We came for an extended weekend trip and rented a car with a battery that unfortunately died on us twice. We requested a jumpstart through the rental company the first time, which got us connected to Yucca Valley Towing, and on the second instance (on the morning we needed to drive to the airport) we just called directly and asked for jumpstart. We were on a time crunch and got help within 20 minutes. It was a HUGE save for us and the guy was quick and friendly! Really reasonably priced too vs. having to go through the rental company. Would highly recommend.

Troy provided such excellent service today! We were stuck in Joshua Tree National Park & needed a tow to a shop in Palm Springs. Troy was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and a great communicator. He arrived quickly, and after dropping our van, he kindly drove us to a nearby hotel. Troy represents Yucca Valley Towing very well. I'm so grateful we found your company today & that Troy was our driver. Highly recommend!

Awesome company. Troy was the one who picked me up and he was there in 30 min which was really fast. He did a great job and I would recommend to use these guys over any other towing service around. Honest and professional company with the best prices by far.

Thank you again Kelly and Bill for a pleasant experienceI recently used Yucca Valley towing to move a 5th wheel from Joshua tree to landers, this was obviously not Bills first rodeo , we needed it in a pretty tight spot and Bill placed it with ease, much to our surprise because we had a second spot just incase.Yes Bill has skills !!! He was on time, very professional as was his appearance he was polite and personable . We made it to our destinations with no problems, and it was very affordable too , I would definitely recommend yucca valley towing to anyone who asks ,I will be using this company and Bill as long as they are available.Debra walters

A very fine company. I had sold a classic aluminum trailer and it was being picked up when it became obvious it wouldn't get up the ramp on the mover's rig. We needed expert help and called Yucca Valley Towing. They arrived quickly and assessed the situation. and came up with a plan that worked. The price was more than reasonable. A very impressive performance.

If your vehicle is disabled in a tight-to-access spot, these are they guys you want to call. The AAA certified towing company in town may be competent, but they looked at my F250s location on the map and stated they could not tow it unless I moved it close to the nearest paved road. Kelly and Bill at Yucca Valley Towing were fantastic. They were able to get a flat-bed into the location and had the truck ready to go in minutes. Quick, professional service with a can-do attitude. They were 5 steps ahead of me in executing this tow the entire time. If I ever need a tow in Yucca Valley again, I won't even bother with AAA. These guys are worth their weight in gold.Service: Car towing

Went out to check the rain amounts this afternoon and noticed a total flat on my truck. Luckily my road service sent Dom from Yucca Valley Towing who knows how to find my place. This is a great company that gives great service. My car burnt to a crisp in the middle of the desert. They were prompt and kind, and on the following day a worker fished through the ashes and found my spare house keys and mailed them to me. Wow!

I was stranded with my keys locked in my vehicle at 4:30 in the morning. Kelly saved me! He arrived within 30 min. And had me ready to go in 5 minutes.Customer service skills were great! The person who helped me get my car out of a the moon Crater my dog had made was very Polite and nice! I really recommend them as a towing company, Over the phone they had really excellent customer service as well! 20/20

Domonick from Yucca Valley Towing was great. He was kind and professional. The service was so quick, he even hiked up the steep driveway to assist me. He got me up in running in a flash. I highly recommend calling this company for roadside help. Thsnks again Domonick!

We weren t so smart with our parking on BLM land by Coyote Lake, these guys came out super quick and were able to haul our TV and 34 trailer out like it was nothing. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience. Quick arrival (even at 4am!), incredibly professional, and the price was cheaper than expected. The driver specifically (Albert) was so kind and knowledgeable. While I never hope someone needs a tow or to be pulled out of a tough spot with their car, if you do, seriously call Yucca Valley Towing (and even better if Albert is the one to show up to rescue you!).

Back in late October 2019, my team was filming out at the Whitehorse Movie Ranch and our passenger van along with a crew car got stuck in the mud. Our crew didn't follow our map, they used google maps instead, epic fail. I called around the best rated towing companies based on yelp and google reviews, David's quote was a bit higher than everyone else's but ensured he'd be at the site as fast as possible. About an hour later, Justin came in like a bad out of hell and rescued us. David called to square up via credit card and surprised us with a discount applied. David is a good man.

I got stuck in the sand in twentynine palms, luckily with Ford roadside assistance. Kelly was out there quickly on a Sunday evening yank me out and everything was perfect. super nice super helpful very happy with his service and his company and would recommend him to anyone. thx!!!!

