They were open late and had the weird fuse we needed. The staff was so nice with customer service. One other customer was changing a wheel and didn't have a jack so they opened a new one and let him borrow it to use in the parking lot. Never have i seen that before!

Absolutely the best service I've ever had at an auto parts store. Superb employees and management were amazingly helpful and even installed the new turn light bulbs I purchased. This location has my highest recommendation.

After leaving auto zone because they said they would not put on my windshield wipers, I came to this store. The two employees that helped me were awesome. They offered to put on my wipers before I even asked and then refused a tip. They were so friendly, personable, and had product knowledge. They get a customer service 5 star, man!

What's on my way to a meeting and the whole thing loose on my motorcycle near the axle nut Advanced what not loan me a tool to tighten so I stopped at O'Reilly's where Scott and Jim promptly help me without me buying a single thing and we're so helpful I recommend this place to anybody and I most certainly will be back

DO NOT BUY A BATTERY HERE!I'm a 30yr mechanic and know a little about automobile's.I had the misfortune of receiving two bad batteries from this store. My vehicle was checked by them and confirmed not to be the cause of battery failure...The first one was replaced under warranty without issue however the second battery failed within 5 months and was verified inoperable by the store. O'Reilly refused to replace this battery and charged me $92 for a new battery that should have been covered by the warranty. THEIR BATTERIES ARE JUNK AND THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS in my humble opinion...

So i really like this store with its current manager. She is a delight. Plus, this is within walking distance, an advantage if you have only one vehicle. Remember bags. Plus, I always find great stuff in the discount/discontinued section and some cool tools i didn't know I needed.

Michael, the store manager is racist and incompetent. He will not answer simple questions and he kept making snide remarks and even went as far as to say that I can t afford to rent a tool. I decided not to do business with O Reilys for this reason. I went to Auto Zone across the street and I was out in 10min. The staff at Auto Zone answered all of my questions and helped me understand some other issues I am having with another vehicle I own. I will never go back to this location.

Tony the stores manager is exceptional and so helpful he goes above and beyond to asisit and help customers !! His knowledge of cars and what is needed is amazing definatly need more employees like him

Employees could have been friendlier, they weren't rude but Idk I got in, got what I needed, and got out pretty quickly so their service is speedy which I really appreciate, but it wouldn't hurt them to smile every now and again...

Quick and chill . I've never had auto store dump the oil for me. Idk if that's how its supposed to go but it's all it took 2 make me happy.

It's a parts store but the two Gentlemen were helpful. My only complaint is $43 for a hitch Lock is kind of outrageous

Horrible. Guys here sold my girlfriend merc v instead of LV after specially showing them the trans type. Now the car has 1.5 qts of the wrong trans fluid. Worthless Employees

Multiple times I ve rolled up to this store during business hours and the doors were locked, lights on and OPEN sign on. The times I have been in they ve never had what I needed and store clerk seemed genuinely annoyed at me and my kid s presence..

The guys and gals here know their stuff.I was replacing a cabin air filter on my Murano and the gal behind the counter had done it herself. I still used YouTube tutorials for reinforcement but I got the right part and right advice about getting it in behind the glove compartment. The store brand filter was reasonably priced.

This store employs people that don't understand how lines work. The staff just allows people to cut line and jump ahead of me when I am obviously standing there with a part, ready to check out. Amateur Hour all day here. I went to the Autozone nearby, and the staff there understands how this basic concept works. I will never shop at this store again.

Always a little more expensive than pep boys, but their service is well worth it. Every time I come in, they know who I am and are ready to help me with anything they can. If they can't help me, they point me in the right direction every time. I wish every place offered service like they do, and I recommend them to everyone in need.

Employees not wearing masks. I visited the store twice yesterday and of the 4 different employees I saw, only 1 was wearing a mask. Despite the fact the store has signs on every door that masks are required, the employees appear exempt. I had to ask the employee to put her mask on before I approached the checkout counter. I was met with an eye roll and the very slow donning of a mask. With an Autozone across the street and a Napa and Advanced within a short drive I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Close enough to my home that I walk past Advance au to about another block to get my parts. Service seems to depend on staffing and you never see anyone slacking. I have asked questions and got real answers. Merry Christmas to all ya part picker's.Tough enough job..Without those questions
