I called because their prices online were unbeatable anywhere else for brand new tires. Alex was literally waiting outside as I pulled up, met me at my car and took care of my vehicle within an hour. I ll be back for any services I need, thank you Alex.

I was able to get in and get out quickly at drop off. When they were done, they called and got me back on the road just as fast. At no time was I pressured to pay for additional services I didn't need or wasn't looking for. Overall, my first experience was positive and Ill be returning in the future.UPDATE: Sadly, I am no longer recommending this place. I had a nail in my tire and dropped my car off on a Sunday. By Tuesday afternoon I had not heard a peep about the status of my car. I gave them a call mid-day and was told they were unable to patch the tire and could not find a replacement. I asked if there was anything they could do for me and was told "go back to the place where you bought the tire originally." I honestly could not believe a place with "Tire" in the name would not offer to sell me a replacement tire of some kind. The customer service at this business had been slipping since they new owners took over, but this was a bridge too far for me. I paid for an Uber and went to pick up my car.When I got there, the office staff had lost my key. Unbelievably, one of the worker was arguing with another worker about losing my key. I've never seen anything like it. Poor customer service, a total lack of communication, and pushing my car and it's issues off onto a competitor are pretty bad. Misplacing my key? That's a bridge too far. I took my car to Goodyear less than 3 miles away. They told me the tire I had was discontinued, but provided me with a cost effective replacement. The work was done in less than 2 hours. 2.5 days or 2 hours?I realize one tire isn't a big sale, but I'd given Big Brand Tire & Service $700 two weeks ago for some other work. These guys lost my business forever today.

This place seems super scammy! I take my brand new car(2024) there after I hit a pothole on the highway and one of the tires has a bulge in the sidewall. The guy comes out and measures all my tires then we go inside and he tells me that because I have awd he's required to replace all the tires and can't do just one. He wants to charge me almost 1200$ for some tire brand I've never heard of and is also charging a tire disposal fee for my three other tires that are barely used and still have the nipples on the sides. Anyways I took my car to the dealer and they told me I was fine with just changing the tire that was damaged since the rest were still new like I had originally thought was the case

This place was exceptional from the moment I walked in the door until I drove away. I am amazed with the customer service and the speedy service. Oscar and crew were outstanding at explaining every detail to me and staying in communication with me during this process. I feel confident in my new friends at Big Brand Tites and will recommend them to family friends and colleagues.

Great shop! I had a flat that was very similar to one on my other rear tire in November. I was definitely thinking worst case my shocks are bad and it was eating up my tires. Gage was thorough and lovely in letting me know that while I may have bad luck, my suspension is solid! Just a series of everyday road shrapnel Thank you!

I had high hopes for a shop close to home, but not to be!!! made an appointment that was lost by Carlos, had to start over, upon arrival I was told 200 bucks for the free suspension check!!! Forget this place , go Next Door to peerless tire, a long time proven local business that will treat you better!

I needed a nail pulled out of my tire and the tire repaired. I stopped at three different places before I stopped at Big Brand Tire & Service. All the other places said they could not take me right away and I would have to come back. Big Brand Tire & Service took me right away. When they finished the repair I walked up to the desk expecting to pay. There was no charge for a flat tire repair. I was very surprised because I did not purchase the tires from them. Very nice friendly service and a clean waiting room. I would definitely go back for tires or other services they perform.

The gentleman named Alex that works at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got 4 brand new tires at a good price and the work was done day off. I d highly recommend Alex and his staff for any new tire sale, brakes and other services

I brought my 2015 tacoma in for an alignment check and alignment if needed.After an hour or so, we were told they couldn't complete the alignment due to a seized lock nut.They quoted us for 2 new tie rod assemblys for around $1200.I took my truck to another shop and they had no issues with this and told me my tie rods are fine. I spent $110 for the alignment.

They were open during a crappy snowstorm and were still ready to patch a flat (gratis!) even tho I didn t get my tires from them to begin with!(They did do an oil change on the spot cos no one else was there that day!) Solid folks!

Same day service. I was able to get in one hour after calling them . They were quick and efficient at getting my new tires and oil change got it back in less then 2 hoursprice was great. Alex on the phone and the gentleman at the front desk were very polite and knew what they were doing. Thank you!

I really do appreciate this staff and crew. I brought my truck in for repairs as I have failed 3 emissions test. They were very honest with my repair and were great at communicating with me. Tony at the front desk is a good guy and it turned out my repair was cheaper than invoiced which I liked. But this story so far doesn t have a happy ending as my truck still hasn t passed emissions and may need more work. Though it s harder with discontinued parts and now moneyServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I met 3 of the guys working here. All were equally delightful, helpful, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY nice. They all went above and beyond and treated me like family. Not once did I feel like they wanted to rip me off. These guys are my forever mechanics. I highly recommend

I took my vehicle in for what I thought was a very expensive suspension problem. It turned out to be nothing more than a loose spare tire. Instead of inflating my bill by fixing something that didn't need work, all I paid was the diagnostic fee. As a single senior woman I really appreciated that. Alex was wonderful to deal with. And I was really taken care of.

We were so impressed with how quickly they could get our car in for a vehicle inspection. They also had a quick turn around time as well and provided a lot of good information regarding the results of their inspection. The work that needed to be done was very reasonably priced. The most impressive part was their friendly and professional team. Both Tony and Michael were great to work with. We definitely recommend Pickering s and will be using them in the future!Service: Vehicle safety inspection
