Jen and Gosia!

Jenn will save your life. She will put the costumer first and always solve whatever issue so that a rental can go through smoothly. She set aside two identical cars, of the same colour (midnight blue) during Aspens s high season so that we could have a coherent garage. She is also very kind, patient, and understanding.

STAY AWAY!!!! Nicest people in the world at the counter. However, when you return your car you simply leave it in a public parking lot out front. After using the car to get to our hotel and back, the car was left just how we got it. We were sent a $1400 bill for damage to the trunk. Clearly caused by somebody else. After telling people Sixt is the way to go, I will never use them again. Crooks

Horrible service, bad/non-existent home office communication , really bad operation from the corporate office side. Stay away if you can. I have rented and leased with this company and spent thousands only to be treated badly, ignored by staff, over charged by $2000 for 3 weeks, multiple mystery charges that no one can explain that won't be reversed. I have asked to speak with a district manager or to their home office and have emailed people directly numerous times only to be totally ignored. Some decent front end people trying to help but they have little or no authority or information to give cause or fix any of the multiple issues we've had. I have written only 4 online reviews of any kind in my entire life. I don't like to trash any newer business but until this company shows it cares about us as a client, I think we have to leave this type of review of only to save new clients from the large waste of time we have had to deal with.

Horrible experience renting from this company. They over charged us 3 days and when I tried to get a hold of corporate it took them 3 days to get back to us with no resolution. Also to add insult to injury , I just Received an email stating there was underbody damage , weeks after returning the vehicle. The way this company conducts themselves is ridiculous.

Jennifer was our rental agent, and she rocked! She was very pleasant, funny, and efficient. She also hooked us up with a very nice rental SUV. Returning the car was easy. Thank you Jennifer and the Sixt Team!

SIXT Aspen has elevated the rental car experience; it feels more like a private garage where you have a range of low mileage luxury cars to "try" during your stay. The SIXT team in Aspen (Mosha, Jacob, Irving and River ) understand the SIXT mission of luxury car rental and act as "rental concierges" - they remember your preferences and work really hard to get you in the perfect car for your trip. If your plane is late, landing at odd hours, etc, they will find a work-around so that you have a smooth pick up experience. If you rent regularly in Aspen and love great service and low mileage luxury cars, look no further than SIXT Aspen.

Worst car rental ever seriously got charged for smoking in car 450 bucks the crazy thing is I don t smoke use Avis best service ever and always great if your going for the best Avis is it. Update they just offered me a credit for 150$ I let them know it s not about the money they can keep it I ll just use a better service

Great experience overall. Easy pick up and drop off. The vehicle we reserved was not available, so the agent upgraded us at no additional charge. Happy with our decision to use Sixt!

Irving was a dream to work with, so patient, so diligent, highly professional, absolutely outstanding service. Irving listened to my needs and helped me get into a sweet ride, I loved the bmw x7 he suggested, just wow, amazing! I look forward to renting a car here again on my next visit to town. Thanks again! I had to rent a car while mine was being repaired. Crystal was fantastic! She walked me through the process and then gave me an upgrade for being a first time user. I will now recommend Sixt to family and friends because of her great care. Thank you!

We had a great experience renting from Sixt Aspen. Our agent Mark was so helpful and we were shocked when he spoke to us in our native Turkish language. We always book here because they have the nicest cars and offer the best service.

Really had a great experience renting from Sixt. Usually rent from Hertz and tried Sixt for the first time. Jacob, the manager at the Aspen airport was friendly and gave me a great upgrade. Both Irving and Mark were friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend. Got a way better car for way less.

River and Evan (I hope that s his name) are great service people who asked and seemed to care about our rental needs. They were respectful and kind during the checkout and check-in process, unlike one of the other car rental places from which we asked for information.

As always: best service, best cars, and best prices! I will never rent from another car company if I can ever help it. They reward loyalty and go above and beyond to be helpful. If I could give them more stars I would! Aspen staff is especially wonderful. Each person I have ever encountered over my many reservations is top notch thank you again, team!

