I wanted to leave a positive review but unfortunately I can't. Front desk was attentive and friendly. Return of repair was timely. However, errors were made and the tech did not attach everything back in the car. They did finish the repair when I went back, but I am frustrated that management did not speak to me nor follow-up to address the fact the battery was not re-attached properly and their team did not double check the quality of their work. This should have been taken more seriously by the management vs putting this only on the techs to speak to me.

So happy with the job Caliber did on Prius! They just about made it look new. Steve took care of me every step of the way. The service was extremely professional. I had to wait a little bit to schedule the job, but they got me in and even made interfacing with the Enterprise easy. Happy camper!

The repairs were done in a very timely manner and the Paint matched perfectly. They even vacuumed the foot wells of my car which was surprising and I really appreciated.

The quality of work is fine. Honestly, they did the job. However, communication was poorly managed. The length of time for repair was extended multiple times without any explanation.

We had such a great experience with this location! Everyone was so kind and easy to work with. The front desk, Kim and Steve. I was able to get my car much faster than other body shops. The quality of work they did to my poor crushed driver's side was amazing and you could tell they truly cared. They went above and beyond and touched up the entire car with a paint pen I provided, even though the work was only done on one part of the car. When I got it back, it was sparkly and clean inside and out. I would highly recommend this Caliber!Service: Body & Trim

Great place for all body work and paint! I run a business and they helped us out tremendously not just with actual work, but keeping us informed on pricing and tome. And when the vehicle was finished, they delivered it to us! Kim and Steve run a great and honest business! Thank you guys again for helping us out and doing the right thing! This place is absolutely worthless! I made an appointment to have my car damage estimated over two weeks ago. When I showed up for my estimate appointment, they then wanted to tell me that they do not work on my model vehicle. They wasted my time when I could have had it worked on somewhere else. I specifically asked if they did work on my make/model when making the appointment as well. Seriously, save yourself the headache and have your vehicle worked on by a more competent body shop.

I can t even begin to say how happy we are with the Fig St Caliber Collision! They not only did a great job on our fender-bent Corrolla, but they also buffed out some little dings & cleaned out all the granola bar crumbs in the interior. It s like our car is new again! They got us in for an estimate pretty fast (about a week) & it was about a month later when the parts were in & work started. The job was reasonably small & took two weeks. They have an agreement with a local Enterprise that will come get you to pick up a rental car if you need one. And they even dropped our car off to us when they were done. I hope to never need them again, but if you do, I totally recommend them.

Easiest 5 stars I've ever given to a company. Steve from Caliber helped me every step of the way. He made sure I was taken care of from day 1, and was genuinely interested in my well being. It's apparent they put the customer first. Not only will I be a customer for life, I will gladly refer friends and family over to them.If you ever find yourself at Caliber Arvada, ask for Steve H. He's professional, well informed, and caring.

My car had a significant amount of repair work done and it was in the shop for a while due to the amount of damage. Kim kept me informed the entire way and was very responsive to communication. I was pleased with the customer service and the quality of repairs completed.

I m not sure why my comment was deleted but I would like people to know my experience with the front desk lady.I was excited that Caliber had built their facility right around the corner from me in Arvada.So when my car got hail damage I called to see if I could get my car in for estimate.The front desk lady was extremely rude right off and asked what insurance I had. I have out of state insurance but have already received a check from my insurance company I told her. She said I need to know your insurance? She said if the damages exceed what the insurance has issued you a check what will you do? I said, I will be paying for anything above and beyond.She refused to get me in until I told her my insurance. So I finally told her so I could get an estimate.She abruptly said, We don t take that insurance You will have to find someone Else to Fix your Car! FYI .the person who answers your phones at your company can make or break your company! This Person will Break this company!Marcy

I stopped in person first to ask for a quote and they told me they only work with insurance and I need a claim ID first.Fine, going back home and opening a claim. Then I give them a call to schedule an appointment. They tell me the manager is busy and they take my name and number down to give me a call back later.Fine, I wait for a call back but an entire day goes and no call. So the second day I decide to call back, called twice and no answer at all.Poor experience

My experience with Caliber on Fig St. was nothing short of exceptional from the first contact I had with this body shop to when I picked up my car. The initial intake was very professional, walking around my car to get an estimate, making suggestions on what had to be done and where I could save money. When I brought my car back to leave it, I had a second, complete walk around, to confirm and mark all the work that needed doing. Left my car and wow.....two weeks later, a car that looks brand new! And guess what? The cost was less than the original estimate! Thank you Caliber for your professional, friendly and trustworthy environment. You are a 5 in my book!Service: Body & Trim
