D was absolutely fantastic! He worked with me to get the best products at the best price. I very much appreciate the thorough inspection including informing me of issues that came up and what to be advised for in the near future. If you need a reliable and reputable tire place that does everything, go see D at Big O in Arvada!

I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak and needed some immediate help. I didn't want to wait to make an appointment for the next day so the shop told me I could come in but it might be a couple of hour wait. That's what I did. They were upfront about how long it might take. They kept me updated on my place in line. The tire was fixed that day in the timeframe they estimated.The shop lobby was clean and had chairs and tables to accommodate 'work'. The staff was professional and courteous.

Fast turn around and super friendly staff. I hit a curb Saturday getting home during a major snow storm. I called Big O upon arriving home since we d just had our tires replaced there, not knowing what to expect. Allen said to bring it over and they d try to fit it in, latest would be Sunday morning when we d find out what was needed. Al was personable, friendly, and all around really helpful. Repairs were done by 4p on Sunday, which if you ve had car repairs done in the last 3 years you may know how fast that is. Everyone in this shop has been such a pleasure to work with, really appreciate their customer service. Thank you so much!

Heading back to St. Louis from Summit County, I had significant wheel vibration. Colorado potholes wreaked havoc on my wheels and low profile tires. I called Big O and talked with Allen. It was late on a Sunday and he was as welcoming as if it was 9AM on a weekday. As soon as I arrived, he knew who I was because he had taken time to ask about me and my car when we spoke. Allen had me in quickly and communicated with me as I took a walk to look for food. Upon my return, he showed me a video of the wheels being checked and balanced. They did all they could to rectify the issue and provided insight /advice as to a permanent repair in St. Louis. Allen was friendly, courteous, efficient and professional - all the characteristics we hope to find in a service manager. I highly recommend Allen and his Big O team.

Starting a Monday morning w/ a flat tire is not ideal, however I honestly can say after my brief trip to Big O - they actually made my day. It wasn't crowded and D helped me remembering me from years back and pleasantly conversed with me about my son. I expected to wait an hour at least but my tire was patched and fixed within 20 mins and I was out the door! I don't leave reviews but this is certainly warranted and I wanted to take the time as D certainly went out of his way to take care of my issue in a friendly and fun way!

I went in to Big O Tires with an entire series of small fires needing to be put out regarding a flat tire that was damaged after having run over a massive pothole the night before. The shop was slightly busy, but I was greeted and welcomed by Allen as soon as possible when I arrived. Within minutes he had my tire assessed and gave me the news that it was not reparable and that the particular tire I had on my car was also no longer in productions. He very quickly gave me a range of options on how to proceed and again, within minutes had a plan set up to resolve the issue. All of the guys at the shop were extremely knowledgeable and competent and made me feel like I was being taken care of to the absolute best of their abilities. Each small fire was put out efficiently and I was in and out with minimal wait time. I watched as Allen managed multiple customers with the highest level of professionalism and would recommend this particular store to anyone in need of care for their vehicle. You'd be in good hands with Allen. Thanks so much!

Came in with a tire that had 3 nails in it. Allen advised me that 3 repairs was the max that a tire could have, and if there was another previous repair, they would not be able to fix the tire. Allen got me in right away. Fortunately there weren t any old repairs and the technicians were able to fix the tire and get me on my way - all for no charge! It was refreshing to be told up front if they would be able to help me, then get the work done quickly without a wait. I will definitely bring my cars back to this Big-O shop for tires and service, and recommend Allen and his team at this Big-O store to others!

I live nearby and this is the place to go. I've gone to Costco and Discount Tire in the past. But this place is consistently the best. Super clean store. Service is always quick, professional, courteous. This time, Eddie, one of the managers, helped me out. Politely answered all my questions and over-delivered; getting me out the door in half the estimated time. David was the technician today. Bang up job.

D was awesome! Extremely friendly and helpful. I just needed to have snow tires put on my 4Runner and went to Big O without an appointment. They got everything done fast and didn t even charge me! I will definitely be retuning to this location whenever I need my car serviced in the future. Amazing!

