I was being harangued by Allstate to get my car fixed so they could close out their claim. I had visited Allstate s preferred auto body shop, Caliber Collision, and guess what? THEY GHOSTED ME. Not a peep from Allstate s preferred vendor in 12 months, good-bye Allstate's preferred vendor!So in the search of a local shop locally owned locally run I stumbled on this little Gem! Family Auto Collision who didn t forget about me called a number of times to follow up with an appointment in Oct when I was going to be on vacation. They made it easy and handled everything for me. Even when Allstate made them out to be bad guys and they would take advantage of me.They took my deductible and gave me back a beautifully repaired car. Thanks again Family Auto Collision for making it easy for me, following through with what you said to me.Take these guys over the big corporate collision repair business. They still care about their customers.

I took my Bushwacker Fender Flares here to get them painted to match my truck. They did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. Daryl and the staff were very friendly, they even stayed late so I could pick them up after work. Excellent customer service.

Shanon was the most helpful person ever! She went above and beyond my expectations! Getting your car wrecked is such a pain but she did everything possible to make this a smooth process. I am so happy with how my car looks. The communication was top tier! I would recommend to anyone who needs work done to work with this shop!

I highly recommend Family Auto. Shannon is an exceptional owner, very communicative and goes above to be sure your car is perfect when it comes out.I had work done after damaging the back rear of my car and the result is just beautiful. Ripoff. Filed a complaint w the state and district attorney. This place is a fraud. This was within 2022 so don't blame previous owners. They had their business burglarized and stole my car keys. They refuse to reprogram the replacement key and ended up costing over 800. In addition. Took 1 month to fix and workmanship was horrible.Regarding response below. You gave us a key that did not work on the vehicle you repaired and refused to pay to have another new key reprogrammed by the shop where we had our vehicle towed to. (At our expense) You even stated our keys were one of the few not burglarized, which was another blatant lie. We ended up paying 800+ out of our pocket because of your tactics. You shouldn't be in business doing what you are you doing.

Family Auto Collision were super professional, kind, honest, and extremely hard working. Fair pricing and willing to work with most/all insurances. Daryl always kept me updated on the progress of my car, what/why they were doing certain things, etc. My car (2010 Ford Escape) was keyed really badly and now, you seriously couldn't even tell!! I forgot what side was even keyed! When I came to pick up my car, he and a very sweet female worker were cleaning my car inside and out. Looks better then when I first got it! I had my car in there shop 3 times to have it fixed, the color is still wrong. No one ever went over the car when I picked it up to address an concerns. I was told the owner was going to contact me to fix the problem and never got a call from anyone. The person on the phone tried to tell me the reason the color didn t match was because my car was sun faded, if that was the case when you open the door the pillars, pinch weld s and hinges would be a different color than the rest of the car which they are not. I don t feel anything they did to my car was done well, they cut a lot of corners. Do yourself a favor go to a different shop these people are not good at what they do.Service: Painting

Please do not use this shop if you want your car in good condition they glued parts on to my car, half of the stuff in my car doesn't work anymore and and the body lines are completely off. I gave this shop 2 chances and they still just tried to hide everything they could. they cut the line To my Back windshield wiper fluid hose and just taped it up and left it I'm sick of this place and I hope they get shut down These people are shady and will do whatever it takes to make a quick buck.Service: Body & Trim

Updated review - won t use them again. I had them work on my lx470 and was originally happy with the work. Now a portion of the paint is peeling and looks terrible. Basically no prep went into that part of the paintwork prior to spraying it.After they originally worked on my truck I brought in my Sienna which needed a tailgate replaced after I damaged it in my driveway by backing it into the steel front bumper of my truck. The tailgate was badly dented by a recovery point on the bumper. Everything still functioned properly it just looked bad. I decided to have the repair done without involving insurance. In the process of removing the tailgate they damaged the wiring harness and we re unable to repair it. It cost me an additional $1200 to fix the damage and they refused to work with me on it. Basically they lost a connecting clip for wiring everything together and tried to suggest the issue was a bad latch. Their reasoning was that if it was an insurance claim, insurance would have just paid for their mistake. After multiple months of trying to get them to make the repairs or compensate me for the repair done elsewhere, I dropped it and moved on. Needless to say I do not recommend them and will not have them go anywhere near my cars again.Original review - Mike and Chris were very responsive and happy to answer all my questions. They fixed my truck perfectly and got it in and out very quickly. Will use them in the future for any auto body work that I need. Reasonably priced and took great care of me.

