Great experience! Had an oil change. The whole crew was helpful including jumping my car since the battery died on the lot unexpectedly. Thank you to Monty and the others fellas who were involved! Will definitely be back.

This store is amazing. I can in with no appointment. My tire were bald and I knew I needed new tires. Matt helped me find the perfect tire, I switched to a highway tire. He advised as I do not do much off-roading. And Riley the tech killed it.Best experience getting tires ever, first time someone helped me find the right tire.Thanks Matt and Riley!

Looking for tires today, Goodyear seems to have a pretty exciting promotion with a $100+ off four tires (select tires). I give the guy my budget, the first thing he searches and sets up comes to $300+ above my budget. Terrible service here usually, but not clueless like this fella. Then I have to physically show him the coupon because he says the promotion is not valid (it s literally on the window of this shop). After seeing the online Goodyear website coupon he says, well, I ll give it to you anyway. What?? Thanks for the favor.The second search finds a fair deal on the tires even though the promo doesn t work for these tires, but the price is fair, or is it. Tires $500, install $200. Say what? Huh? How? So still $100 over my budget. So this place turns down $600 when there s no way instal should be that much, they re running a promotion (several) that he s giving me anyway on other tires, and there s literally no one here doing business. Markup on the tires is astronomical here, hence the promo and they still get a huge markup with the promo. Turns down $600. That s unreal.Leave. Head to Discount on 53rd. Very similar tire and not the cheapest like Goodyear offered, $597 all in. Guy heard my budget found the tire, promo s me and wam - done! Didn t want to wait. Going back tomorrow.This Goodyear is shady, rude and consistent with their poor service and choices. Have to stop going there.

Edit: The store manager Nate was such a help. He got me in asap to fix the mistake and sorted everything out so fast! The man who messed things up originally I believe is no longer there. So my business will definitely come back to them.My lug nut on my front passenger tire was not missing prior to my oil change and tire rotation. Now it s missing. They didn t fill my tires with air. If anything I m missing air from my tires now. They over charged me because I m a woman . Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a Goodyear and it s sad that when the manager is out of town they can t do their job properly.

I have gone here for tires, brakes, and oil/filter services for about 4 yrs now. I think 3.5 star is a fair review. There were a couple of 5-star experiences: At my first time there, the kid at the desk was like the only person working there on a Sunday (or maybe it was a Sat? It was pre-covid; I don't think they work Sundays anymore) and squeezed me in for a change of tires (which he might have had to do himself) I need for a wintery road trip the next morning. Another time, I think the manager or owner was able to fix a nail in a tire that my dealership insisted could not be mended and that I needed all tires changed out. My car dealer's service shop also had insisted I needed brake pads and rotor changes, which the Goodyear folks did not- I waited until it was really needed and then Goodyear did the work at like half the cost of what the dealer had quoted. The bad experiences: There have been at least a couple of times when I asked them (usually it's the guy whose name is Dante, I think, and once it was an older gentleman who was not the same person as who was crazy good at fixing tires) when my car was going to be ready, and I just kept getting strung along. First I asked if they could do it by a certain time, otherwise, I needed the car, so I would come back another day; they said o problem, then it was another hour, then another, then by 5p, then early next morning. If they just tell me it's not going to be ready until tomorrow, it's better then saying it will be ready in 2 hrs and then it is not - my time is important to me, and it's major points off when people disregard my time as unimportant or get irritated as if it's only their the only people who are busy at their jobs. I understand they are busy - but I think customers still get to ask nicely what the time frame is gonna be and should expect an honest and accurate answer. They need to understand customers have to manage their time too - not to mention the cost of getting an Uber/Lyft back and forth more than once. Dante also comes off as cold or irritable when I ask questions. Customers pay your business and take time (aka money) off of work to get their car fixed at your business. They can ask for and expect accurate and detailed information without the attitude.

Professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. That's what you're getting with Goodyear here. I have a vehicle that's quite high in mileage that needed some work. I explained my scenario to the guy up front, Nathan and he was able to come up with a plan to get me back on the road as soon as possible. The transparency and honesty that he provided really set me at ease and made me more comfortable to let these folks work on my vehicle. They notified me anytime they found something that could lead to troubles in the future and allowed me to make my decision without any pushy behavior. They have my business for life and I will suggest Nathan and his team at Goodyear to anybody looking to get the best service in the auto industry.