D was amazing! He helped me resolve an outstanding issue with my dealership that has been in process over 2 months in ten minutes! He was polite and professional and provided great customer service! He also demonstrated a level of care in addressing and resolving my issue that was so very appreciated, especially since it had been lacking at my dealership. Thanks so much D! I truly appreciate you and now feel better rolling into winter with new tires:)

Allen was very helpful! Fixed my tire when it had a massive metal piece stuck in it and checked my other tires on top of everything. Very good service .

Had to get a lot of tasks done that cost a lot of money. But they made adjustments where they could and upgraded where they could at no additional cost. They communicated well and got all the work done fairly fast. And my car noticeably drives better now.

We had our car fixed here, and Allen went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to travel. If he had not gone the extra mile for us I am sure we would have broken down on the highway. He took his own time to look at and fix a part that needed repaired so that we would be safe! I can t thank him enough, and it gives me faith that there are good people out there who will do a great job to keep you safe. I will come back to Big O stores on Indiana Street!

Person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. Was trying to ask about warranty for uneven wear on tires because of a poor alignment and person I was speaking with - I think their name was Eddy - was a jerk while trying to find the order. Was asking if I had the wrong location, and I told him that I was looking at my tire rack order with their address and he said "well this is big o not tire rack" and cut me off.Like I understand if it's not covered by a warranty, but being a jerk to customers doesn't help the situation. I'm now ordering replacements to a different company.

We love this Big O! A wonderful employee gave him some suggestions to help him pass emissions on his car and I worked with Allen who helped me fix my headlight that was out. He was the best!! Working with an auto shop can be intimidating and he was so helpful and friendly!!!

Eddie and Lockwood were so helpful! They were able to fix my slow leak quickly and accommodate to my busy schedule. They were very short and sweet when helping me, which I appreciate when time is on the line! I Definitely will be coming back! (Hopefully not too soon)

"D" is awesome. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and he excels. Great people skills, very cool name and very knowledgeable. Go see him. I got my winter tires put on today because..... ALL WEATHER TIRES ARE NOT WINTER TIRES!

My scheduled appointment took half the amount of time that they estimated. I was in and out super fast. Very friendly, knowledgeable & professional customer service. I ve been going to Big O tires in Arvada for years and they never disappoint with excellent service. I highly recommend them.

Had an easy time crossing a to-do off my list! Setting an appointment online was easy. When I got to the store I was helped by D who was super friendly! He got me checked in quickly, answered all my questions and explained the services he recommended. Tire change and oil change performed within quoted timeframe and was ready when I came to pick it up! Look forward to returning for easy tire rotation.

Eddie is the man! I ran over something on my way to work causing my tire to go flat in just a couple minutes. Fortunately I was right next to Big O when it happened. He was able to take me right in patchthe tire and get me back in the road in less than 30 minutes! Thanks again Eddie!

I saved $1,500... by refusing unnecessary services.I took my car in for new tires. The wait time was three hours, so I left to run errands. A while later I get a call telling me I need new brake pads and rotors, and that the brakes would be "metal on metal" halfway through my upcoming travel if I didn't do it.However, since I had recently had the tires off for other service, I had checked the pads and knew there was plenty left, so I declined despite repeated warnings.And now, almost 5,000 miles later, the brake pads are still not down to the wear indicator and won't need replacing for at least a few thousand more miles. And the rotors are still well within spec for thickness and show no signs of warping, pitting, grooves, or anything else that would necessitate replacement. I made sure to check the maintenance schedule etc. and confirmed there is absolutely NO REASON to spend the $300+ on rotors.The tire installation went fine. Everything else was an obvious use of scare tactics to push costly and entirely unnecessary parts and services. Sales managers seem to be trying to prey on ignorant drivers to make an extra buck.A little about me: I was a technician for a shop similar to Big O for a few years before moving on to work for Medved Chevrolet and then an independent repair facility. I've seen the dishonest sales techniques too many times and was extremely disappointed to see them on such blatant display at this location.