I made the decision to take my car to Family Auto Collision to get dents and scratches fixed after several other businesses quoted me well over what they did. Ultimately, I am very impressed with the level of work performed, the professionalism demonstrated and the honesty regarding how much repairs of this sort cost. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend taking your car here! They will do the right thing.

Check these guys out if you need some paint work or body repair completed. Didn t get the managers name but it s immediately clear they are car and truck guys chatted with him for a bit about our vehicles and the service tech Daniel was super helpful and friendly. There prices seem great but since they buffed our a scratch they didn t even charge me. I owe you some beer fellas and I will be back for any paint body work I need from here on out. Extremely impressed with this shop. Picked up my honda accord from family auto body a week ago after being rear ended. Throughout the entire process, they kept me up to date on the progress, and kept to the original quoted price. Looked like a brand new vehicle when they were done with it. Can tell they were very meticulous in their work and take a great deal of pride in delivering what they promise. If you're looking for a body shop which prides itself on high quality workmanship and honesty, this would be the place.

I intended to write this review in March, but time got away from me. I was recently reminded of how grateful I was for this crew, and it wouldn't feel right if I didn't reach out to say: Thank you! I locked myself out of my house and my car (while the car was running...) in the last serious snow storm we were hit with in early March. With my dog in tow, I trudged over to their shop desperately hoping there was something they could do to assist me. When I arrived their power had just gone out , and they were scrambling to navigate running an auto body business without power. The owner took the time to attend to my needs despite all of the things he had on his plate. He drove my dog and me back to my car where he and a member of his crew stood in the freezing, blizzard while they attempted to get the car unlocked. They were successful!!! and when I asked what I owed him, the owner wouldn't take a dime. It is refreshing to see people more dedicated to humanity than the dollar. My apologies for how long it took me to write this, but I will never forget your kindness that day. It was one of the worst days of my life, and y'all made it just tolerable enough to get through to the other side. Thank you...from the bottom of my heart.

I would recommend Family Auto Collision. A parking curb caught my low-profile car's front bumper and pulled it away from the car and damaged the lower front engine cover too. They came up with a repair option for the bumper and the cover that saved me about $850 compared to brand new parts. The repairs aren't noticeable without looking underneath the car, and appear solid. They also made an existing scuff/scratch on the bumper disappear as a courtesy. Very satisfied.

After hail damage, car was returned several weeks later than promised, with the hood still not closing correctly, trim panels not replaced around drivers side doors, and now cracks are appearing where they used body putty to repair on the passengers side and roof. Multiple interior panels were not properly back in place and I had to buy new fasteners to correct. Charged us the full amount to replace the metal roof panel as per insurance, but instead just popped out the hail damage dents and repaired the larger ones with putty.Do not recommend.

In my opinion this is one of the best body shops in Denver metro. I tried several other large corporate body shops and this real Family run shop cared the most about my vehicle. Great customer service, herb is very honest they delivered my car ON TIME and the repairs were very professionally done. The shop is run by a father, and his son with the utmost concern for on time delivery,quality and craftsmanship. I have already recommended friends to Family Auto Body Shop!!!

I was in my first car accident and Family Auto Collision gave me an amazing experience! Not only did they handle my car with grace it was given back cleaner the I left it! I was out in a pinch of time, greeted with smiles and kindness the whole time! I had a little damage to my Toyota and I took it Family Auto Body Shop after having it look at by a Toyota dealership. They wanted $900 to fix my backdoor and window and almost $1,200 in new parts. Family auto body shop took apart my door and they ended up fixing the part and charging me only $75. I had been driving this car for almost 3 months thinking I couldn't get it fixed and a friend told me to let them take a look. Honest people are have to find, thanks guys. 5 star treatment.

