I highly recommend coming here for quick oil changes. It was my 3rd time coming here, and service has never been bad. I showed up around noon last time, 2 cars ahead of me, and I was outta there within 45min, didn't even need to leave my vehicle!!! Donnie had assisted me. He was very clear and informative on which oil to use, the different types of oil/perks of using each 1 depending on how many miles I had. They checked the cabin air filter and changed that for me, as well as, to checking the cold air intake filter, and other fluids as well. Oil changes run a little over $100 for me but with how quickly they do it, and phenomenal service, it's well worth it. Especially when it's too cold out to do it yourself. Ari, James, and Donnie were exceptional service providers and great technicians!!! Again, I highly recommend coming to this Take 5!!

The customer service was phenomenal! They immediately come out with complimentary water while you wait in line for your oil to be changed. They go above and beyond every time! Checking air filters, tire pressure, and fluid levels. Very friendly, and quick service. I enjoy that it appears that they genuinely enjoy what they are doing.

The staff here, especially Tyler, definitely gained a new customer today. It was so easy to get my oil changed and filters, and they were so nice. I'm definitely sticking with this team and they've invested in some great staff who knows their stuff.

Every time I go to Take 5 I have a great experience. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and also very courteous. They always explain everything and ask me before moving forward. They do an awesome and effective job and get me on the road very quickly.

Excellent service here! I pulled up right when they opened at 8 AM and was promptly greeted with a friendly face and a bottle of water, the oil chains and entire service took less than 10 minutes and they double and maybe even triple check their work. The gentleman here did a great job! Thanks for taking care of my car

They were amazing they gave me water to drink. Everybody was super helpful super friendly. It was my first time coming to one of these places. I m so impressed that I m forever loyal, telling everybody about them I highly recommend them so professional.

Just got my first oil change there and I am shocked this is the only place I will go from now on! They are quick, super friendly, and efficient! Best hospitality as well as they did not try to sell me anything like all the other places! So awesome!

It s to be expected that during peak hours you re going to see a line up of cars because of the well known exceptional service of Take5.So word of advice is to make a date with your car and visit during non-peak times or practice breath-work if you re the impatient type having to wait while rushing home after work.Really appreciate Take5 greeting each driver with cold bottled water and acknowledging the wait time.No worries though Take5 is professional, exceptional and speedy once you re in the bay.

Best oil change experience ever! Greeted with a friendly "hello" water and juice box for my granddaughter. The guys are always friendly, smiling. I can wait in my car, get fluids topped off, tires filled and quick and efficient service. I will never go any place else for an oil change.

I am writing in support of this business and the technicians, Ben and Tyler. These people are professional, the business runs like butter, Take 5 Oil Change has excellent customer service training, and more customers need to know about this establishment. In the last seven years, since spring 2016, I have only allowed three different mechanics to ever change oil on both of our cars. And I always provide my own oil, filter, crush washer, and oil additive, each time. Today I had to use another service, which I have not done since late 2015, because my chosen mechanic is gone for awhile, on personal leave. I hated the idea of calling anyone else. I call Grease Monkey and they give me an attitude for bringing my own items. Oh, the professionalism. Will not go there. I then call Jiffy Lube and they refuse service because of the oil, I get transferred to a Viktor and he hangs up within ten seconds. I call back, they hang up on me again. Good times. I am now fuming, hating that I need someone other than my usual mechanic touching the car. I click around Google, look at some shops, come across Take 5 Oil Change, and the reviews stand out. The phone call to this place was very different to the above shops. I speak to a Brendan, who is polite, transparent, professional, informs that not only is my own oil not a problem, but he also provides the price, welcomes me to come by, and is a natural on the phone. I show up, they hand me water, the rest is history. Five stars, highly recommend, kudos, and I wish Ben, Tyler, and this business good luck. The professionalism was refreshing.EDIT: The shop guys did not re-install all of the bolts to the bottom splash/aerodynamic shield, which is disappointing because parts of the panel flops when I drive and I have to track down the number of bolts to buy at the dealer. I took the car to the dealer for an oil change and the tech said bolts are missing, part of the body panel was flailing during my drives. Come on, Take 5!!!Service: Oil change

I had a great experience at this take 5 location! Josh was incredibly kind and informative the entire time. I felt like he was being professional and understanding with my lack of knowledge about cars. I will visit again and request Josh!