Recently got two tires (through USAA) and had them installed. Then 2 weeks later got a screw in one. Drove from work and they were able to fix it before they closed at 6pm. I was grateful for the quick service because I really needed my car the next day for meetings and a doctor appt.

The BEST GOODYEAR SERVICE EVER!We were in Denver for a family wedding and our tires were coming apart. We had a long drive to Tucson and pulled into Goodyear to see what they could do.They didnt have my tire size in stock but they said not to worry, they would have them in early in the morning.At 7:45 am we got the call "We have your tires come on down"They were really busy but knowing that we had to get home, they squeezed us in.I cant say enough about these guysTHANKS ... You saved our trip!JQ

Goodyear was able to get me in in less than an hour for my flat tire. Nathan Cretien assisted me and provided me great service. Would highly recommend Goodyear for any of your tire needs.

I took my Jeep in for an oil change. I usually use the dealership but couldn't get in soon enough. I was disappointed with the service. I expected to get some feedback on what was done and seen in my Jeep, and I didn't. I got a receipt of the charges. It was more like a jiffy lube service. I did speak with the technician, but I had to ask to speak with him. They didn't rotate my tires which were supposed to come with the package. I won't be going back. I am used to better service, more personal service. I do have to mention that John was the worker that checked me in, he was very polite and helpful. Once I spoke with the technician he was polite.

Discount oil change is a scam. Advertised at 64.99 but after taxes comes out to 87.89. They threatened to keep my vehicle and refused to refund the additional charges even though they did not discuss with me prior to upping my bill. The service counter associate Dwayne was a complete jerk and put my keys in his pocket like they were his until after giving me my change he kept arguing and finally pulled them out and gave them back. Will never be back here again. Wow.

Edit: the day after my review posted Goodyear called and offered a partial refund because I had been over charged. I've changed the rating to reflect this and will likely be back in the future. Thanks!----------I was quoted $70 and 60 minutes for a tire swap on the same rims. 90 minutes later, after observing my car sitting there ready to go for 15 minutes, I had to go up to the counter and tell them that it looks like my car was ready . They charged me double the estimate. Wont be back.

Anthony Williams (service manager at 9621 W 58th Ave, Arvada, CO 80002) is 10/10 INCREDIBLE! Anthony was able to patch my tire extremely quickly and went above and beyond to make the repair happen asap so that I could make it to work in the morning! Super considerate and kind. I will be going here for all my tire related needs from now on! Thank you so so much Anthony for being so kind and taking a huge amount of stress from me on a wild day!

John, is absolutely the best! We were driving through Denver and ran over some debris on the freeway got a flat tire. Went to several tire places and were told they couldn t help us(Discount tire being one of those) finally called Goodyear and John said bring it right over we will fix you up. He had us on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

These guys were great. After snow tire places were all backed up 4+ hours and I had a bolt in my tire that was rapidly deflating. When everyone else said 5pm , these guys agreed to 2 hours then got me out in 30-40mins so I could get back to work and gave the best price I could imagine!

Goodyear provided me exceptional service. I had a nail in my tire, which as we all know can go one of two ways. Either you get lucky and get a patch, or you have to replace the tire. Going in, I was unsure what my fate would be.I dropped my car off first thing a few Saturday's ago at 8am, walked over to Starbucks, drank a coffee, worked on my computer for 30 minutes then gave them a call. They let me know that they were able to patch my tire, filled it with air and put it back on, put my spare back in my trunk and filled up all the rest of my tires, ALL FOR FREE, within 30 minutes.In today's age, we don't know what to expect when we work with any sort of company, we just cross our fingers and hope for the best. Goodyear provided some of the best, efficient and most appreciated customer service I've had in years. I will definitely be back and direct anyone in need their way. Thanks again y'all!

We were traveling from SD to CO. On the way we had a tire blow on our vehicle. We arrived to town and found Goodyear right by our hotel. We stopped in and asked if our tire could be repaired and they didn t hesitate to assist us. They called us about 20 minutes later and the tire was repaired. We asked if the tire could be put back on the vehicle and he was happy to so. He put the tire back on and placed the spare right back under the truck. We asked for an invoice and he told us to have a good day and thanks for stopping in! The customer service we experienced as a guest in a large city was fabulous! We have family and children living in Denver, we know where we will send them if they need assistance. Way to go and thank you very much!!

