These guys are amazing. They are busy! After three days of trying to get in to get my windshield washer nozzle fixed, I stopped in Friday morning and Matt the manager found a broken hose and immediately got it fixed in 15 minutes. Amazing service from him, and he didn't even charge me. Now that's service! I will be back for sure.

Great service. Matt and Sal went above and beyond after I got an oil change to re-attach my rear view mirror at no cost, which had fallen off while my car sat in the sun post service (not their fault, bad cure from recent Safelite windshield replacement).

My son parked his truck in the high school parking lot and was hit by another student. The tire stem was broke off and deflated the air. We popped the tire off and drove it to Midas where they found a replacement stem/valve and replaced everything for free. Very nice and helpful.

Great service and honest opinions. I brought in 88 4Runner I just finished restoring. I knew the alignment was off and they told me what should be replaced before they aligned it. I am I DYI guy and appreciate the expert advice. Matt was a great help and asset to this company/location, I will be bring our business vehicles here for service in the future. Thanks

A pleasure to work with; I didn't feel like they were just out to get my money!I had great conversations with Matt the GM and person at the service desk. They communicated well, listened, and answered all of my questions. They checked out the car and were understanding about the nature of my predicament. They gave me all of my options clearly and allowed me to make a decision without pressuring me into the higher priced options. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles back to this shop.

If you are traveling and you hear an usual noise coming from the brake area you want to get to a reliable and trustworthy expert before you venture on. My one call(minutes before closing) was answered by the General Manager (Don) and he was able to promptly work my 2008 SRX in to diagnose any brake problems the next morning. His expert mechanics were efficient, thorough and only found a little rust. The place was clean with a very friendly and professional environment. They alleviated my worries stating no work needed at this time.(saving me $$). Thanks Midas now that s great customer service.

Great experience! I had a nail in my tire, drove up and within a few minutes my car was pulled in, fixed, and due to the location of the nail, they patched it up for free. Matt and Sal were super helpful, definitely will be coming back.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I took my car in for an oil change, because I had a coupon! DONT go there! Especially if you re a woman. They said I need repairs that would cost $8500. Ridiculous.I took my car elsewhere for an oil change and they checked everything and my car did not need repairs for $8500. Stay away from Midas!

These guys are great. They were extemely through and they diagnosed my vehicle as a courtesy. They were informative, and gave kept me well informed and communicated with me every step of the way. Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable and great to deal with. I will be back!

I had a flat tire and luckily was able to make it to the shop. Walked in told them I saw a screw and in less than 5 minutes they took my keys, pulled the car in & started working on it. Given the location of the screw they were able to plug it for free. This was the easiest and nicest experience I ve had with car parts in a long time. Thank you!

Pleasant experience at this Midas location. Same day oil change appointment and they got me in and out in 1.5 hours, which is reasonable.Staff are friendly and offer low pressure feedback on opportunities to further repair your vehicle.Looking forward to having them help with my next repair, but hope that's not for awhile :)

To have everything inspected was free, matt (one of the technicians) walked me through everything, gave me an explanation of what needed to be replaced and why, and gave me a detailed quote to work off of. Will do some price matching to make sure I am getting the best deal, but the service I received was fantastic.

They made all of my problems worse. I came in because my coolant and gas was leaking. They told me that the clamps were loose and just needed to be tightened and talked me into getting my coolant hose and gas line flushed. Not even a week later I had to bring it back in to a different location because there was a tear in the gas line. When I asked why it wasn't addressed the first time, they told me that the gas line flush is probably what caused the tear in the hose. I don't understand why they didn't catch this the first time. I've now spent a total of about $400 to fix the problems that they caused. I ended up just taking the car somewhere else to actually get it fixed because Midas sucks.

Other auto repair shops refused to work on my 1995 Ford Contour or did a sloppy job. Midas at 64th and Ward did a FANTASTIC job fixing the problem I had. Their service was great, their professionalism was incredible. I will never take my Contour to another auto repair shop even to change the oil. 5 stars are not enough *******

Best Midas experience you can ever have! I've been a customer for almost 6 years now and this place has wonderful service. The staff is always welcoming and on point with their suggestions.They work fast and efficiently - on the last visit I even got my tail lights fixed without stepping out of my car!

Matt (the manager) identified a potentially serious problem with my 2009 Mercedes ML350. He was great about explaining what was wrong and the repairs needed. Matt and his team went out of their way to get the parts and did the repair the same day. I highly recommend them.

The crew here at Midas has an impeccable sense of service. Sal, Daniella, Matt and Tyler are always welcoming with a smile and are always happy to help. They also know how to fix what is going wrong with your vehicle the right way, and they do just that they get it right so you have the peace of mind you need when you are behind the wheel! Great customer service. Air pressure machine was down but that didn't stop them from calling another shop to help finish up the job they were doing me. Very quick service & I would definitely recommend.

Paid money for a new low-beam headlight. It didn't work. Took the car back and was told the headlight works but that the pigtail is disconnected and needs to be replaced. Seems to me that the mechanic would be checking something so simple. Won't return.
