Cryotune Performance .. Where to start! Since day one I knew I had made the right choice! I would like to apologize for forgetting the new guys name! Only spoke a couple times, but I know he is a great addition to the crew! Jackson, what an awesome and friendly guy! Greets you with great vibes and is willing to help or answer any question to the best of his knowledge! Shaun, he definitely knows what he s doing and talking about! Took me on a crazy test drive just to show me the amazing build he did on my car! Lots of knowledge, and awesome guy overall! Dave, the main man!! From professional to a very understanding individual! Always calling and keeping you updated, explaining everything so you understand and are at ease with any of your concerns! Runs a business how it should be! Overall what an awesome and welcoming place! They don t just care about your car, they care about their customers as well! From how you're feeling about your car to how you re doing!Thank you guys for being so patient through the process and for the monster of a car you guys built! Only place I will recommend!

Dave and Jackson at Cryotune are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of their process. Our car was completed very quick and we had a great experience with them. Dave was truly a wonder to work with. Him and his whole team are super dedicated to making sure you have a great experience while making your car as healthy as can be. They did so much work to my 2019 wrx in just one day and also got it dyno tuned and back to me within a few days. Now the car never skips a beat. By far the best experience I have had when it comes to a shop of any kind. I will definitely be returning for any other automotive needs. Keep up the great work, the community really appreciates you guys!

Went to Cryotune Performance to have the Unplugged Performance suspension kit installed in my Tesla Model Y Long Range. Everyone from Jackson to Dave to the engineer doing the work were a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond in their care of my vehicle. They seriously care about their work and that is reflected in these countless five star reviews.I should mention that they were transparent and honest with me. They told me ahead of time that they cannot guarantee a certain comfort level for a new suspension kit that they have not worked with before (they have installed plenty of the previous coil over version). This piece where you tell the customer something that may make them not want to proceed with a purchase is the greatest sign of honesty in the business. Thank you, team. I love the new suspension!

Only complaint is I can t give more stars. PHENOMENAL service and insanely quick turnaround by Cryotune Performance.Called them on a Monday with my list of goodies I was hoping to put onto my 2023 WRX and received a detailed, no hassle quote extremely fast. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday and in one day Cryotune Performance did ALL the work that was on my wish list. I was back in my car first thing on a Thursday morning and couldn t be happier!!Everyone at this shop was amazing; very friendly and helpful through the entire process. They really took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car through every step. It taught me so much I didn t know before and showed me how thorough they were with each install.Everything came out literally perfect! Really appreciate all the work that was done!!!I will be returning here for more help with my car 100%

This was my first time getting an e tune they were competent and patient. My 2005 subaru legacy gt is now a happy car. I did all the work myself so if it looks janky it's not them it's me.Dave and all of the guys did an awesome job my my cobb tune was not making my car happy I would recommend these guys to anyone!

The entire team was phenomenal during the tuning process. Dave called with every update and upon pick up the team downloaded me on everything they did and showed me exactly what changes were made. 10/10 will most certainly be back for any adjustments that need to be made. Thanks for the amazing tune and making my subie that much more enjoyable!

Absolutely amazed with how good this place is the staff are super patient and friendly, the nice young gentleman that sits at the front desk is amazing. He guided me through everything that was happening, and everything that was wrong with my car. I will be returning for future parts and upgrades on my car. :) they will treat your car like it's their own car and to me that's what matters most.

The team at Cryotune was amazing! I am newer to the Denver area car scene so I was a first time customer. I called them up and asked about installing an HKS catback exhaust on my Supra.They let me drop off the new exhaust, bring the car back for installation, and get me in and out of there! They we're very thorough in the install and explaining how they had mounted the exhaust, mounted the valve actuators, etc. I was also impressed with the size and cleanliness of the shop! I will be coming back in the future!Connor

The whole team here is absolutely without a doubt, the most positive, honest, and reliable team for performance modifications out there! Jackson always has a smile on his face, is super informative, and always answers your question to the best of his knowledge and has a great understanding of people. If he can't answer something, he takes time to do some research and get back to you in a timely manner. Dave and Shaun have great attention to detail, both have a great deal of knowledge about mechanical and calibration related subjects. Communication is unreal here. These guys keep expectations real and dont beat around the bush. On top of that, the quality of work performed is ungodly good. Overall, my experience with buying parts, parts installation, and tuning couldn't have been better. These guys are A+ and always on top of their game. I would HIGHLY recommend people to go here. They treat you as family and as part of the team.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I made the drive from Colorado Springs to check this place out, and I m sooo happy I did! I got my first pro tune on my 2019 Subaru WRX STI, and couldn t be more happy with the results. Jackson and Dave are incredible!! Dave helped me choose the right tune that was good for me and to accommodate the parts I had already installed. Jackson and Dave walked me through the whole process. I can t wait for them to help me with future parts and a services! They are most definitely worth the drive to see!

