I called and spoke with Sara she was able to get me in right away. She was so helpful and understanding. This is the place to go if you need anything with tires done. It s hard to find a place with great service and attention to detail anymore .

My tire was low on air and I thankfully came across this shop. Everyone was super friendly and communicative. After attempting to put air they figured there was a hole in my tire and were able to patch it for me. They quickly got this taken care of and I couldn't be more happy with the service that was provided.

Had a last minute tire plug emergency and after calling 4 other tire shops, with no availability, I remembered Big O. Andy answered and told me he could have me in and out in 30 minutes. Well he had me out of there in 25 and didn't even charge me. Great service and great work. Big O got a new customer for life today.

This shop knows what they re doing and the service is awesome. Waiting room is no frills but don t let appearance bother you. These guys are good at their jobs.Bought a set of tires about a year ago and they were ready on time and installed promptly. Separately they patched two tires for free and experience was top notch. Highly recommend.

Outstanding and friendly service with no sales pitch or pressure to purchase anything you don t want to. They go above and beyond to get you taken care of. They are 100 times better than discount tire. I ll definitely be back for future tire needs.

I found myself in a bit of a tire situation with 2 flats. Adrian was so helpful when he suggested I look at my purchase paperwork for a tire protection plan. Turns out I had one, I wasn't even aware of it. I never would've looked if he had not said anything. Graham was very patient with me as well. He even spoke with dad over the phone about the situation. I am new to the area but I am so relieved I found a place I can trust my car and not get taken advantage of. I highly recommend this shop

I am from Canada and had a vibration in the front end of my van. Andy was professional and courteous on the phone and got me in the same day to assess the issue. His kept me in the loop throughout the day and explained in layperson terms not only what was needed by also why it needed to be done.The technician Brandon determined the problem and showed my in the shop what was broken. He worked tirelessly to get it done once the parts arrived. He even worked beyond his shift to get the work completed.I was very happy to get my van repaired and both Andy and Brandon were exceptional in their work and customer service.Since I was from out of town, I was very happy with the service I received.

My favorite shop. Great customer service. They really do go above and beyond. They fixed multiple issues on my vehicle. And as always. The best work and great prices. Will take my vehicles their time, and time again.

Once again, the service here was unmatched! Simple fix on my tire, I called on my way home from work and they were able to get me in and out in 45 min! Dustin at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. Will continue to do business here. Great job guys!The guys here are great. Car was rattling anytime I went over 60. Brought it in and these guys had my wheels balanced and out the door in less than an hour. Great service every time

This big-o is a wonderful place to go. Great service and they tell you if somethings wrong with your car. One issue that I have is that I now have stripped lug nuts because of them. I have a flat tire an cannot commute anywhere. I m trying to get my spare on but they tightened the bolts way to tight and not even a torque wrench can get them off (with the proper bolt size as well). Spent $80 today just to find out that I cannot replace my tire so I can take it in to get it fixed. Very bummed out about it.

Great shop with honest mechanics and easy to schedule with. What more can you ask for? Called for an alignment and they got me in same day, highly recommend.Thanks Big O!

The guys here are great. They fixed my flat in about 20-30 mins and had me ready to go again. They were so friendly and as a woman, I didn t feel taken advantage of like I do in so many auto shops. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!

I will recommend everyone bring their vehicles into this store! The staff has the utmost integrity, dedication and professionalism. They are always willing to explain absolutely everything that needs to be done. They don't over charge you or try to up sell you things that you don't need. Highest quality of professionalism!

Got snow tires put on here, and I really appreciated the quick, professional, friendly service. Adrian, Graham, and (sorry I can t remember for sure) Adam or Eric or something like that (?? ) were helpful and honest. The new tires are great, too! Came here with a flat a while back and they patched it up for free.

I have been to many many repair places in 31 years here's in Denver and I never had anyone take care of me like Andy Stratton at This Big O locationHe was overly friendly explained everything in detail and got me on the road with thousands in repairs done perfectly.Graham is running this shop life a well oiled machine he is outstanding 27th landing these guys and Giving greatCustomer serviceI would recommend them to anyone.Especially this crew.