I love this place! Excellent customer service from the greeting in the driveway with a bottle of water to when they re guiding you out of the bay. You never have to get out of your vehicle. And they do free top offs until the end of the three or 6000 miles depending on which oil change you get. This location specifically has a manager named Isaac that really really cares About customers. Very knowledgeable about vehicles and wants to make sure you re happy. All the other employees are great too, I m sure Isaac won t have anybody in his shop that isn t customer service Oriented. Fast, friendly, and know how to get the job done right. This is my new go to.

Hands down the best oil change. We have been using them for a couple years now. They explain everything in detail, so that you understand, and their communication with one another is phenomenal! They always offer a water or, when I have my child with me, they offer them fruit snacks or an applesauce pouch. Meanwhile, I get to sit in my car and not worry about dropping it off or what to do during it! Thank you Take 5!

I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The employees are pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, which made the service process smooth and stress free. Additionally, the complimentary water provided while waiting for service was a nice gesture. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and I will definitely be returning for future oil changes.

These guys are great. I will happily pay a bit more to get the job done with me sitting in the car rather than having to drop off somewhere and who knows when it will be done. They have quality products and talk you through the whole process.

Came in yesterday to do an oil change on my Subaru WRX and the team was super friendly, fun and quick! Also wanna highlight one of the guys there I don t remember his name but he had kinda long light brown hair with a bandana on and he was very helpful and made the experience convenient and fun

Devin and Cody were my techs and made my experience a great one. Highly recommend this oil service location for speedy service with a smile. They even handed me a fancy water to enjoy as I waited. This was my first time at a Take 5 Oil Change and the reviews were spot on. I feel like it was worth every penny! As long as I live in the area, this is the place I trust to get it done right moving forward. 5 Stars all the way!

The service was friendly and efficient once I was in there, but I waited almost 1.5 hours. Last time I was there, no wait and 10 minutes. I assumed they d go through the oil changes quick but then I got stuck and couldn t leave so I just had to wait. The gal who took care of me was thorough and kind but I couldn t understand her or hear very well due to the noise in the shop.

I received fantastic service here today! Ari was very informative, and he was training a new employee on the bay. I heard Cody's name as well, and he was extremely professional but also boasted a very genuine and friendly demeanor as he worked. Everyone in the shop was working hard, and they made sure I had water while I waited in my car. I'll always drive across town to get my oil changed here. 'Preciate you guys!

This place is amazing. I needed a last-minute oil change on Christmas Eve, and I was able to drive right in. Thank you all for being there. Kendra was the manager on duty, and she was AWESOME. Everyone explained everything, got us through quickly, and were incredibly friendly.Please know that it is a little more costly than other places but worth it if you value convenience and customer service. I live in Littleton and typically go to the dealership, but I will be making the slightly longer drive to come here because it still saves me time and drama. They did point out a slight oil leak and the need for a new air filter, which I appreciate, but there was no pressure. These are some of the coolest people and do a great job. Thank you for making my day. <3

First of all-if you're having a bad day just go here. I was actually having kind of a bad morning and then I went here and I know it sounds crazy but this place cheered me up. I don't care if you need an oil change or not just look for an excuse. The people that work here are some of the happiest people I've ever seen in a workplace. They changed my oil in record time, inspected my car, didn't push anything that I didn't want (but kept me informed), and offered me water multiple times.10/10

Great job! This was very professional, cost and time efficient oil change! There were no hidden costs. Nothing was refilled or replaced without my visual and verbal approval.In short, I got to sit in my truck and watch the Tik Toks before it goes away, AND it only took about a half hour! SORRY Jiffy Lube it's not me, it s you.

I've been to Take 5 in Arvada twice and both times were amazing.The first time I went I was in and out within 15 minutes. The second time it took a while, but it was a Friday and before a big storm.The technicians are knowledgeable, hardworking, and very kind. They walk you through the entire process.I've recommended Take 5 to all my friends and family..
