We brought our vehicle months after being rear ended by another vehicle. We were able to get all the work done, and more than estimated by insurance company hassle free. Car was done exactly when they said it would be. It came back looking better than the day we bought it! They had wonderful customer service, and great location off the bike path. I hope I never have to use a collision center again, but if I do it will be Kaizen Collision Center - Arvada.

I had a really great experience here. My truck drives just like it did before the accident. Color was matched perfectly. Kaizen kept me informed all throughout the process. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them if you need your car repaired.

Excellent work done here. My car drives better than it did before I was in an accident! The repairs were delayed by a week but they kept me well informed along the way. My car was returned clean and fixed. Staff treated me well. Would recommend to anyone especially if you use state farm

I am very happy with the work that Kaizen did on my vehicle. They were friendly right from the start of the process when I asked for an estimate. I called and went to a couple other businesses and they were very pushy. Kaizen did an awesome job, kept me updated through the whole process and finished a few days early. I definitely recommend.

Kaizen service was amazing, the text updates are awesome, no need to call for an update on your call. My vehicle was ready 4 days earlier than they thought. And there are quite a few women that worked there which as a woman i love to see in automotive industry!

State Farm recommended and all went well. Staff was kind & communicated throughout the process, all seemed easy with insurance and Kaizen. Would return if I needed in the future.

Kaizen was great in every aspect of my vehicle repair. First, and foremost, the work was impeccable. Second, their customer service and text updates were prompt and courteous. It took them a bit longer than initially anticipated, but they found some additional damage. I think it took a little longer to get those parts than they anticipated. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Took out Jeep in to have the front end repaired and they did a fantastic job. They kept me informed through the entire process and even though we had a small hiccup at the end they demonstrated excellent customer service and remedied the situation very quickly. It took me about a month to get scheduled for a repair, but I m very happy with their work. Truly appreciate Ben, who kept me updated about the repair status, and was very helpful when I asked if I can pick up my car a bit earlier than scheduled.I definitely recommend this place and will come back again if needed!

This shop came as a referral from my Honda dealership. It took about a month for me to get an appointment but when I finally came in for my appraisal, the repair was so quick and easy, they fixed it up in 15 minutes and didn't even charge me! I was accidentally rear-ended at a stop light several weeks ago during a snow storm. Mahnke did a fantastic job on restoring the bumper to brand new. Also, they managed to get it done in one day when I thought it would take a week and a half! They were very thorough, professional and easy to work with. Added bonus: they cleaned my car inside and out!What a nice touch and a great experience overall.Service: Body & Trim

A bus hit me in September and I just so happened to have found Kaizen on google. I'm so happy that I did. They are very close but that's not the reason why they get 5 stars.Stacy and her team were not only attentive to my needs but she communicated every step of the way with me. The work was beyond my expectations and my car looks good as new. If it wasn't for Stacy then the whole process would have been a lot worse. I could not be happier with Mahnke's work on my vehicle! This is my second time bringing my car into the shop to get fixed due to an accident. The process was so smooth; the estimate was done there and repairs were taken care of. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company after the initial claim. The quality of work was amazing! Nicole and the front desk ladies were very friendly and very helpful every time I was there. The professionalism and precision that goes into the bodywork and paint work is second to none! I love these guys and will always bring my vehicles to them! I will be making recommendations!!!

Mahnke did a fine job with my car. It looks like new. The people I dealt with were very good. Anna, the estimator, clearly explained what options I had. Nicole, the contact person, kept me abreast of the status of repairs. She is also personable and fun to talk with. I like that element in people I am doing business with! Avoid if you have a high-end vehicle. My 2021 Raptor went in for light body work, but when picking up the vehicle when repairs were completed the truck was immediately throwing error codes and a bolt fell out of the door hinge, on the side they worked on, the next day after the repair. Horrifying.

Mahnke Auto Body repaired our 2013 Volkswagon Jetta from an Accident that was not our fault. Not only did they do a beautiful job to the vehicle and left it Brand spanken new as if nothing happened to it, but they also started repairs and ordered parts immediately. We didnt have to wait long to get it repaired, it was amazing! We are so pleased with the outcome. The service I received here was amazing! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and nice. There were multiple things wrong with my jeep when I took it in and they were able to complete everything in a few short days. They kept me updated with texts as my jeep finished each stage of the repair which was super helpful. This shop is TOP notch. Professional from Day 1 to end. The only frustration I experienced was with my insurance, Allstate, but the shop was ON it. Even got me my car for the weekend, though I wasn't expecting it until Mon/Tues. Nicole was thorough and attentive, returning my multiple status calls quickly. Really couldn't say enough great things about the quality of the job, and the overall experience, Way to Go!

unfortunately i took my car to Mahnke Arvada to be repaired. a tree branch fell on the rear quarter panel which includes the gas port. they said 2 weeks, took 3. i had no rental car coverage. when i picked it up, some kind of glue was all over my car. they got some, but some still there. they would have sent me down the road without my tire lug removal tool, i happened to look for it. the gas cap that opens from a pull inside was not connected. would not have been able to get gas. and now gas fumes are flooding the inside of my vehicle. they put my cargo door back together incorrectly and it barely closes. i took it back they looked at it for 5 minutes said it was ok. its not. i would never ever recommend this place. even if they were the only autobody shop for 1000 miles never go here. they also put the trim back on so there are openings between the body and the trim, allowing water to get behind trim and start rusting body. they dont deserve one star.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So happy with the wonderful service! My new Lexus NX was damaged during the bad hailstorm this summer. Mahnke was referred to us by the Lexus dealership and they did such a great job! The service was scheduled to last 3-4 weeks and they were completed at 2 and a half. My Lexus looks like it was never hail damaged and their technicians did an amazing job! Their staff is friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, and equally skilled in painless dent repair. Couldn t be happier with the results!

I had a great experience with Mahnke after the big hail storm that came through Golden last May. The whole area was pressed for time, no rental cars were available and some of my friends really struggled with getting their car back from other body shops after 10+ weeks of waiting. Mahnke was much faster and I didn't have to pay a day over my insurance would cover my rental car. I was so relieved! I got a little frustrated a couple times but they girls at the front desk were very well tempered and made sure I was being heard. Thank you!

I was in a minor accident and looked for a local business to work with. My phone was damaged during the accident and I was unable to take photos for an online estimate so I stopped by. I was told that I could not get an estimate until mid January, period. I was disappointed by being told, "we are short staffed and that's as good as we can do".I will look elsewhere and inform my insurance that the recommendation to go to Mahnke did not work out.