This place is a scam. These people are not honest and have me going through hoops to get my vehicle fixed correctly. I took my vehicle in September for The hail damage back in May. Well a month passed my rental is up and no calls nor updates from the shop. They needed up covering the remain of rental while they worked on my vehicle. At this point they said my car would be done in 2 weeks. I got the rental situation handled and they did reimburse me for the extra month. Two weeks pass nothing no update no call. Again I reach out to them and for the last month they just gave me dates of when it would be done but those dates come and they would never call me to update. 2+ months later my vehicle is done. Great, so we go pick it up late near close from first inspection all is well it was only hail damage. Right away a dent was still there and had not been touched. I told Chris right away and he said we would take care of it. As we are driving off I notice my back break light is out(it was not before) so we blow it off thinking just a dead bulb we go buy a brand new one go to put it in and my lights were both hanging out dangling in my trunk the screws that hold them in gone. Completely unprofessional, again this was right after we picked the vehicle up. Well the next day comes we get a better look at the vehicle all the water damage done to the inside of my vehicle was still there screws in the top panel were missing and they broke my sun visor completely. When you turn it right it falls right out. So I immediately called Chris because this is poor work. My vehicle was in there for 2+ months and was not even complete. So we talk to Chris he apologizes and says he will get back with the insurance for the water damage and will would be ordering the part to replace where the dent was. This was Wednesday. So I wait until the next week to hear from Chris, I did not so I emailed in to get an update and a guy named Thomas messaged back saying Chris doesn t work here anymore he took his crew and left. This baffles me because he introduced himself as the owner the business card has only his info so I found this very suspect. So inform Thomas the situation and he says he will talk with new owner and get back to me. So I was over the weekend again didn t hear nothing. So I call the auto shops listed number and Shannon answers very rude just says Hello. So I ask if this is FAB and she says no they went bankrupt and we bought their location. Very upset and confused I ask to speak with Thomas because last time a female answered and took a message for him. Well she told me oh Thomas left too.m and we are completely not related to FAB. I questioned her a bit because if you are non related why would you be answering there number she said they took over the number. This confused me as well because if you re completely non related why would you take their old number. She was no help either. So now I m stuck with a damaged vehicle and no one to contact because everyone working for the company is gone . I dug around for additional contact info and anything related to them has the one number listed which is no lo was theirs but that of a new shop. I reached out to the last number I messaged Chris in and it was a guy named Herb. He says Chris cannot help me and he would be getting the owners number for me which again confused because Chris was the only owner I knew of and delt with. I am going to have to move forward with legal action it seems because Chris took my money and did not complete my work and now no where to be found. They say they are no longer in business but have yet to update anything so I am posting this in hopes to get a response. I am still working with Herb I guess I am waiting for a call back. Does not seem promising at this time I am so upset and regret giving a local auto body a chance. This place is a joke a scam. DO NOT GO HERE & DO NOT GO TO THE NEW AUTO BODY THAT THEY ARE CLAIMING TOOK OVER This is hail damage fraud a pop up shop came in ruined my vehicle and left with my money.

They have worked on personal cars for my family and I as well as repair work for customers of mine who had been in accidents. The quality of the craftsmanship is the best you will find and the prices and customer service can't be beat. They can work directly with the insurance company to streamline the process and I highly recommend them if you need an auto body shop.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Chris and Daniel. Their customer service is top notch and they went above and beyond for me in dealing with the responsible party's insurance company. My car looks perfect. I highly recommend them!

I wasn't even able to get an estimate. Stopped in and the staff was very polite; looked at my car, gave me a rundown of the timeline, and asked me to send in my insurance quote so that they could get a supplement started and save me some time in the shop. I sent my estimate and heard nothing so I called; they couldn't verify that they had received it and asked me to send it again - I did, and heard nothing again. Two stars for the polite staff but it doesn't do much good if there's no follow through.

Great service! Dan and everyone here did an excellent job on my car. I had front end damage and it looked brand new when I got it back! Very fast and great customer service. I highly recommend these guys for all your repairs.

Shannon and Mike helped me out after Family Auto Body filed for bankruptcy without finishing the work on my car. My car was in parts after Chris and his crew all quit. Shannon and Mike, without getting paid, finished the work on my car, putting all the parts back together. They helped me file a supplement too. I dropped off my car at Denver auto hail repair and they took 4 months to fix it before I demanded it back. I got the car back and the visors fell out of the roof. I went to Chris at Family Auto body and he said he would fix it, and then when I went to pick up my car I was told they had all left. The owner of the shop has filed for bankruptcy and placed me on his list of people who receive court documents telling me what is happening. It's a mess of a situation but Shannon and Mike helped me when they didn't have to and I would recommend their shop to anyone!!

Very bad service. I wont recommended anybody to take their over there. I took my car on tuesday 09-27-2016 for repair my car.and didnt hear from the shop. Calling and calling no one answer. So i decided to go on Thursday so see what is going on. And the guy name Ryan menaced me saying he just pulled in my car for repairs, so i wasted two days without comunicate saying depends on me to leave it or take my car . This is not the way to treated customers. Btw He look creepy and unprofessional.