This is the 2nd time hiring Cryotune for an E-tune. The process is easy and for Me more efficient than a dyno tune. My car is running great and I am confident that I have a safe tune with My build. I don't need to know how much HP and TQ My car is making so an E-tune is perfect. I can do data logs on My schedule and the response time with a modified map has always been close to 48 hours. Cryotunes reputation in the Subaru community is well known and They are active participants in the forums. You can't go wrong with Cryotune.

Dave did a great job tuning my STI! He was very helpful with his explanation of their procedure and he worked pretty quickly to get my car finished that day. Afterward he explained every part of the tune and power gains, plus we chatted for a while about upgrades and future work on my car. He's the only tuner I take my cars to!

Worst experience I ve ever had at a Tuner. They broke the boost connection line off of the back end of the Intake Manifold Plenum, so replacing this was $1,000. Then after diagnosing the car to see what needed to be replaced, before getting tuned, they said I needed new Turbos. After getting that call, I decided it would be ok to replace the Turbos and go ahead, do the work. They pushed me to the back of the line and said I could not drop off the car, it would have to wait for a while because of other cars they were working on now. Not only did they break an item on my car, which put me in a difficult position and cost me extra money I now had to Tow the car back, with no work actually being done to the car, a whole lot of money and time wasted just to get my car looked at and Tuned. It s funny, because, after dealing with these so called, Experts and having all these ridiculous problems happen, I went to Auto Trends here in Fort Collins and they just did the job, easy, with no problems. They pulled the motor, installed brand new Twin Turbos, as well as other parts before getting my car Tuned. I had NO problems with them at all. I will actually guide people away from you guys at Cryotune after being treated like this. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. These guys might be good with Subarus, but I would NOT recommend CryoTune to any Infiniti owners. Unfortunately, Google Reviews won t let me give them 0 Stars.Response to your last message:I am leaving as honest of a review that I can based on the events that took place at your shop.I went to get a second look, because after hearing that the turbos needed to be replaced, I needed to see if my warranty would cover it, since I do have a very thorough warranty. It would have been very naive of me not to check on my warranty because you guys didn t offer any warranty work to begin with.As for the firearm, which was a small black Sig Sauer P320 handgun, I had that pistol in my center console for the sake of self-defense if the issue were to ever come up. You and your employees were the only ones that had access to my car and the center console at the time before getting towed to the Infiniti dealership. No one else had access to my car, but your team at the time. I had forgotten my handgun in my center console because I was hurrying up to make the drive to your shop from Fort Collins to Arvada after I got off of work. At the time I had been working 14 to 16 hour shifts per day, so making it back and forth to your shop with little sleep while working those kinds of hours was not something easy to do at all. Nonetheless, I still made it to your shop to get work done by your team at Cryotune.You had also mentioned that some of your mechanics were ex-military, which I thought was pretty odd for you to tell me that at the time. Why would you go snooping around my belongings inside of my center console when all you are supposed to do is work on my car? Again, really odd. I have to take a situation like this very carefully now because a firearm has been stolen from me.I put in a lot of work, headaches, time and money into getting my car over to your shop because I had heard decent things about you guys, so believe me when I want you to understand all of my frustrations when I went through so many problems to get my car worked on by you guys.You speak of honesty when you forgot to mention that you guys almost killed my ECU while flashing my car back to stock. Your battery charger dropped my battery voltage down to below 10 Volts while flashing the car back to stock. Anyone in the Automotive Industry knows how incredibly dangerous that is. I am lucky that you guys did not destroy my ECU in the process of getting my car back.Again, all of this would have been avoided if you had just done the proper work on my car, everything would have been taken care of and you would have been paid properly. I would have even left you a great review afterwards.

Everyone at cryotune performance was awesome!! They took my F150 from ok to an absolute beast! The installed a stage 2 Cobb kit and a 3.5in ready lift. My truck looks and performs like a dream! Took my 2016 Subaru STi for a few upgrades and the whole team was without a doubt incredibly friendly, honest and positive! Before getting my performance mods done, I had an extremely long email thread with them where they have answered all my questions and concerns. I took my car back there twice for different performance upgrades and dyno tune and they got my car back to me running better then ever. They are my go to performance shop and I will be bringing my car back in the future.Currently about 2-3 months and counting but my car is running perfectly!I highly recommend Dave and his team for all your performance modifications needs!

