First guy to help me was pretty rude. Condescending and actually argumentative. I thought it was based on my race also because he was super nice to the Caucasian man he helped before me.I had to go back 20 minutes later and dreaded it. When I got there the second guy was super friendly and helpful. That average is why they got 3 stars

Mark and David were so helpful. Some of the best customer service I ve received at an auto parts store bar none! I really appreciate the time and care they put into helping me sort out a headlight issue that ending up needing more attention! Thank you!

Been here periodically throughout the years as it is close to home. And I must say, it is one of the few places out there that still cares about customer service, takes the time to listen to your needs and helps you address them and then stands behind their products.

Big shout out to Marc!!! I had picked up some power steering fluid my father had purchased for me and Marc was nice enough to top off the fluids for me!! Tried to give him a tip and insisted and he responded that s what dads do . Thank you so much Marc. You are a great person!

Really really good. RichWas extremely helpful. He went through everything and showed me all of the deals that they were having that day. He even walked out my parts to my vehicle super nice guy.There's also a lady that works there I can't remember her name she has always been extremely helpful to. Never had a problem going to this Napa. Also the manager took time to let me know on a different occasion that we have an account there which will give us a discount to buy parts. She was Also extremely nice so I would say it's a pretty good place to go to. To get the stuff you need for your vehicles.

I've shopped this store exclusively for a many years while servicing our fleet of vehicles. I've always had great service until tonight. Tonight, TJ, the assistant manager, kicked me out of the store due to not having a mask on. When I tried to talk to him, he kept talking over me and refused to let me say anything and told me to leave. I refuse to be treated this way and will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

These guys are just rude. Every time, and no I'm not exaggerating, EVERY time I come here they have something screwed up I've just called and confirmed they actually had. Not to mention the fact that they have something negative to say about my truck each time. So no I will never purchase from this store again. I'll take my business elsewhere and gladly pay more for better service and no complaints towards my 6l f250 super duty!

I brought 2 pcs...they did not accept it for a return "no receipt".and wasn't asked for phone number when I purchased it. He was too busy eating his burrito. The gals there no help what so ever. I'm sitting on $30.00 of merchandise. I asked for clear or black proxy glue got yellow....not cool at all. Do I look like a thief or just another "fool"

This location is great the people inside were friendly enough. I went in looking to purchase a throttle body and was able to do so. Unfortunately a storm delayed delivery however this wasn't anyone's fault. Highly recommended.

Napa the only store that I know of that carries the products I used for my car and other previous cars I own in the past.Recently I went in to get a new Gas Cap with a key.. The staff are very helpful and friendly..

The hiring manager is a incompetent lying person. Who offered a job and when I came in to follow up she blew off with a busy with corporate stuff delivered by counter person. Big waste of my time and effort and any future business dealings will most definitely go to another store. Dishonesty is a terrible trait when dealing in a managerial position. Do not recommend!

I'd like to thank Hector for outstanding customer service. Our car broke down, wouldn't start in the Sonic parking lot, we walked over to Napa to see if anyone could help us out and he was very gracious and generous with his time, completely willing to lend a helping hand. He jumped our car and got it up and going again. 5 stars- thank you so much.

Seemed a little busy first thing in the morning and nobody besides me was in the store waiting for service. Nice people but they don't carry everything associated with they products they sell

Talked to Rich on 6/18/18 and asked him to hold a part for me. I explained I was coming from over an hour away after work to pick up the part. I get there, and after waiting for 25 minutes, am told the manager sold the part. Incompetent manager or lying staff that can't find the part? Either way O'REILLY had the part so it wasn't a wasted trip.

Scott was so helpful! He ordered my car's rear wiper replacement and changed it for me. It wasn't easy because it was broken and stuck, but he did it, cold weather and all. Awesome customer service from Scott.

Every time I go in to get parts for my 1996 Toyota they can never get them. Simple parts like a Cylinder head or a ignition distributor, or distributor cap gasket even.Pretty worthless considering this is a very common vehicle.

My windshield wiper was broken and stuck onto the I arm. They spent over an hour with me and finally got it off. I don't know any other place that would have done that and not have charged. Every time I go there they provide excellent service! Thank you so much!

I called the 64th and Sheridan location on a Monday spoke to the assistant manager Michael he "ordered" a trailer hitch for me that was coming in from New Mexico I asked Michael if I needed to pay for the part that day his response was NO YOU PAY WHEN YOU PICK UP. I offered to drive there and pay again he said no. Also assured me it would be here Wednesday or Thursday. I called Wednesday spoke to an older gentleman that also found an invoice the order hitch not there he also assured me part would be in Thursday afternoon because that when they get their deliveries. I went Thursday young kid with glasses was extremely rude would not do anything to fix the issue. Basically called me a liar and said the conversation I had with Michael was not correct. Both need to be trained in knowing how to do their job correctly.

I purchased a Balkamp Tethered Gas cap here in August, 2018. I didn't think I was having any issues but took my 2002 InfinitiIte to have my Emissions test in Northglenn on 3/27/19 and passed everything except my gas cap. That evening I called and spoke to Ann, the Manager. She took a great amount of time looking up the item to find the date I purchased the item since I could not find my receipt. She found it. She gave me her hours so that I could return it in the original box I kept. The next morning I was at her store by 7:30 a.m. and she had my information at hand. She checked the gas cap and found that the rubber ring had gotten hard. She immediately got the new cap and since the one I was returning was under warrantee, she replaced it for the old one and even put it on with the correct plastic plug so that it was tethered. I want to commend Ann for her professionalism, her caring and kindness and willingness to help me, and her knowledge of what to do for me. She was smiley and she was a blessing to me. Please give her the highest of recommendations. She is an angel. Oh, yes, I went immediately back to the Emissions place and passed with flying colors on 3/28/19.

My family is traveling the country for 1 year in our fifth wheel being towed by my Ford F250 Super Duty. So, first of all I bought an replacement alternator for my truck from NAPA Auto Parts in Fairplay, CO. One of the guys helped me put it in as well. So, overall that was a really good experience. However, the alternator was not putting out the correct voltage. It was rated to output 14.31 volts, but I was only getting about 11.8 to 12 volts. The truck needs between 13.5 and 14 volts. When I got to Golden, CO I had a mechanic confirm the low voltage. I went to this NAPA (on 64th Ave) and they sold me a new alternator, which I had to pay for 100%, but they said they'd refund me the full amount when I brought the other one back. I took it to the mechanic and swapped it out. The new one was only rated at 14.01 volts, however, it worked perfectly! I took the old one back and they refunded the full amount. So, other than the faulty alternator this experience was incredibly smooth! They took care of the issue without any hangups or caveats. I can't blame the remanufactured alternator on them, but they took ownership and solve the problem! That's the right thing to do!
