My car was making SO many noises, I needed all my breaks completely fixed and an oil change (and probably more lol). However I have a 5mo old and another on the way. I called and got an appointment the same week, that worked around my work schedule and with the baby. I told them I had a pretty tight budget I had to work with. They got everything done in half a day, and under the budget we discussed, and were friendly and helpful the entire time! Now my car is no longer screaming and squealing, and I feel safe to drive around my babies :) I would highly recommend this business!

The rates this place wants to charge is ridiculous just to change brakes and rotors. They wanted over $600 plus taxes the parts only cost 215 that means they wanted almost $400 in labor and the entire job only takes a hour. Who can afford that!!!

The guys at Meineke Car Care Center was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. Made me feel welcome and answered all my concerns. I will be going back if I need to take my car in.

The folks here are awesome! They have worked with us and have always been flexible as to timelines as well as waived the exam fee for two of our cars in exchange for us doing work with them. Honest, knowledgeable, patient, organized. Seamless experience all 3 times!

It would be difficult to exaggerate my degree of satisfaction with the service at this Meineke Car Care Center. The net is that I made an appointment, showed up early, was taken right away, and out the door at a fair price in two hours for what could reasonably be forcasted as a 4 - 5 hour job. The service was superior and the staff extraordinarily professional and courteous.

Eric got me a better deal and honest insight on a last minute holiday repair today. I can always count on this place to provide excellent, honest, and speedy service. I ve moved further away over the years, but theyre consistent quality of care worth the trip.

Several months ago I took a vehicle to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection and the technicians were very helpful when making the decision to buy this car.Ellen was very willing to let me take a look under the car while on the lift to make sure there was no structural damage or leaks to the vehicle. Robb, the Service Advisor, provided some resources that helped me make a more informed decision before the purchase.I don't live in Arvada but this was definitely one of the best auto shop experiences I have had in recent memory and it led me to a reliable vehicle I got at a great price. I also didn't have to sit around all day since the team was pretty quick and efficient. Thank you, Meineke!

I live very close by so this Meineke location is very convenient. I have been here two or three times ow for service on one of my cars and they have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. Pricing is through the roof for most anything automotive repair related these days so let's not go there. My last two visits were fast and I got my vehicle back with the requested/required repair(s) conducted very well.

I can t say enough good about the level of customer service we received!My daughter's car had an intermittent problem that was difficult to diagnose, The manager Eric and his team did not give up until they found the issue. I would recommend them highly!

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service, service and honesty that I had with Meineke. I was referred by a friend I was hesitant because I have not had good luck with other places. I went in for an oil change which was long overdue. There was a $20 off coupon which I think that I paid a lil over $60. They did such a detailed report with pics and e-mailed and texted to me so I have them if I did choose to take it somewhere else for that work. Which is extremely kind of them and shows that they care more about their customer than just making money. They told me that they could do one thing at a time due to my financial situation and there was no high pressure which is huge for me! Very very professional and kind people. I will definitely trust them and continue to go back when I need anything.

Meineke in Arvada got my truck in and fixed same day (a Saturday afternoon). They were super friendly, were willing to work on the price, and got the dealer parts that day. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing and so helpful! I really like how they send via text pictures of my car and the work that was worked on it. It was also nice to not feel pressured to buy or have anything done on my car.

I don't leave bad reviews and generally am very happy with services that I use. But I'm astounded with the horrible service I received at this Meineke. I brought in a car with an issue they said they could fix. The solution, which cost over $300, was done poorly. I brought the car to my regular garage since the problem wasn't resolved and they said it was bad work that was done. When I called to ask about correcting the job, the manager Eric told me a completely different story about how I insisted on a "temporary" fix that would be the cheapest. I never heard this before or that there was another option. The temporary fix wasn't even a fix and they charged us for non-fix. I have never been gaslighted in a service call and today was a real shock. I called my husband who was there with me and confirmed that another option was never presented and the term "temporary" was never uttered. I asked if I could speak to the manager's supervisor and was told he is hard to get ahold of. I left my number but am not optimistic for a response. Drivers, please beware and seek repairs elsewhere.

INCOMPETENT!!!!My wife needed a brake change about 4 months back so we decided to give this place a shot based on the decent reviews. What a MISTAKE!!!Just went back the third time yesterday because everything should be covered under warranty here - and have once again been charged (3rd time in 4 months) for something they should have noticed - if not on the first visit, at least the second visit.The front desk - Erik and his manager that sits behind him are NOT HONEST and will try to take advantage of you - especially if you're a female. Again, this was for my wife's car and I finally had to get involved because I was tired of sending the brake place our money.Anyways I strongly recommend going elsewhere!!!!

I had to take my F150 in for repairs and found out that former Service Advisor Steve was gone. I'm sorry to say that the confidence I had when using this shop, or referring to friends and family is gone. $764.18 for an alternator and $274.38 for a battery. Not including labor! If I wasn't heading out of town and needing the vehicle for my son, I would have went elsewhere. After many visits with several vehicles, and thousands of $$ spent at Brighton Meineke, this is the first time that I have left feeling ripped off, and the last time I will be taking any of our vehicles there.

Very pleased with the quick service and the coupon used for my oil change. Was not pleased that I received a email stating the price was going to be this and then when I went to pay with the coupon they added and extra quart of oil that was not on the receipt.

I will keep this review short and sweet, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP IF YOU ARE A WOMAN THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.Took it in for an alinement, they suggested a rotation as well I agreed. They did the rotation but couldn t do the alinement I then got a call stressing how bad my break pads and rotors were and that I needed all 4 sets replaced. Was quoted about $900 for all 4 sets. I refused that and took it to another 2 mechanics for a second opinion and they both said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors and the brake pads are barely even half worn. I am so tired of mechanics praying on females.

Terrible experience! I went in for a ride share inspection that typically only takes 15-20 minutes. I made an appointment and it still took close to 90 minutes. I was also told on the phone it would cost $30 and it was $40. Whomever performed the inspection left greasy hand and fingerprints all over the car, including on the ceiling. To top it all off, they rummaged through my glove compartment for some reason and left it a mess. I d been here before about 12-18 months ago and it was also a bad experience. I only went back because they re close by and it was just an inspection, so I figured it wouldn t be all that bad oopsService: Vehicle Inspection

I had work done here in 2021 on my 2010 Honda Odyssey. They replaced water pump, timing belt, and valve covers. They were polite and professional.However, I recently started having trouble so I took the vehicle to Thompson Auto. They looked over the vehicle and told me I needed valve cover gaskets replaced. I told them about my work at Meineke and they recommended I call to see if I was still under warranty. Upon calling, I was informed that they only had a 90 day warranty! I find that to be a shockingly short timeframe. Ultimately, I had to have them redone, and chose Thompson Auto as they offer a 3 year warranty on their work.Bottom line: While they do decent work, check over paperwork and the stipulations for what you're paying for carefully, as they offer minimal coverage windows on their work.Service: Auto engine tuning
