My parents were going to pay for my tires due to the holidays being a bit tight. Walmart states it's policy not to accept phone payments. Whatever, I get it. Credit card fraud is a thing. I told them I would figure it out. I had already confirmed that I wanted to have this service so I thought we were cool. I meandered around the store for a little over an hour looking at the toy section and various Christmas stuff, no calls, no pages. I start to get a bit antsy and I head back to the auto center. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED YET. I had gotten confirmation on their app, hadn't said a single thing about waiting. They apparently just sat there... for over an hour... and made absolutely no effort to contact me. I can understand being confused. But then making no effort to contact me to clarify? My gods.

Went in for an oil change they printed me a sheet that s has my cars info , my miles my engine lights, mind you this is printed on the paper. And after 3 hours of waiting around I go in to get into my car and it doesn t move the the transmission light is on, I asked to see the paper they printed and they wrote with pen transmission light was on already. Come to find out they drained my transmission fuild and tried to cover it up by staying my transmission light was on already. After arguing with them for hours I made a claim and they paid for a brand new transmission service but since then my cars been shifting hard. Don t allow these high schoolers to work on your car unless you want more damage.

Got my oil changed there about 4 months ago and a few weeks later my car started to act strange. Checked the oil and there was none. Almost burned up my engine because they never added oil. Sad that you can't even depend on them to do a simple oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got a set of 4 tire put on my vehicle and headlight restoration. Wait was long but totally worth it. They did a great job. This location has one of the best auto care center techs in the area. Great job and i hope you keep the good work! Ps. Wait times are understandable if the job gets done correctly. So people dont hate.

Car sounded strange after oil change so I researched to find out that way to much oil was added and that s detrimental to an engine. That can total a car. It s very bad and if I didn t notice the car could brake down on the road and this was after waiting over 2 hours to get it done and they charged more than expected.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do not take your car here they will treat it poorly. They did oil change as specified but they drove it under a metal chain link that they have at the entrance of their garage as I watched. I know for a fact they wouldn t have said anything because the employee who did it didn t say anything until I went in and asked to speak to a manager.Service: Oil change

I used to get my oil changed here, but the last time I brought my car in I was made to wait 20 minutes in line before being rudely informed that there was a 3 hour wait for an OIL CHANGE!!!! Like, maybe tell the customers in line there is a 3 hour wait, instead of having them just stand there wasting their time. So I gave this place a break for a few months, but then decided to give them another chance, as every business has an off day once in awhile. Guess what, it was just about the same story today! I waited in line again (not too long this time) to have the cashier roll her eyes at me when I asked how long it would take for an oil change. 2 hours she informed me, for a dang oil change, that's just unbelievable! I wouldn't mind waiting an hour, as then I could get some grocery shopping done, but any more than that is just unacceptable for an oil change! This place either needs to hire more mechanics, or just quit offering oil changes altogether. I went right across the street to Jiffy Lube, and they knocked it out in 20 minutes. I also drive for a living, so I get a lot of oil changes, and this is hands down the Worst place to go!!Service: Oil change

This used to be my go to for simple maintenance. Not anymore. The last time I went in, I was told oil changes were appt only. This time I called to an appt and was told first come first served. I got there right at 7am and was told they couldn't help me because they were down a tech. I was told to come back in 20 minutes. I did and other people were being served. I should mention the guy behind the counter was the same one who said appt only, first come, then come back. I needed my airfilter changed and was assured it was in stock. I requested the old one back. TWO HOURS later, my car was done and I was handed my oil filter. I explained to the tech I needed the airfilter. The same guy behind the counter told the tech team "oil filter." She took out the old one, came to me and said they don't carry my size but if I wanted to get one from auto zone, she'd put it in. It all comes back to the counter person. He is condescending and clueless. NEVER.AGAIN.