I've been to like 3 different Goodyear auto services in my time of owning a vehicle all of them have been understaffed, takes 20 mins before anyone comes out to help me, the person who actually does come out has been rude half the time, went to one in golden and they told me they reprogramed my tpms sensors for me and they are still unprogramed to this day. 3 separate bad experiences later and I would literally rather take my car anywhere else. They may do good work sometimes but really need to work on customer service and telling the truth.

GREAT SERVICE! GREAT WORK! The best place to go when you need work done or just a simple oil change. When walking into the shop we were immediately greeted with friendly faces and great customer care. These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile for you. They're fast paced too I was in and out within 45 minutes! As of now I've had two vehicles done here and I'm always satisfied with the end results. I will 10/10 recommend this Goodyear to my friends and family whenever they need a new set of tires or work done!

Jon Clark and Dante did a great job repairing the AC and replacing the thermostat on my 2005 Toyota Highlander. The thermostat replacement and Freon charge repair price was fair. The guys explained everything as they went along and appear to be good guys , fair and trustworthy. I just took my car in for an inspection prior to a long road trip and Jon topped off all my fluids and checked the tire pressure all at no charge! I highly recommend this business.

Today I had a flat tire on my fiat. So I brought it to Jiffy lube but they don t do tire service. Thank God that Good Year is at the same area at Ralston Road. Anthony William is the one that save my day. He took a look at my tire and fixed it really quick. And one of the special thing that was he didn t charge me for it. It s such a kindness that we need from employee these day. Thank you Good Year for having great employees just like Anthony William.

I am a Uber Diver so I can't be without my car. I drive overnight. I was driving Monday evening. I notice my low tire warning so I stopped at a gas station and filled my tire. 2 hours later I got the same warning. I filled the tire 2 more times in the next hour. The last time I filled I felt the air going out of the top of the tire. I new I had to stop driving. I drove to the Goodyear at 2 am parked my car in the parking lot in front of the building. I put my key in a zip lock bag with a note and put it into the gray box. I took a Uber Home. I called to store about 10:30am. The made a work order. They called me at 3pm nd told me my car was ready. They said because I bought the tire from them it was no charge. I appreciate them for taking good care of me.

I cant believe what great service I received today from this Goodyear dealership. I had been scheduled for two weeks to get my truck tires at Les Schwab but when I showed to have the installation done I was advised that the tires I had chosen were out of state & it would be another 4 weeks. I called Goodyear and they got me in right away and made sure I got great tires ( better than the ones I initially was going to get ) at the same price I was already going to pay. This store took care of business quickly and made sure I got a great product. Thanks Goodyear for restoring my faith in great customer service.

I have known the guys at Goodyear Arvada for 8-10 years now. They are always wonderful to work with and do a great job of servicing all of the cars in my family. (And my brother and niece's cars now as well.)Jon and Anthony are both great guys and always helpful with my questions etc. And I love the fact these guys have both been running this location for many years. Consistency is key for good customer service. Great to have some one you can trust for auto questions.

I have been coming here off and on for years. Ron the store manager runs a well oiled machine, my wife brings her truck here for routine maintenance and today I needed the driver's side headlight changed which normally I would do myself but can't right now due to an injury on my arm. Ron even though his techs were busy got it done (himself). I highly recommend this shop for your car care needs

The gentleman (or the manager I assume) who works at the counter is such a respectful, responsible, and kind man. I had my oil change appointment today. There was some misunderstanding about the pickup time, instead of saying sorry and the oil change would be done by the end of the day. The manager tried to help me and apologize with action. The oil change was done shortly and the headlights were even cleaned. And all the fees were waived! Recommend to come to this place for car maintenance!

We had a pretty heavy snow storm a few days ago and I had some snow jammed under my heat shield which bent it down making it drag along the road. I brought my car in to see if I could schedule some time for Good Year to have them look at it. The only opening they had would be on Monday and I had obligations over the weekend that I needed to get to with my car. The gentleman at the counter said to give him a minute and he checked the bay. He came back a moment later and asked me to pull my car to the bay all the way on the right. He grabbed my keys and went out to handle it himself. After about ten minutes he came back in and said he got it fixed. This location on Ralston and independence is amazing. These guys got me squared away so I can make my obligations. I can t thank them enough for all the hard work and excellent customer service they have provided. I am a customer for life!!!!