It's with pleasure to give my personal account of the service you provided. My circumstance dealt with a smaller diesel tractor. I chose your company after vetting local resources. Explaining the problem you arrived at the agreed time. The location of the tractor wasn't accessible. You assessed the situation, explained your course of action and went to work. In spite of the obstacles, the problem was corrected. Additionally, you corrected the orientation of the large rear wheels which improved the safer control of the vehicle. I asked a question about tire pressure on a high performance car I own. He showed me where the info is located in the car, checked and brought the tires up to optimum pressure.The service and technical knowledge exceeded my expectations. The team's appearance, attitude, respect and very reasonable fee is a standard more local businesses should practice.R. Marinello

I managed to get hopelessly lost in the high desert looking for a remote vacation rental. Not knowing the area, I followed GPS onto a sand/dirt road notorious for swallowing cars alive. My Tesla made it a record distance down the road and then the sand became impassable. Yucca Valley Towing spent almost 5 hours getting me out. Their first truck got stuck and they called out the reserves. They persisted and guided and towed me back to beautiful asphalt. At no point, did I doubt that they would meet the difficult challenge. They provided great service delivered with real dedication, professionalism and humor.

I talked with Kelly (hopefully i spelled it right) on the phone and he was great! He spoke with urgency about the situation and was extremely helpful as I am not from CA. Then Troy came to the rescue! He was honestly the best! He helped us find a hotel to stay in for the night, he was extremely friendly and professional. Did a little oopsie , left the keys in the ignition and truck was locked and they showed up in 10 minutes and got the door open in 5 minutes! it s too cold out here to be doing that again.

It s hard to put into words how grateful I am for this company and especially Bill. Each person I interacted with was very kind and helpful. I drove up from out of the area to run some errands and of course my battery goes out right outside of the Marshalls store. Not knowing what to do being stuck in the heat and not having anyone else to help me, a kind local company gave me their number as a suggestion to call to help jump my car. I called Yucca Tow and immediately someone picked up and told me within 15 minutes someone would arrive. With the heat increasing inside the car and I started to sweat profusely, I waited outside in the shade. Within 15 minutes Bill arrived. As I walked towards the car to greet Bill and as he was parking, the 1 in a million thing happened and my car window SHATTERED. That s right. Like exploded spontaneously. He saw it, I saw it, and we couldn t believe it. I saw it unfold before my very eyes. There was no one else nearby, it wasn t his car, and I didn t see a rock or anything go through. Bill was as surprised as I was but was very gracious and calm. He jumped my car and gave me a couple of suggestions of places I could go to replace my battery and he helped to knock down and take some of the glass so I wouldn t get injured on the road. Yes, this happened, it really did. And I m glad Bill was there to help out. Thank you so much Yucca Valley Towing!-Krystle

Had a great experience with Yucca Valley towing. Not the experience we all want but for the circumstances the dispatch and driver made it better. I reached out to them and they were on it within 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle home and was a professional experience. I couldn't say anything better about them. They service local and long distance and they are very very reasonably priced. My conversation with the driver was amicable and he was very friendly and courteous. If I'm ever in this predicament again ( I hope not) you best believe I will call on them first with out a doubt. Thank you Yucca Valley Towing for your help.

It was after dark when I was leaving Giant Rock in Landers, CA. I'd headed out with my camera to take night shots of the stars and sunset shots of the famous Giant Rock. It was a great day, and an clear evening that went terribly wrong as I was leaving. Driving slowly toward the exit area, this is a desert and there aren't actual roads, I didn't realize the road ahead included a ditch that was much deeper than it appeared. In fact I was never stuck in a ditch, and while it was a little loud going over this depression in the ground, I'd made it out easily enough, when my car suddenly stopped working. I was certainly panicked when I got out to look things over and saw more damage than I'd ever imagined. Now, being in the middle of the desert at night, with no one around for miles, is pretty alarming. Fortunately I had cell service that worked from T-Mobile, and was able to call for help. After a few attempts, I was able to reach Yucca Valley Towing. The angel who showed up is named Bill. He was truly kind, and managed to make a terrible situation better, simply by being himself. The last time I drove my dream car was onto the flatbed truck, as it was later deemed a total loss, even though the damage wasn't visually dramatic. Bill arrived in less than an hour, which is itself awesome, and then proceeded to get me back to the Airbnb in Morongo Valley, which was about 40 minutes away. Then, to take awesome a step further, he drove about 1.25 miles up the road toward where I was staying, and let me out where it was safe for him to turn the big tow truck around. This was so kind and made the end of a very unfortunate evening that much better. I called the next day and updated them on taking the car to Jacks Body Works in Palm Desert, and thanked them again for being so helpful. It's taken a moment to get this review in, but I could write even more - so, to put it simply, Bill and the team at Yucca Valley Towing were total angels and I couldn't have been in better hands in a moment of need. These guys are amazing. We took a wrong turn on the way to our AirBnB and got stuck in some loose sand.After calling another tow company through AAA we were told it was going to be $400 to get it out. Called these guys and they quoted us half the price and got it out within 35 mins of the call.Super helpful and quick. Definitely recommend.Service: Car towing

We came from the Fresno area and broke down just outside of town at about 10pm.
