Called in advance and spoke with Shaini D. around 1:40pm. and asked if they had time to complete 2 new tire installs & including an alignment after tries were installed. Shaini D. said yes, they could get it done in 1 1/2 hours. They said they only had 1 car ahead on the alignment rack, and the bay was free to do the tires soon as we get there. We showed up around 5-7 minutes after the call and dropped it off, came back after 1 1/2 hrs and the rims were off and it wasnt worked, she said give it about 45 min, give or take and it should be done.We came back after another 1 1/2 hrs, and the car is outside the shop, so we figured it was done. Come to find out the alignment was never done. They said to leave the car overnight, and they'll do it in the morning.They also tried to say something was wrong with the shocks and suspension, not knowing we already had another mechanic look over the vehicle earlier that day. Then, when I said It only needed an alignment, I looked at it earlier, and they changed their story. Shaini D also said she would give us a veterans discount of 5% and never did. They also charged us for TPMS sensor work, and they never asked our permission to do so. Prior to coming in, they were all functioning fine. They also left the tire ditry and didn't put the valve stem covers back on. They should've been honest with us and said they didn't have the time to complete the job. They didn't have to lie and charge for work, not cleared with the customer. This is unacceptable, we planned our afternoon based on what she said, and now we have to take time off of work to get an alignment elsewhere. They wasted our time and lied. They need to refunt the TPMS sensor money and apologize for wasting our time.

Horrible experience. I was told it'll be ready in an hour, waited 3. And they wanted to keep my car over night to finish the alignment. They charged me for TPMS and never asked if I wanted that done. My sensors were working fine when I brought it in. They should've communicated before replacing it and let me know. Plus, they didn't put my nice valve covers back on, and the new tires are super dirty. And they didn't add the military discount.

I had a surprise flat tire on Easter Sunday, and though most stores were closed and folks were home with their families, Pep Boys was open and providing service. The team was excellent, from the gentleman who took my call and agreed to have me come in to fix my tire, to the young men who fixed it perfectly and put the hub cap back on. I was in and out very comfortably in a perfectly reasonable amount of time. The facility was clean and everyone was super nice and professional. Would certainly recommend - though i did feel bad that they were working on a holiday. Thank you!

Typically have good experiences at this location but not this time. The manager Daniel is great but unfortunately my issue is with the laborers this time. I had a 5:30 pm appointment last night and it seems like the tech who changed my tires was in a rush. EVERY single one of my rims are scratched and destroyed. And this is a new car with 30,000 miles on it Very unprofessional. I understand possibly 1 Nick by accident but every rim to have multiple tears and scratches on it is completely unprofessional. I could have done a better job myself. Each scratch/ damage is from the way he/she took the tire off my rims and it s 100 percent from rushing the job. You pay businesses to have a professional service done and this is by far not professional in any means.I have filed a claim and will not be coming back to pep boys in the future. I would post pictures if it would let me It has now been over 48 hours and i still have not heard back from anyone. This is unprofessional PEP BOYS get your stuff together. I need to be followed up with ASAP as in today Friday.

Daniel the manager was super helpful. First he helped me resolve my issue within a one day as a walk in which was amazing. Second he helped me find out some additional issues and gave me some tips to help prevent what caused the issue. All around 5 stars for him and Mario for great work and customer service.

The service manager Manny was very nice BUT!!! I DO NOT recommend this location! I admit I needed a good amount of work done; however, I was told my vehicle would be ready in about 3 days, it took a week!! Their communication is beyond terrible. I was not told that the technician who would be working on it only worked 3 days a week. Had I known that info I would've found another Pep Boys location or different shop to take it to. I had to rent a vehicle and I was told by a lady who worked at this location that they reimburse you, they DON'T! There was no link on their website like she said and I received zero help from the store regarding this.They called me at closing time saying my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 8 am the next day. I showed up and they told me the heater STILL wasn't working after a 2nd test drive, I was asked to pick it up later in the day. When I got my vehicle back I had to fill my coolant reservoir 2 days later, they didn't burp the system after replacing parts. They didn't put the door panel on correctly and broke a cover to a screw hole and tried to hide it. My alignment was off, too. Sloppy work by the tech(s) who worked on it.

We discovered that our car had a screw in one of the tires. It was just before closing time, but the staff at Pep Boys agreed to get us in. They were super friendly and helpful, getting the tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. I appreciated their willingness to help get our car back up and running. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for tires or other automotive needs.