I had my 2007 Legacy Spec B e-tuned by Dave at cryotune. I had done some research and read several reviews prior to working with him. I got exactly what was described on Cryotunes website. I'm satisfied with the results of the tune. My car runs way better on his Stage 2 e-tune than the original maps in my Cobb Accessport. SHE'S A BEAST!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Great city driving in all SI drive modes. And absolutely amazing on the highway. I have absolutely no complaints about the driveability of the car or the service provided by Dave at cryotune. I'm definitely going to work with him again in the future.

Let me start by saying I am incredibly particular with who works on my car. As a automotive technician of over 20 years I wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Attention to details and tuning that is focused on reliability above just making numbers is why I will continue to recommend Cryotune. They are professionals who understand in-depth engine calibrations as well as performance modifications.

TIME FOR AN UPDATE!Since I was so pleased with my e-tune for my 2007 STI, I decided to go even further with my performance upgrades and had Cryotune install my new bolt-ons and provide me with a flex fuel dyno tune. It runs amazing and definitely has the power and torque gains I was looking for.Since then we have also brought our modded 2004 FXT for some "performance maintenance" and flex fuel tune, and are in the preparation phases for similar mods on our 2005 STI.I cannot recommend Cryotune enough for their knowledge and attention to detail in providing reliable performance!ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS:When I purchased my 2007 STI a couple of years ago, the previous owner had already installed a Cobb Accessport and supporting mods for Cobb's Stage 2 off-the-shelf map. I felt that the power was a little uneven and "flat" in certain situations, and started researching options to improve it without additional bolt-ons.Having the car tuned for Colorado's altitude was an obvious solution. While there are numerous providers for this service, a full dyno tune seemed to be a bit overkill for the small amount of mods the car has currently. In researching local tuners, I discovered that some, including Cryotune, offer an "e-tune" service for enthusiasts that want to get the most out of their current mods.I purchased an e-tune from the Cryotune website and the process started almost immediately. Dave was expedient and detailed in his email communications and the process was pretty much painless. Obviously, it takes longer to get to the final results out of an e-tune than from a dyno tune, but doing this also allowed me to learn more about my vehicle.I would recommend an e-tune from Cryotune to anyone that is running the Cobb Stage 1 or Stage 2 off-the-shelf map (and supporting mods) and will consider Cryotune in the future when I am ready for additional power mods and supporting dyno tunes.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Dave is an outstanding tuner who has built a reputation around not only his incredible breadth and depth of knowledge, but his impeccable customer service. I've worked with Dave for a few years now, in many different capacities, and have never once left the shop feeling anything but ecstatic. He truly understands the human side of the business and operates it as though he was in the customer's shoes. He's a top notch tuner and a top notch guy.

Jackson was super helpful to me and did an absolute awesome job the entire step of the process from scheduling my appointment all the way to me picking up my car after the services. The technician that performed the services (I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name) knew exactly what he was doing and knowledgeable about my Infiniti. If you need tuning done on your vehicle I couldn't recommend anyone better than Cryotune Peformance! Dave and the team did a fantastic job tuning Subaru WRX. They are absolute professionals and very good at communicating. They also do great work and have a great knowledge of the subject matter. I don't normally write reviews but I had such a good experience here that I wanted to remember to come back and do so! Thanks again Dave for the great tune.

As far as I'm concerned the best there is. There's a lot of great shops in Denver with a lot of great honest people. The entire staff at Cryotune is the best! Very patient understanding and extremely knowledgeable. Was a very easy decision to start and stay with cryotune.

I went in for a dyno tune on a 2022 WRX MT and Dave did a phenomenal job. I've put together base maps and built cars and I can say with absolute confidence that Dave is a veteran professional when it comes to the work he does on their Mustang Dyno. If you need a tune, book time with them, hands down.Cryotune is a great place to take your car, especially if you have a Subaru (though they appear to service lots of other makes). While I was waiting patiently on the 2022 to be finalized by Dave, the other Cryotune service reps were helping a customer with issues on another WRX. They happily consulted with them for easily 30 minutes before any money was exchanged for work done immediately thereafter -- no wait that day. These guys care about you, your car, and are going to want to talk you through options and educate you before any work is done.This shop is busy, but they are lightning fast about their front door and the phone. They coordinate with people across the building and it feels like all the staff are friends and always on the same page with the different projects and conversations going on simultaneously. This was especially impressive to me during my visit. The atmosphere here is fun and exciting in large part due to their cooperation.I especially liked the moment when crocodile hunter (and also customer service rep) Jackson wrangled a wild driveshaft in the shop and held it like a trophy. Keep it up!

I have been working with Dave for almost a year now and I could not be happier with my car or the level of customer service I have received! He will always do what s best for you and your car at a great price! He also made the process extremely stress free by taking care of all the part ordering! Just recently went stage 3 flex fuel and the car is running perfectly! Thank you Dave!