I called before arrival and spoke with female employee. Was told that tire can be mounted in to rim. I did not need mounted on the vehicle. I arrived at 5:45pm on Oct. 27th, 2022. Paid for one tire. Was then told by Manager Aaron that they close at 6pm. There service sign said 7pm. Was informed that they have to cleanup and had one vehicle getting oil change. The oil change would take 45 min. And he was not gonna work any more after to put tire on rim. My car is AWD AND DROVE 18 Miles to get there. So was left in parking lot with new tire and old tire on rim for me to figure out. In the meantime he was able to help someone with there flat tire while I waited for store manager that had been requested 3-4 times and had not arrived to hear my complaint. The. Manager was full of excuses about closing at 6 not 7 like advertised. Has manager not willing to help now stranded customer And sent me packing with new tire and no way to get into my rim so I can install. Aaron is full of excuses and would leave you stranded rather than be responsible and take extra 20 minutes to make sure my new tire was out on rim. But is one oil change and cleanup time witch to him ends at 7. Then he has to go home cuz as manager he doesn't work a minute over his schedules time. But in reality they are open till 7. Was to lazy to mount to rim and rather leave customer stranded then do his job and maybe stay 10 more minutes. Wow, I hope Walmart pays u good to for your excuses. Way to lead the way for your staff that watched you give excuses as to why you close at 6 not 7. To clean lol. Worst excuse I've heard for auto technician. Hope this review gets to your supervisors cuz you are poor excuse for auto tech and manager. Had a full hour for one oil change and mount one tire to a rim. But rather give excuses and lies to do one less thing on your shift today. God forbid the manager has to work lil late lol. Must be only manager I know if that can't work one minute late lol. Hope u get home in time for your scheduled time to eat, and play video games .Service: Tires

Needed an oil change on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly service. Quoted an hour for an oil change that ended up only taking 30 mins. Full synthetic oil change came out to $62 total which is a pretty good price compared to other places for full synthetic. They had an indoor and outdoor waiting area, very spacious. Overall great experience.

Walmart has decent service. They sometimes take long to help you, however its usually when they are short-staffed.Overall the people are very nice, informative and will help you with any questions you have. The deals at walmart are the most cheap, which is why I like to go. Ive never had any problems when going to their auto care center. Overall theyre a pretty good choice for simple car issues. I wouldnt take my car there for anything crazy though.

Wondering what planet it is where it takes 4 hours to do 2 oil changes?? Look no further than planet Walmart! Checked my car in at 3pm with only 2 oil changes ahead of me, fast forward 4 hours later my car hadn t even been brought in yet, had to eventually leave, avoid this place like the plague, one dude was under a car on his phone!

My wife s Audi A4 needed a battery. It s a difficult job because the battery lives under the spare tire in the trunk and you have to maintain power to the car or you must reprogram the key FOB. The local Interstate Battery store had the battery but couldn t do the install. The local Arvada German Garage wanted $509. Walmart saved the day. They charged $192 for battery and install. Thanks Walmart!

We took advantage of the Black Friday Tire sale on Friday. We purchased our tires, they held onto them for us and scheduled us an appointment on Sunday morning. I was there 10 minutes early and they were done within the hour timeframe the service manager gave me. Each experience was pleasant and they did a wonderful job on our tires. I didn't catch their names but I think 2 were techs and 2 were associates that assisted us. My only complaint is that there weren't visable name tags, I would like to have been able to give proper credit to those who help us. We prefer to shop at this Walmart even though we have one 3 blocks from our home. Great job and keep up the great customer service!

The lady works in the register is friendly. However it took 2 hours for lifetime balance/rotation. Some people came after me got their cars done and leave. And the white guy with bald head and tattoo is not that friendly. He didn't even look at me or say anything when handing over the receipt.

I have been here three times over the last two months to get a simple tire rotation. The first time, none of the staff showed up for work. Second time, only one person was at work, so did not wait. Today, they have two certified staff, but by 9:00, were not at work yet, so I left. I will not be returning, since it is not worth the effort.

The worst store I've ever been to. There's one employee total and they don't even care or have the capacity to help customers.

Nice associates, good service but is very busy and you might have to wait a few minutes to get assistance. However, it's not that they're sitting around chatting and ignoring you, they're just so busy. They acknowledge you and help you as soon as possible.

