I brought my 2000 Chevy truck in for front end work and shocks. Dakota did a fantastic job and my truck runs the best it has since I bought it. Justin Coursin is the manager, super nice guy to talk to and made sure we were pleased. Thank you Guys!

This location was great. Had calipers, rotors, and pads replaced, had my oil changed they even replaced a missing lug nut. The price was reasonable, and they got it all done in less than 5 hours

It was easy to make an appointment on their website and there was no waiting when I arrived for my appointment. Trent was great, explained my quote for brakes thoroughly. After they started the work they found a bracket that needed to be replaced but did not charge me for it because it wasn t on the original quote. It was a great experience and I felt very comfortable having them do the work. Will definitely use them again!

Very pleased with all work and price. Justin was great to work with and took extra care when working on my vehicle. All 4 brakes and shocks were replaced on my vehicle and will be taking other vehicles for work in future. I would recommend to all family and friends.

I typically go to a competitor but they were booked for the day so I did a quick google search and Brakes Plus came up with the highest ratings- that sold me! So glad I took the chance, as they were quick, cheaper than the other place and very friendly! Trent had amazing customer service so I WILL be back!

They re so nice and informative here! Highly recommend going to this particular brakesplus, the manager Justin is a super reasonable guy who genuinely cares about your car. I learned more about my car and they re very quick as well! Can t say I ve had a better experience anywhere else

Justin and his team were highly knowledgeable and service oriented in helping me determine the exact nature of an issue with my truck, even though it was ultimately a warranty issue and they didn t profit off of it. I will definitely utilize these guys for future needs!

I came in to get my control arms fixed and was informed that there were other serious issues with my car which I probably wouldn t have known about. Justin and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and even stayed late on a Friday making sure my car was safe to drive. I 100% recommend this place!

I got an oil change for my 2023 f-150, and they told me I need full synthetic oil. They said I could go 7500-10,000 miles with it. After I paid they told me it s only good for 5000 miles. After I checked the owners Manuel it said regular oil not full synthetic for a standard oil change. I felt like they weren't honest with me but were more concerned with selling me on higher $$$. I don t think I ll be back and I live right down the street. Definitely don t go if your looking for honesty and having them perform what s in the customers best interest

Best experience I ve had!If you are in the Candelas area, look no further for brakes and alignment jobs. The staff was extremely friendly solid pricing highly recommended! All of that and they got me in and out within an hour on rotors and pads.

Amazing service! Guys down there are kind and honest. They helped me with the brakes on my 2019 explorer and my 1995 civic. Whether it be newer old cars these guys are professional. Definitely found my new mechanics!

I normally avoid small shops and go to the dealership - but today I was in a hurry to get my brakes replaced and tried Brakes Plus. I can say they changed my perspective of small shops. I dropped my car off this morning, Trent gave me a quote which I approved and then a few minutes later he got back to me saying he was able to save me a little more. I approved the lower quote. He got my car done in under 3 hours, which is pretty good! I would use them again... Trent is a great guy to work with!

The crew at the new Whisper Village Brakes Plus was fantastic. They took care of my oil change and tire rotation and didn t pressure me into anything that wasn t necessary yet. Love the new location and will definitely be back with my other vehicle.

Love this shop. I have been to several different auto shops through my years and this one blows all the other places out of the water. Took my truck in for an alignment, they tried to tell me my upper ball joint was bad, they were shocked to find out it had been replaced only two months before. Picked up my truck after they aligned it and the steering wheel wasn t straight, took it back and their readings were completely off from what they had aligned it to. Ended up taking it to the brakes plus off of 54th and Wads. They fixed it for free and told me my ball joint was fine. My truck now has a proper alignment no thanks to this shop. Stay away from this place. They only want to sell you stuff not actually fix anything.

Dropped by the new Whisper Creek location in preparation for an appointment the next day to fix an oil leak. To my surprise the manager put my Wrangler up on the rack right away, diagnosed the problem, briefed me, and made the repair while I waited. Very pleased with the result. Super professionalism and customer service. BP is my new go-to auto shop.
