Been going to Factory Trained since I moved here 10 years ago. Used to be a few blocks from the shop so was convenient. Now live in SE Aurora and I still have Factory Train work on my car despite the nearly hour travel. Always been fair pricing. Not the type of shop that tries to pad bills with unnecessary labor or parts. Can trust their recommendations on what needs to be done.

This place has amazing customer service. Brought my vehicle in twice for basic fluid changes, and every time they didn't come back out with a list of things "wrong" like many other mechanics do. They always get my car back right when the appoinemt time is set and they finish in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend this place!

I made an appointment for a brake replacement because the brakes were squeaking and another shop had told me a month earlier that I need to replace them. FT inspected them and told me I had plenty of brakes left - a replacement not needed. They could have done the work and taken my money. They did not, so they got a customer (with 4 vehicles) for life!

I was in need of a honest and good mechanic. The guys at Factory Trained Auto repair didn t disappoint. They re honest and very competent. I have a mechanic for life that I can trust. I d definitely recommend them for any auto repair you may need. Vehicle is running great. Thank you again.

As someone who had previously grown severe mistrust in the auto repair industry, just know this place has completely shifted my perspective on what being an outstanding mechanic shop is! I spent years doing business with big chain mechanic shops such as Midas, etc., and got all too familiar with being handed that awful, expensive, seemingly unnecessary list of 'immediately necessary' repairs at the end of each appointment. My first time coming to Factory Trained Auto Repair I was ready for the same thing to happen, but it never did. These are the most honest, highly experienced people you could ever have service your vehicle. Even after bringing my car here the last 3 years. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have to this place and the amazing people that run it. They gladly answer every single question I might have about my vehicle with complete and utter integrity. This place makes you feel like you aren't just bringing your car to a mechanic shop, but to a family mechanic who has your best interest and safety in mind. Needless to say, this place has my business forever.

I have a 2014 Chevy Sonic I purchased brand new. There was problems after the first year. Always took it to auto nation for repairs. They did more damage then good!!! I decided to try FTAR. Last year and I recommend this place to everyone!!! Best place to take you cars!!!

Shannon & The Crew at Factory trained auto repair are Outstanding! To say the least. If you have a Truck or 4x4 vehicle etc. then you will be Thrilled to find Honest People with Honest Prices! I Absolutely 100% Recommend!

I have been coming here for over eight years to service my Ford Diesel Truck. During this time I have been treated like his most important customer he has. He has jumped through hoops to get my truck out early and his honesty is a very pleasant surprise now days. Last time I brought my truck in with several issues for him to look into. He found two items that were still under warranty that I had no clue of and didn t charge me for them. That s honesty right there. When I got the bill for all the work Chris had done he was $300.00 cheaper then quoted and kicked that money back to me. Wow what another great experience with Chris and Becca. This guys have forgot more about diesels then every shop in Denver has ever known. After a poor experience with another shop and terrible customer service elsewhere, this place was awesome! Shannon at the front was great! Walked me through the maintenance i needed and explained in detail what they were going to do prior to starting. This is the best automotive service shop I have ever been to. Chris, the owner, takes pride in being fair. He and his staff are super knowledgeable and are excellent at getting the job done to perfection. Can say enough about Factory Trained Auto Repair! These folks are legit. Just got my car back after some strut replacements, cause Colorado, and the whole thing was as good as it gets. Great staff, actually care about the vehicle. Hey Chris, I appreciate your response and my apologies on the new management comment. As of right now the Jeep is running great with the new water pump. If that changes over the next couple of weeks. i will gladly take this review down or change it to 5 stars and admit I am in the wrong.DO NOT GO HERE! They are under new management. I have been coming here for years because I trusted them. I took my car in because of it over heating they told me it was a blown head-gasket and wanted over $3k to fix it. Took it somewhere else it was just a bad water pump. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your car repair.

I brought my car in for a diagnosis on my car for loud road noise. I was told it was a bad wheel bearing and paid to have it sorted. Upon picking up my vehicle the noise was just as predominant in fact had not dissipated at all. After being fixed I immediately drove back the same day and let them know it s just as loud as before. The shop manager then proceeded to tell my my tires have bad wearing and need replaced and that s the noise I m hearing. I go pay $900 for new tires and my car has never been quieter. They ripped me off by telling me it was a wheel bearing when all along they knew the noise was coming from my tires. Shame is they ve done work for me in the past and have now lost a customer.

Its so nice to finally have a good auto shop right here. Theyre always so nice and super helpful. Like they just fixed my frame for free when I went in for a realignment. The owner is super cool too. Forsure one of the first places I go for a quote on my cars. They also like to make sure the repair is done properly which is key!

I highly recommend Factory Trained Auto. They are very honest, skilled, and customer service oriented. I and all the members of my family have been taking our cars here for about five years and have had exceptional experiences every time. I ve never been price gouged or sold things I don t need. This is a company that goes above and beyond and I am very appreciative of them and the work they do.

I had a very pleasant experience with these folks. Purchased a vehicle that had tons of things wrong with it hidden and they were able to fix me up. My new starter stopped working the day I picked it up and after calling they sent a technician to the house and got it started and back to the shop. They had it rolling in 30 minutes, they stand behind their work. I will definitely go back.

The service here is awesome. I took my Escalade here to correct three oil leaks. The gentlemen at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. I dropped my truck off the same day I called and they got me in. They kept me in the loop the whole time and offered their opinion as to what needed to be fixed and what could wait. They fixed the leaks and washed the whole bottom of the truck off to make sure there were no more issues. I was told to drive the truck for a couple hundred miles and make sure it does not leak, if it did, they would correct them at no cost. I will definitely be returning to this shop. The prices are fair and most important, the work is done right. Thank You FTA!

We drove from Oklahoma to Arvada to visit family for Christmas. I noticed a leak under my vehicle a few days after we arrived. It didn't look good and I had visions of a huge repair bill. I called a highly rated shop in the area, but they were booked solid and couldn't get me in. They did, however, recommend I call Factory Trained Auto Repair. I did and they were booked as well, but told me to bring my car in and they would try to squeeze me in. I took the car to them and they called a few hours later and told me it was an axle seal and everything else on the car looked good. They repaired it and got it back to me the next day at a very fair price. It speaks highly of a business when your competition recommends you to potential customers. I also highly recommend them for your repair needs.

I absolutely recommend FTAR! They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. Very knowledgeable, friendly and they take the time to explain the diagnosis. I have an older car and I feel just as important as the customer with a new Lambo! I am surprised every time I come in at how fast they complete work. I really appreciate quality and honesty and that's what you will get as well.

I ve lost a job, had my truck stolen twice and the only people to be there when I needed it most, are these guys. The care and timely order speak for themselves in volumes, they take the time to call and inform you when stuff is happening, they ll explain everything so you can understand. they ve definitely found a customer for life. Can t begin to understand the feeling of finding people that are genuine and not out for the next deal they can swindle like other spots! Thank you again to anyone and everyone that worked on my truck you guys rock!! Started this week off right!

I was very pleased to have the people at this shop follow up with me about this incident. I realize it was an honest mistake that was made, and I truly appreciate that they went out of their way to make it right. The situation was handled professionally and the customer service was great. Thank you!I usually do all my maintenance myself, but since I am recovering from a broken ankle and I read positive reviews, I decided to let this place do my oil change. It's an old car that has a couple minor leaks, but I noticed a decent sized fresh puddle of oil on my driveway. When I popped the hood to investigate, my oil cap was sitting on the strut tower, and oil had been splashing around the engine bay. The oil was also way over filled even after I must have lost quite a bit. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care put into my car.