Literally after work I get a nail in my tire. I have no idea where to go, this place was close and open! I walked in and they were quick to ask how can I help. I told the receptionist the situation and soon enough a member from the team drove it back and fixed it in roughly 20 mins. Sara especially, Thank you ALL so much

Staff was fantastic! The manager Gram was so sweet and helpful, he helped me with affordable tires for my car, took the time to listen to me and my situation and was very helful and polite the whole time. I did not feel like i was being talked down to or upselled as a woman which tends to happen to us woman by ourselves when in the auto world!

Edit - changing to 1 star. The reason my wheel was making noise is the lug nuts were barely tightened. Mechanic said it was an extreme safety issue. AVOID!I used to really like this place. But they failed to take care of a leaky tire recently after a long wait. I think they did the rotation and ignored the problem I communicated. Really frustrating. Also after rotation one tire is making a loud pop and scraping sound. I'll bring it to another shop.

Big O and the team got me set up for the winter driving conditions, they went above and beyond to make sure I got my tires as quickly as possible. They didn t even have them at the shop, but Andy helped to get the tires from the warehouse delivered and installed faster than other shops around at a price more competitive.

Kudos to the Arvada Big O Tires team! I can't express how thankful I am for the great job they did on my truck. It's a beast! Daniel was extremely helpful in helping me sift through the many wheels and tires I had already looked at and guide me to the beauties you see below. James and Taylor did a phenomenal job on the install. My truck rides like a dream. Thank you guys again for a great job! I can't recommend these guys enough!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!!!They will tamper with it and break it!!!11/6/2013UPDATE: went to get a routine oil change, and my mechanic says that we have a decent oil leak, which was not happening before and that someone apparently had sealed the oil cap onto the tank!! He broke it getting it off of there and showed me the glue still stuck on the broken oil cap. Looked like rubber cement, I dont know what kind of operation they are running here. But they had my car overnight and I opened that oil tank 3 days prior to them servicing my car to check the color of the oil, with no issues. I will be involving a lawyer at this point. The absolute bare minimum of decency, and tampering with my car. This is absolutely disgusting. I had less then 1/3 of a quart of oil in my car today, luckily it didnt blow the engine. As I am a delivery driver I drive it 8 hrs a day 5 - 6 days a week. This is absolutely insane. Mu husband cut his head open after they brok the hydraulics of the hood of my car fell on him as well. 12 stitches.Thank yoy Big O for almost making my car break down and literally injuring my family oh and gluing my oil cap on.After assuring service to my vehicle would be done, even after closing time, due to a busy tow truck, we ended up stranded in Arvada for a 24hr period longer then intended, after agreeing to let workers go home after our car was towed into this shop. Was told our car would be finished by 9:30am the next day. Called at 8:30 to try and confirm pickup, an continued to call till 10:30 when someone finally answered we were again lied to and told someone was on the way to a factory to pick up 2 of the 4 tires we were told were in stalk. That they needed one more hour and the car would be done. After arriving at 11 am as told, we were told the perzon picking our tires up was about to leave, we continued to wait until 2pm to be back on the road to see our sick family. Now on the road stopping to check the fluids we find out they had broken our hood hydraulics and the hood of our car fell on my husbands head. Dont know why anyone was under my hood, since we got 4 new tires and an alignment. 24 hours behind schedule and a head injury later, I would advise not trusting their word on anything. Hopefully this hospital visit will be short. Would have never guess how behind schedule to see dying family we could get from a tire shop. But here we are.

The Big O tires on 52nd Avenue in Arvada is fantastic. Their team was professional, got me in and out in the times promised and went above and beyond when needed. There was a payment issue at the Corporate level and the store owner immediately called me, fixed the issue locally and made sure I was a happy customer. Yes, I am a very happy customer. I recommend this Big O Tires store without hesitation.

Fantastic service! Big O Tires Arvada had us in and out quickly after having a tough time finding an appointment all around Denver. They had great product recommendations and were welcoming and friendly. We will be back for sure! Thank you, Andy and Grahm!
