My truck broke down while traveling through Joshua Tree and meeting Debbie and the team at ProColor made a scary situation for me feel lighter. It felt like family here and I will be stopping by when I roll through next, just to say hi. They're are great in any situation here. Highly recommend for anything you need. Great people.

The entire staff and crew at Pro Color Collision Yucca Valley are amazing! We brought in a 24-year old Honda sedan and they replaced the hood after a minor accident where someone backed into the front of the vehicle. They perfectly color-matched the paint and it looks brand new. Not only were they incredible with the repairs and body work, but the people working there made all the difference too. They are sweet, genuine and professional. They ended up significantly discounting our original quote, they kept us thoroughly informed throughout the process, they finished early, and even slightly discounted the overall price yet again to accommodate a cash payment. Frank, (the manager), will take great care of you and Debbie in the front office makes you feel comfortable by keeping you well informed and with their snacks and drinks available. We will go to Pro Color Collision for all our future auto body works needs! You should too!

Greetings Googlers, I have to say having an unfortunate event happen sucks and having to deal with the aftermath can be painful and time consuming. Frank and his team really set the standard of what a collision repair facility can do. The communication from start to finish was by far the best experience I ve had. The assistance when it came to dealing with the insurance was phenomenal and just greatly appreciated. If you ever are in need of support to fix your car, YOU HAVE TO COME HERE!!! Frank and his team were amazing. Honest service you can trust and amazing quality. Definitely recommend!Customer service was outstanding. Made sure we were comfortable (temperature, drinks, snacks) . Apologized if they felt there was a wait (even though there wasn t). Explained everything along the way and didn t assume that we knew how things worked. Encouraged us to ask questions and made sure we understood the answers. Empathy felt genuine. Communicated with us via txt, auto alerts and calls throughout the whole process. Again apologized for delays and gave reasons/details. Went above and beyond to make sure the work done was high quality and would last long term. Did more then they were expected to in repairs. Went over warranty in detail. Supplied us with the vehicle safety report and gave us a referral. Finished appearance was beautiful. Really appreciate all their effort. Payment process was quick. We were given receipts for estimate, work done, warranty, and payment. They helped us navigate with our insurance which is a godsend.Most of all, we are thankful for their honesty and that they cared about us and what we thought.Our quarter panel and bumper had damage. They removed the quarter window during repair to protect it. They replaced our rear bumper guard. They extended the paint to the driver door to cover other scratches. The quality is top notch. Frank and his team were extremely attentive to my needs. As a business owner it is difficult to divert time from work to allow time for a vehicle to be repaired, they bent over backwards so that could handle everything. They catered to my schedule to both accommodate my business obligations and allow for my vehicle to be repaired. Joseph went above and beyond to answer questions about my repair despite being exceptionally busy. My truck looks better than before!

Stopped in today to ask about a piece of my side molding that came off. Had all the pieces, nothing broken, so I was hopeful they could help. Frank attended to me and assessed the situation. He immediately figured it could be popped back on. Frank and Emilio had it back in a matter of minutes. They didn t just pop it back on, they secured it at two different points to solidify it staying on. I was genuinely surprised how quick it went and how kind they were to take time out of their day. Great experience! Had my Tundra worked on here after a tree fell on it. They did an amazing job looked brand new. The customer service was just as great, I was informed and kept up to date on everything throughout the whole process. They made sure my truck was taken care of. Poor quality repairs, but even worse, very poor communication. Covered up internal damage that wasn't noticed until another shop revealed to me what was underneath.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! Frank was so kind and understanding and explained things so thoroughly and was never rushed. The office kept me updated on parts and service. I didn't have to chase anybody down or call 100 times and they had my BMW repaired quickly! They also have a mechanic on site which is rare for a body shop and oh so helpful! Especially if you have a car like a BMW that has a bunch of ridiculous codes to be reset even with a bumper repair ! The finished product is beautiful. You would never know my BMW had any kind of repair work done. Don't think twice. If you need body work done, this is by far the best place to go!Service: Body & Trim

They were very professional and thorough with explaining everything that needed to be done. They took into consideration that I was paying cash and really worked to keep the cost as low as possible while patio doing a great job on the repairs. My truck got it's quarter panel banged up while parked, pro color went through and took out a football sized dent and cleaned it up very well. They went above and beyond to touch up other little imperfections on the vehicle. Frank was also a pleasure to deal with, he was polite and transparent about everything that was being worked on. I highly recommend Pro Color collision. I was in a fender bender last month and required a hood replacement along with many other repairs. Frank was incredible! He assisted me through the process, was super knowledgeable, and always returned my calls. The staff also provided excellent customer service and were always willing to explain any issues patiently.The guys at the shop did a fantastic job! I went into the process of getting my vehicle taken care of, I was very skeptical and careful. After going in and getting a quote from Frank, he was very thorough and helpful in giving me advice in the beginning. I received the best, most understanding care at ProColor Collision, Yucca Valley! Frank H. was both professional and kind. His staff worked very hard to get me back on the road safely. They have a mechanic on site to examine each vehicle who will either perform repairs or refer to a garage as is appropriate. I am thankful to have been referred there. If you are looking for excellent body work you really can t do any better than this shop.

Frank and his staff at Procolor Collision in Yucca Valley are the best hands down. I have had experience with body shops in the past and none come remotely close to the quality, efficiency, speed, and friendly professionalism provided by Frank and his staff. As far as I am concerned this is the only place to take a vehicle for body work / paint in our area. I have absolutely no criticism I can provide. Thanks again Frank and crew ! Frank and his team did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had significant hail damage from Oklahoma. As soon as I arrived to California and met with Frank, he immediately took the vehicle and started working. He spent detailed time working with my insurance company, while ensuring all parts and paint for the vehicle were fixed. Thanks to Frank and his team I now have a vehicle better than I had originally bought it.

Frank and his team are absolutely amazing. It was my first time coming a mechanic shop alone and I felt so nervous but Frank put me right at ease.
