I've followed Juan from store to store for the last 10 years and have noticed a few important things. The employees are always smiling and the customer service is stellar like the deals on tires. Thank you! I'll be back next week for new tires on my other cars.

Diego is the man! Took a slip up and more than made it right. Made the time to research the tires I wanted, with a rebate.I drive down the mountain a ways just to get the kind of service these guys adhere to every day. Customer for life!

After waiting for 3 hours for a tire rotation because I didn t have an appointment, I found out that all 4 tires had to be replaced. I was helped by Blake, one of the nicest young gentlemen I ve ever met - a true customer service oriented person. He got me great discounts on the tires because the old ones were still under warranty. He priced matched Costco as well. I ll definitely keep coming back to Discount Tire, specifically this location from now on. Other folks I spoke with there were also very nice. Who knew getting tires could be so pleasant!

After calling 2 shops that were not very friendly or helpful, I reached out to Discount Tires. On 11/30/20 I called and spoke with Mike, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He scheduled an appointment for my tires the next day. Upon arrival I was created by different Mike, who was great. Dylan ended up assisting me and just like his colleagues, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's such a treat to receive impeccable customer service these days. I am very impressed with Discount Tires. Oh and my tires are pretty nice too! :-D

This is the Chick-fil-a of tire services! They are absolutely fantastic here. Always a pleasure to stop by. All the employees are incredibly pleasant to talk with and will do their best to make sure your experience is 5 star! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store anyone!

Mike T was super knowledgeable and helpful despite being short staffed that day- they got me in and out with my new tires in a reasonable amount of time and I'll definitely try to come to this location whenever possible if they continue with this service. They were swamped over lunch hour, so if you're impatient or in rush and don't have an appointment, you might shoot for a different time. Appointments are very easy to make online or via phone.

A week ago I brought two vehicles to the store and the help I received was awesome. A week later I had an issue with my explorer with the balance of the tires so I brought it back and the store jumped right on it and had an issue with one of the tires and replaced it. While waiting for this awesome service I was observing all the young men working there and how hard and professional these young guys worked. I may not be at all discouraged about this generation watching theses fellows. The future is bright for them. So a big thank you from all of the help and quick service.

Great service, very fast.Reasonable price, but I would say installation price is a bit high.This location had better selection in stock than any other discount tires.It's not obvious how to check in without going inside. But you can stay in the car during installation if you don't want anyone else drive it.

Had a really good experience getting 2 tires replaced In under an hour. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Pro tip: make an appointment and show up on time for fastest turnaround. Will definitely be back to that location again.

I've been a Discount Tire customer for over a decade, but this was my first visit to this location, and it's my favorite yet. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly. The place was hopping, the crew was hustling, and customer service did a great job of keeping things moving. I felt like I was treated with honesty and generosity. Special shout-out to Diego!

I have been going to Discount for a good 10 years, maybe more? These guys are very hard working individuals, they usually have the nice ones working the front desk, so the customer service is very good. It's amazing how just being friendly will give you repeat customers! More companies should really focus a lot on just being nice it really works! I always intend on continue returning there whenever I need anything tire relate for my wife and our two vehicles. The staff is great in my book

Noticed that my tire was leaking air just as I arrived to work at 6am. Quickly dropped my truck off in the parking lot prior to them opening and took my keys with me. I called at 730am and spoke with Diego and told him I left my truck there with a flat. He told me don't worry about bringing in the keys, he would take care of it where its at. No questions asked, no hassle, just got my tire taken care of! I must say, its hard to find great customer service like this these days. Diego deserves a raise! The service I received, turned my day around!

I'll start off by saying I've been a devoted Discount Tire customer for at least 15 years. The staff is nice and professional at this store, but unfortunately lost my trust in quality of installation. Twice within 6 months this store has cross-threaded the lug nut on the bolt during installation. The first resulted in the lug nut not securing the wheel to the bolt which was discovered months later, and I had to spend my time getting a new bolt installed at a 3rd party shop. The second, they had to re-tap my bolt. I just can't trust the work of the technicians at this store unfortunately. This has never happened once before at any other tire shop for me, so twice in 6 months is more risk than I'm willing to take on.

Had to replace all four tires on my first car of my own. This was also a sudden decision to do as one of my tires was pretty shot. Had no idea what I was doing or what to ask for; but Dylan at this location was beyond amazing. Went above and beyond with helping me and I will without a doubt continue to visit this location.

I've not had great experiences at most roadside tires places, however, the staff and work here was fast, courteous and met my expecations. Came in for a quick wheel/tire swap from winters to summers for my S4 and was in and out in less than an hour. They also only charged me for one set of wheels so was in and out for $80. If you clearly communicate and set expectations you will not be disappointed. If I trust my Porsche and Audi here, that should be a sign of the quality of work and customer service at this location.

Amazing place to get a great deal on any kind of tire. Diego helped me, super friendly, great customer service and knowledgeable. I came in told him what I needed, and within the next ten minutes he had everything ironed out and good to go. They're like a NASCAR pit stop but for the everyday person. I'll 100% be going back there when I need too.

