DO NOT waste your time and money here. I bought a car only about a year ago and have NOTHING but problems and headaches the service department is TERRIBLE won't fix anything When they say they will and continues to charge more and more for each thing they claim is going wrong. Will tell you "we don't make the cars" and leave you with more issues than you brought in. I may not be an expert but I can certainly say that after getting my car "fixed" it shouldn't have a check engine light come on before making the 10 minute drive home!! I've complained to the service department AND the salesman who sold the car and basically there's nothing anyone can do so now I'm stuck with a terrible car and no help Whatsoever

We had a problem with our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan -- it would start sometimes and not other times. Our local mechanic in South Fork, CO, couldn't determine the cause, so he recommended that we take it to the nearest Dodge dealer (Town & Country in Alamosa, CO) because they would have all the necessary diagnostic tools. After waiting for nearly 4 hours at Town & Country, we were told that they had tested the battery and it was fine, but that the problem was likely that something called a TIPM needed to be replaced. They would have to order a new TIPM, and the total bill would be $1,088. We asked if there was any guarantee that this TIPM would solve the problem, and they said no, but it was the logical next step. When we got home, my husband did some online research that convinced him this TIPM would NOT solve the problem, so he called Town & Country to cancel the order for the TIPM. Then, after doing some more research and testing, my husband determined that the problem had to be the battery. So a week ago he installed a new battery, and the car has started perfectly every time since then. Town & Country told us the battery was "fine", but it obviously wasn't. We paid $144 for a worthless diagnosis, and if my husband hadn't done the research that caused him to question the need for the TIPM, we would have wasted $1,088 and STILL would have needed to get a new battery.

My Jeep JK was suffering. In major need of an engine rebuild. It took a while due to parts procurement challenges but Jerrica was amazing. She tried everything to try and speed things up and kept me updated. My JK is running smooth now. Thanks.

These folks are awesome! My truck blew a fuel line. I had it towed to this shop. I was out of town and didn t have any experiences prior but I m so thankful they were able to fix my truck, provide a courtesy ride to my hotel (round trip) and fixed my truck that same day! Great customer service!
