I have been coming to Julios for year's. Julio and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and honest. I bring all of my vehicles to Julios for service even though it requires me to travel 3 hours roundtrip to do so. Just took my vehicle there this morning. Don't know anything yet but so far they are AWESOME! Jay has excellent customer service on the phone making my appointment and in person. Also, he is the first person I've talked to abd believe there's more than I can count, that knew exactly what the issue is with my car! I'm actually excited and happy I brought my car to them because I have FULL FAITH in them and their ability to find and repair the problem.I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment though. Because they are SO GOOD, words getting around and thus they are very busy

My daughter's car broke down on the road. I looked for a mechanic in the Joshua Tree area and found Julio's Auto Repair. After towing the car to the shop, Julio assured me that he had complete knowledge concerning the make and model of my daughters vehicle. Much to my relief, the car was repaired in just a few hours, for a reasonable price. This Mom, "Thanks"You for not taking advantage of the situation and getting my stranded child back on the road.

Since Woods is twice the price and abundantly arrogant, it's a no brainer Yucca Valley needed an auto repair service for normal people. Thank you Julio's Auto Repair! I went to Julio's with an issue with my Prius- some lights turned onon my dashboard for no reason. He told me the sensor needed to be changed. It will cost about $500. Soon after I left my car with him,he called and said the mice had eaten some cables and there was nothing wrong with the sensor in question. He proceeded to fix the cables and the final bill cam to about $200!I was pleased with his honesty.I recommend him highly.Thank you.

These guys are great! I was in a bind and they fixed me up right away! And before they gave the car back to me, the degreased the engine. Julio is absolutely wonderful. Such great guys there. There service manager is really experienced. Everyone there had a positive attitude. I really appreciated the fact that they were nice and kind. Often times, that s not what you typically find at repair shops. I would highly recommend these guys.

Very personable mechanics and staff. I was temporarily stationed at 29 Palms. I called Julio's to see if they could do suspension repair and install a new exhaust on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. They got right on the repairs and got the vehicle done in a timely manner. Labor rate was fair and I appreciate just how professional they all were. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend. I brought my ford ranger in that two other mechanics couldn't fix. Electrical issues. They found it pretty damn quick and fixed everything that was wrong for a reasonable price. Go here if you want your vehicle fixed for a fair price!

The front desk man, Mike, was extremely unprofessional. I called multiple times and he didn t seem to know what was going on. I gave them my transmission to do a rebuild, bought them a rebuild kit and had everything taken apart for them already. The job should ve maybe taken 2 weeks, but every time I called they told me it wouldn t be ready till next week, this went on for almost 2 months. They were also extremely rude to me, and told me that I can pick up my transmission up any time. But when I called to tell them I was picking it up, they threw my transmission outside in their parking lot. Julio himself seems like a good guy, I m just sorry he hired a lousy front desk man that doesn t know how to communicate.Service: Transmission

I took a recently purchased 99 Subaru to Julio's to fix the speedometer. They had it for 3 weeks during which they kept telling me they couldn't get the parts. They gave up and returned the car, telling me that the right parts were simply not available anywhere. It took me awhile but I eventually figured out the problem and fixed it myself.I gave them 2 stars because they were very nice and didn't charge me anything, but I have serious doubts about their competence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called them because my power steering pump was broken and Julio fixed my car same day super fast even though they were pretty busy. My cars now running amazing! Everyone there was super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a repair.

Best auto repair shop we have used in the last 15+ years. Julio is an excellent mechanic. Told me exactly what the issue was, the best way to proceed and out option. All work was performed only after we agreed to the work. All old parts were shown to me without asking. Every to time he works on out vehicle it is cometed as promised or before. Finaly a neighborhood mechanic we can trust.

This place is awesome!! I took my car there to get looked at because the AC stopped working after I had already taken it somewhere else who didn t fix it and ended up wasting my time. Julio s was willing to look under the hood real quick while they were busy to try and identify what the problem could be. They said I needed an AC service to find the issue and set up an appointment for a different day. I went back the next week and they found the issue and fixed it in just over an hour and didn t charge me too much money. I will be going here for now on. They know what they re doing and get the job done fast!! Thank you Julio s!!

Super nice place! Drove there when my Prius flashed a dangerously looking warning light. Although they usually don t service hybrid cars, they checked what the warning light meant and gave us good advice - for free.

My car had major issues and they fixed it. They broke my alarm key thing. It won't unlock my door etc etc. But other than that I recommend them. He is very professional and adequate.