Really great customer service and nice employees. However, I feel that the scheduling could have been better. I made an appointment at 3:30 for an alignment but did not finish until 5:30 due to previous appointment issues. I was frustrated with how scheduling worked because I would rather just have known and made an appointment for 5pm. Manny and Sean were great, but my rear wheels couldn't be aligned due to missing parts- not their fault but still frustrating. They offered to redo my alignment if I got the parts and comped the alignment, which I appreciated. Overall: Great service, but wish it was faster.

I had a leak in tire for a few months. I had to put air in my tire 1-2 a week. I finally go to pep boys and get it fixed and all of a sudden every day for days my tire is leaking faster. I take it back 2 days later to get re repaired and nothing has changed. I tried to schedule a 3rd appointment and my call went unanswered multiple times.

i wish there was a no star rating.ABSOLUTELY. DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. TRASH OF A BUSINESS. i took 2 cars to get the radiator fixed, $2000+ wasted. they did not fix ANYTHING in both cars. they put a water pump in a PLASTIC water bottle wrapped with a rag & didn't screw ANY of the parts under the hood back on .this place is so unprofessional & don t ever waste your time or money here. Not only is the manager, Manny, unprofessional, this whole entire business is. My boyfriend & I both don t have cars now, thanks Pepboys.

Do not go here for anything mechanical. I made the mistake of taking my truck there to get an HVAC issue fixed and after 3 months and thousands of dollars not only is my issue not fixed but they also broke something else in the HVAC system so know I am unable to direct air to the foot well or to the windshield to defrost. I have been calling their customer service department for over 2 weeks and keep getting the same story that my case has been escalated and that someone will be calling me. DO NOT go here if you want your repair to be done right.

Took a half day for an oil change.It took me an hour to book the appt online .Showed up at 1 asking if they had an earlier time and was told "we have 1 car in for an oil change and the next appt is at 3" I thought "it takes 2 hrs for 1 oil change?"I arrived at 3. It took us 20 minutes to figure out the app & payment.During that time THREE staff came and asked "would you like me to do the oil change before i leave" Manager said no and sent 2 home and 1 to lunch.At 324 she told me "your car is next"My car was taken in at 440pm!!!Why?Why you not take up 1 of the 3 staff on the offer to do a 15 MINUTE OIL CHANGE before you send them home?In the shop was only one car.So at 330 i asked when will my car be done. The manager said "next"When you say "next" it means the car in front of you has begun and things are going well. "Next" means about 15-30 minutes.If you're going to take over TWO hours for a 15 min service you need to ASK FOR CONSENT FROM THE CUSTOMER.I DID NOT HAVE 2 HOURS TO GIVE TO YOU!!!!! And your failure to ask my consent cost me $40 and to miss out on very precious time I needed to spend elsewhere.They take your money UP FRONT to force you to wait. I've noticed nail salons in the city do this too. Lesson learned : NEVER pay up front so you can walk away!Can't frikin believe i started this mess at noon and completed it at 530.ItBack to tonight's mess:Your female manager does know how to run an auto shop. She knew & the other 3 staff knew that nightmare car was NOT going to be fixed before closing (or before closing the next day) and business with other cars MUST resume. I'm very very very mad at her for sending staff home instead of doing the oil change first WHEN THEY OFFERED!More over. That little kid.The female manager brought her kid. The kid grabbed my butt twice, handed me the MOUSE trap and threw a book at me. I smiled and directed him away but its not ok.So the next day i call and ask who is the highest manager in the store and how to contact them. The male on phone says it's him but a few minutes into the call he says he is not the store manager. He is only a teir 1 manager.You know that moment in a conversation when you realize there's no point to have the conversation because the other person is missing so many screws... The other person is missing so many screws. That a conversation is not possible to have. This is that point.This business is a MESS.I asked him for an explanationHe said the store was missing a part & send the staff to lunch and on his lunch he bought the part and brought it back.I advocate for employee abuse and w2 staff, by law, are not allowed to work on their break or work at all unless paid and not allowed to use their personal vehicles for business purposes without a contract and pay. A letter has been written to the city.Moving on. I asked him "Did it ever occur to you that I did not have 2 hours to wait. Did you think to ask me or inform me of the missing part?"He seemed genuinely confused and said no.Speechless. I hung up on him. Can't argue with clueless and I'm not going to give you a business lesson.Anyways.I called around. Toyota charges the same price for an oil change. They are honest about the wait time & provide an uber & inform you THE VERY SECOND an issue arises in the back. And let you pay at the end so you can leave if need be.Unlike this place that is held together by duct tape.

Hit or miss here. I've had excellent service at times, friendly and helpful. Other times, not so much. I've talked to three different people in the past week and I've been given different information each time. I won't take my car there this time because I don't know what to expect. Thankfully there's another shop next door!

