I don t think I ll ever shop here again. Truthfully, I always thought it was a myth that women get treated like they re stupid when it comes to mechanics, but one of their employees proved that it s not just a stereotype. I came in to replace my caliper and the first thing I get is sweetie , are you sure it s the caliper and who s helping you . Do you ask every customer who s helping them? It was definitely my caliper and I didn t need help fixing it other than bleeding the breaks, which is normal. Two, my friend was also fixing his car at the same time as me and called them and went to their store and not once did they get called sweetie or get asked if they were sure they knew the problem or had help. Truthfully, I should have left this review a while ago, but I didn t want to be that girl. I used to really like Napa and only get my parts from there, but I haven t gotten a single part since then even when I had them order my replacement caliper for the other side. It just wasn t worth being talked to in a condescending manner and I ordered it from autozone instead.Maybe realize gender or age doesn t dictate how much you know or what you re capable of.

Sorry to see bad reviews.They have always been helpful to me, and have gotten me out of a bind a couple of times.Don't normally use them (in Yucca valley that is), as there are other stores closer to home.I write thas as a unknown Joe Soap, who comes in once in awhile.To recap, great service.

Great store with knowledgeable people. They'll even pull out their old school books to find the part you need! Shane helped me find the suspension parts I needed for my Edge and was prompt and pleasant during the transaction. Thank you Napa and Shane!

it's a clean store ,helpful people no long waits .thay can get auto parts for you ,,specialty items ECT. sometimes,,,,the other auto parts stores can't....I'll go there again .and if your hungry there's a Popeyes chicken right next door......tommy g<> So,Cal,

Staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. I have older classic cars and they have parts or can order them for older cars. Have also bought tools from them and found them to be of good quality.

I moved into Yucca Valley in 2014 and Napa has been my No.1 go to spot for a lil better quality part for my money.In 2017 I started working on my 2009 Subaru Forester replacing alot to say the least.All along the way Jim and his staff was always there to help me with a friendly attitude, and working with me on different things along the way. Grate friendly neighborhood NAPA Autoparts store!

Auto Parts Store is a little bit higher priced and doesn't usually have everything that I need, well, not a very well stocked place.. so you have to order it so it could take a few good days to get your part that can be ordered direct online without visiting the store. Way overpriced on tools and small accessories. Their customer service is great.

Very knowledgeable staff, always the right parts and napa brand uses quality manufacturers.. their napa gold filters are wix, napa synthetic oils save me a bunch of money.. and I'm a AAA customer so they have a discount for that..

Eric, as he always has been, was super helpful today! I have been going to this store for years and appreciate how knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful the staff are. They have parts for my industrial vehicle, an old school bus(in Stock!) and have made custom hoses for me, Highly recomended!

Knowledgable, friendly staff, great selection of quality parts, fair pricing. After some misses with the advertised low-price parts stores, spending a bit more for the right part the first time carries value. So if you can afford to spend about 10% more, you are likely to be frustrated less...

In my fifteen years of working in the automotive business I have never experience poor customer services at this location. I purchased a battery from them earlier this month to try to start my car to get to work. When I got to the car they give me the wrong battery. It that didnt fit right it is car so I had to modifie my car to try to make it work, napa was closed so I could not get the right one. After fighting the installation of the battery I just decided to go to o'reilly and get the right one. And now I went to return the battery to napa and they say they could not return it because it was installed. And they don't return electric parts if they been installed. So pretty much I got a 200 dollar battery that i don't need.I would suggest that napa auto parts in yucca valley be your last call when looking for auto part. Frist they can not give you the right parts and then they wont own up to there mistake. And the battery I did get was 15 dollar less then Napa.

Very friendly fellows inside the Yucca Valley Napa. Even though they didn't want to leave the counter to come help me find what I was looking for, they at least knew what aisle things were on. So I'll give them props for that.

Great Service Always Friendly! It took me by surprise seeing negative comments. Every time I have been in Napa they have all been nice, friendly and have gone out of the way to help me and anyone else I've seen in there. Napa is the place to go!!!!!!!

Not like it used to be. You can generally get the right part at the right price at O'Reilly's. We're as Napa is over priced and normally has to order the part or they give you the wrong part.
