Not open until 10:00! My first time to this location! I just realized I need transmission fluid ASAP so instead of going to the store on Colfax I went here because it was 5 minutes closer well now I'll never make it to the other ones that are open until 10:00 I'm a delivery driver it's a busy night I know I can't work until tomorrow when the auto parts stores open. So thanks for closing early or not changing your hours on your website whatever it is but thanks a lot

One of my homes away from home. AutoZone always has what I need for my 06 mustang. Tire shine this morning..! Needed a new gas cap for the 06 and a air filter as well. Love this store

The workers helping us out were completely full of themselves ignoring what we said when we first came in and described what we were looking for (a back windshield wiper). They pulled up the incorrect item(front windshield wipers) and I said I m actually looking for this item(back windshield wipers). To which one worker made a snarky comment of, make sure you tell us that next time when we had already said exactly what we needed. If you need anything car related, go elsewhere.

I ve been going to all sorts of AutoZones in the area to get various parts and this one is by far my favorite. The staff here are always super kind and welcoming, and the shelves are always stocked perfectly.

Disgusting! I'm in the parking lot in the front of the door at 6:30 a.m. waiting for them to open( on my way to work) so I can get a battery and othe misc parts , and the employees call the cops on me!! I of course i was not charged with anything and even the officer seemed a little confused why they were calling them and their reply was one of the passengers was sleeping ....So what?????? I'm in a truck and trailer full of tools, so it's obvious why I'm there BUT REGARDLESS, EVEN IF THAT WAS SOMEHOW A "CRIME", WHY WOULDN'T THE "KAREN " WHO CALLED THE COPS, MAYBE COME YO MY WINDOW AND JUST ASK ME IF I NEEDED SOMETHING?????AT THE VERY LEAST, THIS IS A WEAK ,PATHETIC "KAREN" MOVE, AND MOST PEOPLE WOULD CONSTRUE THIS AS A TYPE OF PROFILING EFFORT THAT IS NOT ONLY LIABLE FOR A LAW SUIT, BUT JUST AN EFFORT TO BE A TOTAL JUDGEMENTAL / PREJUDICE " KAREN " TYPE OF ACTION...WEAK, LAME, OR LIABLE,AUTOZONE WILL NEVER GET A PENNY OF MY MONEY. EVER!!!!!!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!DONT YOU GUYS HIRE DECENT EMPLOYEES ANYMORE? MAYBE YOU SHOULD PAY A LITTLE BETTER WAGES TO ATTRACT A HIGHER CALIBER OF EMPLOYEES!!

What a great visit. Brian was over the top helpful, and great company. He was helping customers, answering phones, grabbing windshield wipers and other parts from back stock, checking customers "check engine" lights. The whole time I felt well taken care of, as well as the other customers. Definitely a great visit, and super helpfully professionals.

I was able to go into AutoZone today to get an air filter and brake fluid for my Santa Fe without problems. I walked in and received a smile and a wave while the cashier was assisting another customer. I found the filter I needed in the book and on the shelf then went to the brake fluid and grabbed that. I pondered another item and bypassed it. There were a few items blocking 1 aisle toward end for stocking but I didn't need that aisle and if I had it was a movable cart. Otherwise the store was perfectly clean and organized. The cashier was commenting on the weather and how peoples shopping habits had changed accordingly which was humorous because ita true. Check out was smooth and pleasant.***Visits to other AZ and competitors always involve the male employees trying to tell me what my vehicle needs and taking 2x as long to look it up and find the products so it was nice to go in and just find my items. And had I needed help there was someone to ask.

Every time I ve interacted with Russ or his team, they ve been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They d even offer putting oil or windshield fluid in while I didn t know how to open my trunk. Don t hesitate to shop at Arvada location.

Super knowledgeable, super helpful . Even though they weren t able to install my new battery due to its location in my vehicle, they got me the right battery and gave me a good recommendation on where I could get it installed. Will definitely go back to these guys for other car needs down the line.

It was ok this last trip to Walmart. Because I found all the items that I was looking for pretty quickly. Unlike many other times when the items were in places, I wouldn't think to find them. Or moved to a different Ile for seasonal stock to fit somewhere.