They do good work but the shop is a disaster, looks like a bomb went off in it, not a safe working environment for the mechanics. I'm sure the fire department and OSHA would ticket them for multiple violations. The one single bathroom is shared by male and female staff and all customers. It is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever used outside of traditional open hole bathrooms in India. Customers have to walk through the shop stepping over debris and car parts to get to the bathroom. It's an accident waiting to happen.

Just avoid unless you just want to be completely disappointed. The front desk person was on the phone with her manager, this ignoring people. The manager should be smarter than take employee away from customers. I had an appointment to fix a flat tire, was told although I had an appointment it would be two hours. Really just awful. I tried. I will stick to Discount tire. They have their act together.

I would avoid this Pep Boys. I went in for an oil change, and they rotated my tires that I had just had rotated the day before! I did not ask for that service and didn t even want to ask them to fix it.Worst of all my truck (which I acknowledge isn t pristine by any stretch) was full of grease and dirt.See the attached pictures that is the wipe I use to clean my glasses. Ruined now. Grease stain on the seat and the arm rest too.I verified that they did change the oil and filter, and the price was good, so there s that

Took are rarely driven car here for an alignment after what turned out to be a dark hole of repairs I had to do.Final update after meeting in person with the service manager Manny he agreed and definitely went above and beyond after meeting with him, the alignment adjustments were made within factory standards, and the response to my original issue which I have Since removed exceeded my expectations. I refuse to post what he had done as I don t want a bunch of scavengers, taking advantage of a man trying to repair a businessUpdate and edited: received a call from Manny the service manager after some discussion we came to what I believe would qualify for going above and beyond causing me to update my review from 1 to 4 stars. I will update to 5 after we complete our agreement.Thank you pepboys for following up

I arrived at Pep Boys before the open store hours, and found the shop fully open, with all employees hard at work. I got a nail in my tire and this shop was conveniently located. These guys fixed my tire in under 30 minutes and had me back on the road. The whole time I was in the waiting room, the phone did not stop ringing, which to me means lots of people bring their car here because they know the work will be done right. The guys here do great work and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Daniel was extremely friendly and very helpful. Told me it would take all day to get my car in since they were down a mechanic and I had received a call within less than 2 hours. They did everything that they could to fix the issue and sent me on my way. I will definitely be going back to them.

Very nice staff but a bit uninformed on AWD vehicles and the technical aspects. I was rejected service because I did not need all four tires and was told so because it would ruin my differential if I ran different tires. This is NOT true and I believe they try to up sell people using this myth. I ended up removing my own tire and taking it in to get replaced and installed it back on my car. Years later, no issue with my differential Engineers account for fluctuated ride heights between tires regardless of them all being the same size, type, or tread depth.

I will edit this review if someone makes this situation right.Daniel at the front desk is the only good thing about this Pep Boys. He has gone above and beyond and has been extremely friendly and helpful. That's where the good stops. I took my car in for alignment/suspension work, and when I picked my car up, the windshield wipers were broken and turning the steering wheel made my tires grind. Thankfully they fixed it (supposedly). When I went back to pick it up again after their shotty work, I got a few blocks away before my car stopped moving because the transmission had gone. Pep Boys won't admit fault despite my car having only 75,000 miles and having no previous transmission issues, no lights on, no grinding, no trouble shifting, no signs of damage. The worst thing I did in caring for my car was take it to Pep Boys. I cannot believe with the poor quality of work in this place.

I cannot thank this staff enough for all of the help and amazing customer service and performance! They helped me through battling the warranty company and were so patient with me finding an alternative route to make payment. FINALLY when I got everything figured out well over an hour after my original appointment time, they still squeezed me in right before closing time because I HAD to be able to get to work the next day. AMAZING STAFF! HUGE THANK YOU to Jonathan who did the work on my vehicle, and also to Daniel who helped me through all of my warranty and payment issues, and also Gage for an overall awesome customer experience!

Such great guys! I went in on Saturday morning after hitting a massive pothole. The crew took care of my car quickly and got me back on the road in no time. They were so personable and friendly while I was waiting, and their concern for my safety was incredibly kind. I'll be back for all my future car maintenance!

Had an appt. Yesterday for an oil change and rotation. 3/4 of the way though my 1.5 hour/$100 basic oil change they informed me they couldn t do my rotation because they didn t have a lift to do it and that I had to com back tomorrow. Well, I came back the next day and they told me that it couldn t be touched and that I d have to schedule another appt. and come back again. Needless to say, this shop is worthless and I will never be back again. Other users beware!