Had slow leaks in two tires. Even with all bays full, these guys found and fixed them both in well under their estimated 45 minutes. The staff were professional and courteous, calling me "sir" and holding the door open for me. Their assessment of my tires matched my own well, and they did a good job telling me about their current sale without being pushy. Next time I need tires (probably this fall) I'll be looking at them first.

I just wanted to say hands down best experience at a tire shop I have ever had. The older gentlemen that helped me out and talked me through everything deserves a huge pat on the back , he was so consoling and helpful. He even made me priority due to a tight work schedule I have !! The store was clean it was air conditioned , the music was tasteful and shout out to Justin for being so sweet after finishing my car!I will be attending this location for all my tire needs! Thank you guys so very much !

Very happy with my service. Went in to get air, and they checked and saw a crack in my tire. They stayed late and had my tires on in ten minutes! The manager Mike even waited with us after closing up shop to make sure we got on our way okay. Pit crew speed with friendly staff!

These guys are absolutely outstanding. They took care of my flat . They had to sell me a new one the cause thus side wall was damaged. I dropped it off and came back 2 hours later and they install the new tire and put the spare back on the rear of my toyotas rab 4 and put the spare tire cover back on. I highly recommend that you purchase road hazard certificates. This whole deal only cost me $23 because of the certificate.

Discount Tire (Arvada 11707) is the best, they have the best customer service and always so helpful and fast. I came in right before 6pm with a nail in my tire. I was happy to leave car for next day and they took care of me within the hour. They were so busy and took care of everyone for the day after they closed even those who walked in after 6pm. These guys are the best!!!!!!!! Highly recommend

I have been coming to this location since my first set of tires in high school, and for 10 years + I have always been extremely satisfied with the service here. Go in and ask for Blake, he is professional, knows what he is talking about, and really cares about customer service. Before purchasing my latest wheels and tires, I shopped around to 4 wheel parts and a few other places and the prices at this Discount were better than the other guy s internet prices.

Went here to have a set of winter tires mounted and balanced. The first annoyance was that I had scheduled an appointment for a specific time on a Saturday but the whole process took almost 3 hours. I wasn't even buying new tires, they were already in the car. Granted it was super busy that weekend, but still this should take an hour to an hour and a half at most, especially with an appointment. Apparently, it didn't really matter that I had planned in advance...The second problem was that the tires were not even balanced correctly. I noticed this at highway speeds a couple days after I had my new tires mounted. The tech running the machine probably had the balancing machine programmed incorrectly for my rim diameter or wasn't paying attention. One of the tires did not even have a single weight on it (which is very unlikely to happen when a wheel/tire combo is balanced correctly). This was pointed out to me recently by an independent tire shop who re-balanced all the tires and had to change the weights by at least 1-2 ounces on each of the four tires. Furthermore, the tires were only balanced on the outside face of the wheel by Discount Tire, whereas the independent shop balanced them properly on both faces.Overall, I cannot recommend this place since it took way too long and the mounting job was not even completed properly. It would not have even been worth my time to bring my car back to fix their mistake even if it were free.

Always have great things to say about this store! My tire pressure sensor was lighting up even though the air pressure was good and they were able to reset it. We are moving out of state to where there are not any Discount Tire stores and that makes me sad.

Pretty good deal on tires, but they didn't balance them correctly...so had to take it back and wait an hour while they redid their work. They informed me the balance was fine, so I was concerned the alignment was off...but, the car rode fine after that, so it was their balancing of the tires (or lack of). 2018: taking two times to balance tires. Staff running around, not focusing on tasks, while a low level manager yells at them. I can see why their quality of work suffers.

This is the only tire store I will go to. Although they are super busy (especially right now with this October snow!) they take their time with each customer and make sure the job is done right. I have only had good experiences here. Make an appointment if you can - it really helps to lessen the wait. Kudos to Diego, Alex, and Michael for holding down the front of the house with long lines and phones ringing off the hook - they are doing a great job!

Love Discount tire, one of the guys there loaned me two tires for the front of my car when my tires were in really big need of replacement. I wasnt able to pay for the tires that day so he installed them and let me go for free for three days. I did go back and they changed my other two tires as well. I have been here several times, wait time has been 1hour and 15minutes at the longest. Very efficient and helpful service.

Unfortunately this place used to be pretty great. Now it s more of a half run operation. The last few times I ve been in for service I ve been told it will be within an hour of my appointment time. Both times it ended up being closer to two hours. Also both times my tire pressure system did not work and I was told that one of the monitors broke. That may be true but on top of just sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, it s just icing on the cake. I will definitely be going to Costco or some other location for tires now. It s a shame because I have talked these guys up quite a bit over the last decade plus.

Thank you for offering free hole repair. Twice in a month I picked up a bolt and a nail in 2 tires. I recommend making an appointment as it can be insanely busy and appointments are made priority over walk in. The guys are always working hard and running around. Appreciate the good customer service!

Always super helpful. Good prices. Fixed tires I didn't even buy there - wouldn't take my money for the fix. Been going there 15+ years. Fast special orders too. Tip - make an online appointment to beat the crowd as it gets busy on the weekend.