I generally used to enjoy this store over the years, Ive dealt with two main managers one I forget the name of maybe a bob but he recently left not too many months ago, and their is russ.Russ is a fine fellow, on some days. What I understand from each and every experience I've ever had with russ is a rude one. He does his job like any other employee except in a few respects. Now mind you, I watch over his transactions feverishly as to make sure I get the same experience, as the customer before me. Bob (for lack of name) used to go above and beyond, asking me extra questions about what the possibilities of my problem could be, and different solutions, and he would even joke around YES JOKE. I cannot seem to find one joking bone in russ body but first and foremost I cannot get the help I need from russ, and I mean come on we all have to live a little. We all have to work, all need to behave with the right manners, never have I as a customer felt as unwanted to be in a store as any other customer. Today it was my last straw, I can understand taking a phone call, to put them on temporary hold, yet it seems WHENEVER I am being taken care of by russ, and when there is someone else near the counter, an employee, a cutomer or a call, I am the second person to be helped when I am the one AT the counter. As an example, from taking the phone call, russ went through an entire problem solution inspection with the caller, and helped them, for 4 minutes before he talked to me again. There needs to be a better fluid method of treating and acting toward the customer. I will be using another autozone in hopes this behavior changes with him, the other employees are not mad or grumpy and are great.

UPDATE: Their staff continues to go above and beyond! Helped me figure out a better way to fix a problem with my car which lead me to saving some money and time. Thanks!Very helpful and friendly staff here. Helped me get a better battery at a better price when they really didn't need to. They have a customer for life now.

I ve been meaning to leave a review for this store for sometime now. I ve been very pleased with the help that I ve received from folks at the store like Russ and Ethan. They have save me money on numerous occasions. They re good folks and always make me laugh. I leave feeling like I ve been treated well. Keep up the good work guys!

Stopped in due to low oil not knowing much about car maintenance. Robert went above and beyond to help me including filling my oil and checking the levels. I truly appreciate his help. It s people like this that go above and beyond. Thank you again!

So frustrated with this store. I live almost an hour away in the mountains so I make sure to call ahead to see if they have the part I need. I specifically asked for axle nuts and after talking with John for 15 minutes he says they only have a set of 4. I asked again, Axle nuts that hold the axle onto the spindle? After confirming, I drove down here only to find out they don t have them. He looked up lug nuts and somehow thought they were the same thing. Complete waste of time and fuel. I do not recommend this store.

Russ helped me so much. My car was sporadically starting- I assumed I needed a new battery . Just a loose connection and he tighten everything up. Nice to go somewhere that is so helpful.

I purchased a part, fog light bulbs back in feb or March, waited for nicer weather to install, realized I had to take half the fender off to get to the burned out bulb .Honda Pilot. Had Honda do the work. But they would not use the bulbs I bought. So yesterday I was near Auto Zone, I still had the package of bulbs in the car & figured I take a shot at a refund, still in the unopened package. I received a refund card for the full amount from a very understanding helpful counter person!

I came in to test the alternator and battery in my Jeep, get a new idler pulley, and a few other odds and ends. Robert went above and beyond with his customer service! He was patient, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location!

Went in for a new battery. After a few minutes reviewing options I picked one and they did the install for free in about 5 minutes. Very nice staff and obviously very helpful. I've been in this location several times and always have a quick and easy visit. Super happy.

Earlier this evening I arrived at autozone to purchase and install a battery. After acquiring the replacment, I asked to barrow tools to make the switch from the old battery to the new.It was an easy task to remove the old one but when I was installing the replacement I ran into an issue.It seemed my bolt the threads into the positive on the battery was not allowing for a proper connection.After attempting and failing several times I asked for some assistance from the manager of the store.He saw I was having problems and came up with some ideas to get me back up and running.All the wile of trying new things, other customers arrived with there own issues. He helped them all and assisted me with mine until we finally found a solution.This man was very knowledgeable and kind during the whole situation.I highly recommend the Autozone on 64th and Gardenia St. The team that works here will always have my business when ever I am in need. Don't hesitate to go inside and see for yourself.Thank you again so much for all that you have done.

Most entertaining! They had what I needed, quite a few items. Took a bit, I was listening to the counter people and they are nice, knowledgeable about cars, even some tests and repairs!?But also! They all got along well and had their own comedy show going.I really thought this was going to be a lousy experience.It wasn't.

I was driving when my back tail lights were bad and pulled into the nearest autozone. I luckily met the one of managers Robert, who helped me out. Taking maybe 15-20 minutes. Would STRONGLY recommend this store