Absolutely the worst oil change and service I have ever received fast lube. The would not allow me to provide my own oil additive. I leave to shop the store and come back to pick up my vehicle. For them to notify me they dont have my oil filter. I request my keys to my vehicle and they refuse twice likely because they had already drain my oil before realizing they did not have the appropriate parts to do so. I return with said oil filter you and give it to them to replace. They will take a oil filter you brought but not an additive. The would not even credit me how much I paid for they oil filter. Please think again before taking your vehicle here.

Waited in line at auto center 20 minutes just to be told I'd have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Neither oil change stall was in use the entire time I was there and if counter guy was any slower he'd be standing still. Someone who knows how to type would be great. Won't be coming back here.

I came here to change oil in my car and after I've changed it i have to go to the mechanic because they cracked some staff in it. The oil they put ran away in 1 day! It was terrible experience I'll never come back to this shop. Because i have to pay $160 and the whole day trying to solve the problem they made me. Of course, noone in that awful shop is responsible, and claim department decided that my car is old. Don't make my mistake cause they do not back up their work!

I purchased the warranty for my tires and received a screw to a brand new tire and wanted it replaced not patched. I was not only verbally assaulted by the manager but he agreed to replace. Said it would take 20 minutes as there is no one here it's been an hour and everyone is so rude to me.

Went in first thing in the morning to see about getting new tires. Oops. Was "greeted" by a rude little person who informed me that though the center had opened a half hour earlier, they would not have any technicians in for at least another half hour, and even then, they could not count on their technicians to show up for work (so why they were there getting paid when no services could be done is beyond me). I then asked if they had tires in my size. Oops. Extremely burdened by my request that they do their job, the rude little person does a quick search and pleasantly (ha) lets me know that they have nothing in my size, at which point I do believe I became a ghost to them. I'm not sure why this little person has a job, but this location should seriously reevaluate it employees (at least in the auto care center) because there's no way this is good for their business. Poor inventory, poor service, the worst experience. I went to discount tire, they hooked me up with a pretty nice deal and didn't treat me like garbage once, amazing!

I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla with the newer Oil Filter System that manufacturers are starting to use where you have a permanent Oil Filter Housing and you replace the Paper Filter with each Oil Change. For some reason Toyota put the Plastic one on Corollas and the Metal one on Camrys. The only issue with this is for some reason some Oil Change places do not know about this system. If it was brand new I could understand but these systems have been around for over a decade. Not Walmart, but a Grease Monkey did my previous Oil Change and must have used an Oil Wrench on the housing which rounds it out and the next time you go for an Oil Change they can't get it off. I have had this happen before so when the explained to me last week why they couldn't get it off I knew exactly what happened. I went in today with my freshly bought Oil Filter Housing from NAPA and told them to break the old one off and to replace. They did. In the past I have even supplied my own Oil and Filter to the Walmart Auto Care Center in Lafayette but for several years I had access to a jack and stands that I actually trusted so I was doing my own Oil Changes. It's really not that hard and to the person who said that Walmart cracked something, I don't think you understand what an Oil Change actually is. You remove the Oil Filter Canister or in my case the Oil Filter Housing, The Nut that keeps all of the Oil in the Engine, drain it. Replace the Canister or in my case the Paper Filter and O ring, put the nut back in, fill the car with the correct amount of Oil in my case 4.4 quarts and start the engine. There is literally nothing to Crack and if something did Crack its because it was old and brittle to begin with so I really don't understand what that complaint is about given that I have personally preformed Oil Changes on every vehicle I have ever owned and prefer to try to go that route before I take my cars in because I am very picky about the Oil I like to put into my car I simply do not see how someone can Crack something while doing an Oil Change. If it wasn't for the fact that I have no where to store a heavy duty (trustable) Jack and some stands I wouldnt even bother taking my car in for Oil Changes because they are literally that easy. Oh and this place has a guy who appears to know a lot about Toyotas' so if you own a Toyota there is a Toyota fan boy here so it's in pretty good hands. Service: Oil change

Went in super early because something was dragging on the bottom of my car. The team had not yet arrived but Marilyn was working the counter. She was so quick to jump in and get her hands dirty and fix the front of my car for me! She is excellent thank you!
