Edgar was great to work with. He was very professional and straight with us. I really appreciate that it was a straight deal with no hidden fees. We live out of state and they sent over paperwork for taxes very quickly and the whole process was really smooth!

Bought a pretty nice car from them. Great experience. Only complaint I have is I wish I would have drove the car more and more attention while driving it. On the the way home the tire pressure monitor system came on and noticed the car was not heating up going down the road. So most likely a tire pressure sensor and a thermostat hopefully

Honestly, if i can give them a rate below zero my rate will be -999999.I came all the way to Colorado, but the owner changed his decision to a ONLY CASH DEAL , and he knew im holding the amount in an international bank account so i cant just get more than 10,0000.I can go write all day about how they sounded very friendly and cooperative but when the deal is about to close, they will come up with something to get the money the way they want, I never have dealt with such suspicious business!!

Purchased a vehicle on Monday. On Wednesday morning , the car had an ODO error among many other things that put the car into limp mood. Was told that s why you have the extended warranty. Ended up taking back to Akron Auto who said cleaning the battery posts was the fix and I picked up the car today. Before I got home, 20 miles away, the same errors and the car in limp mode. Again I was told bring it back to Akron for it to be looked or that s way you have an extended warranty. I have owned the car for five days and I am being asked to take it back again for the exact same issue, that I have zero confidence that will do what they need to do to fix it. They put a bandaid on it hoping it would fix it long enough to for me to go away. It worked , I m going away. I do not recommend Akron Auto.

We were going to trade in our truck we got from them. We were looking for something a little nicer and newer. My husband saw a truck so went in to see what they could do. They wouldn t even let my husband drive the truck. He said they weren t friendly this round. So they got his info and said we will call you back. A week went by nothing. So he calls they said the truck has some issues so it s in the shop. Still no return phone call so he calls again. They said it s still being looked at. Well none of it was true it was a lie. They had moved that truck we wanted to another dealership of there s. So anyway we found a much newer and nicer truck else where.

Had an awesome experience with Akron auto! I have been looking for my dream vehicle for months and I finally found it here! I flew from Ohio and drove the car back! Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful! It was a long trip but well worth it. I would fly out again to do business with this company many times again!

Paid a little more than fair value, because they told me that they did a full check on the vehicle. They told me that they went through and replaced worn out parts and did a full maintenance tune up. Some of the parts replaced were shocks, and the front driver headlight, and an oil change.Since I bought this vehicle it has spent almost as much time broken down as it has running. First, the headlights were having issues. Turns out the wiring harness for the drivers headlight was installed carelessly and many of the pins were bent and eventually broken. I got that fixed. Drove it a little longer and went to do an oil change.The oil filter wouldn't come off and ended up breaking, causing a removal of the whole housing. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that they used loctite and an impact wrench on the oil filter. The filter had been tightened so much that it recessed past the threads making it impossible to remove. My car is still down because this part is uncommon.I use my car for work and have had to miss many days because it has been broken down. I am waiting for there to be an issue with the shocks, which they told me they replaced. I am very unhappy and I will not be a returning customer. This is not the way to do business and I will not be referring anyone to do business with Akron Auto.

Well called Logan 4 1/2 hours ago about a vehicle trading one in which is a 6.0 with 63000 orginal miles mint condition he said a 6.0 well im busy now but ill call ya in a bit Really????? Ok they then very unprofessional to lie to people they close in thirty minutes so much for driving to Akron to do business apparently they do such a amazing business they don't need any more could have paid cash for what I was looking at but hey they apparently make plenty dont need any more.

Before you buy a car from them get a Carfax report. We bought a Tahoe which had a clean history with the Autocheck history report they used. When we went to sell it, the Carfax report stated TOTAL LOSS even though it had a clean title. We ended up selling it but only got half of what we owed for it on a trade in.The car had low miles, about 77k and after owning it 8 months we had to do a complete rebuild of the rear axle that cost $2200. 2 months after that our AC system went out. At a cost of $1800 to repair the AC system we finally traded it in.A lot of vehicles are coming from flooded States, minimally refurbished and sold at these dealers. Be careful at cars that come from Texas, Florida and the East Coast. They are usually totalled from flood damage or other weather related damage.