Avoid this company. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau, too. This company is dishonest and conned us into renting a chevy tahoe at a low price. The vehicle had extensive damage. The damages were noted before we agreed to rent it. When we returned the vehicle we were told everything was good and the same damages were noted. However, they couldn't provide us with physical paperwork of what we had signed. They could only email us.We later received an email receipt saying there were damages and no charges for them. We assumed this was because these were the damages already there at the time of rental.Two weeks later we got a claim and invoice for almost $500 for these damages. This company was just looking for someone to rent their damaged vehicle so they could blame the damages on them. They even used my husband's virtual signature and added it to a fabricated document upon return of the vehicle.

Best luxury car rental agency in Aspen with Concierge level service! Sixt aspen has a stellar fleet of luxury European cars in Aspen, Jacob, Marissa and Irving are an incredible team and super helpful to guests when renting. They go the extra mile to make sure you are int he right car for the weather conditions at the time and are VERY helpful during flight delays. The team makes renting easy and I always look forward to trying the new cars. I rent here quarterly and the personal attention and knowledge is like no other rental agency.

I was lucky to have the Sixt Aspen s amazing employee, Irving, help me with my car rental in Aspen in April. I was experiencing multiple delayed flights to get to Aspen and my flight ended up arriving a few minutes after Sixt closed for the, but Irving stayed open to make sure I could check in and get my vehicle I had booked. He was in regular communication with me all while I was en route to Aspen, giving me options in case I was delayed even further. It was a refreshing and very reassuring experience during a stressful day to have someone who cares about the customer stay with you all along and be so authentic and genuine in their work. I highly recommend Sixt Aspen and Irving is a great asset to their team!

Crystal, the service agent at Sixt, at Aspen Airport, was super helpful and enabled a seamless experience when I had to extend my agreement due to flight cancellations. Her help gave me peace of mind and one less thing to juggle!

So I d booked a car online, with Avis, using my debit card. It was for our road trip from Aspen, to Denver. I d read their terms and conditions and read that most rentals now accept debit cards instead of credit. Turned up at Aspen airport and the agent at Avis told me otherwise. He said he couldn t do anything as it s NEEDS to be a credit card.My mum and I, went to all other rentals there and all of them said the same things, except Hertz where the lady didn t have a car that needed to go to Denver.Marek (pronounced Mark) from Sixt, called us back while we were trying to figure out this big change in plan.He made an exception. He understood our disappointment and decided to help. He asked for our boarding pass to Aspen, saw our tickets out of Denver, offered us 2 options, a sedan and a BMW X3, gave us a discount, helped us figure out the toll road situation toward Denver, and messaged me later in the day to answer a question I d asked earlier about shuttle availability at Denver Int l airport as we were to drop the car off before opening hours.I really appreciate Marek, for his willingness to help and assist us, his friendly nature and for taking the initiative to make an exception to the rules, to think out of the box. Most people, wouldn t bother.Thanks Marek. Our trip was possible, because of your help.

All of the representatives including Marisa, Rosanna, Jacob & Irvin provide great and proactive customer service. Our flight was delayed, but they called to make sure we were still coming and held our vehicle for us. We also had to extend our rental for a couple of days and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend this location in Aspen, CO.

Marissa is truly the best agent I have ever interacted with in all service industry. We had a problem with a car taken in Seattle and had spoken innumerable hours with customer service on the phone on our way to Colorado, as well as having them escalate the issue to their managers and we still had no solution for our problem. When we explained our problem and concerns to Marissa, regarding our safety in this specific vehicle, she took it on herself to hear us and help us. She spent over an hour of her time and was finally able to exchange the car. We are profoundly thankful to Marissa.

We rented from Sixt at the Aspen airport. We have rented cars in Aspen for 20 years. Irving at the Sixt counter was friendly, courteous and pulled the car up for us knowing we had so many bags! No one has ever even offered to do that for me here. Way to go Irving! Way to go Sixt!
