These guys are f n amazing! They don t sell you stuff you don t need. They know what they re doing and freely share their knowledge with you in a way that isn t condescending or belittling. Their prices are fair and the staff totally rocks! I tell everyone I know about them! Don t waste your time or money anywhere else ! They just did a complete brake job including painting the calipers red for me instead of selling me expensive parts I don t need to get the same effect. I f n love these guys!

Love this shop! We ve brought a few of our trucks here for various reasons and the folks at John s Garage have always done the job right the first time, for a good price and within the timeframe. I don t even call around anymore, if I can get an appt at John s then that s where I go. Thanks guys!

What amazing service we received as we were headed to our next stop in our camping adventure. We had a flat tire and being out of town we only saw big name places quoting high prices and long wait times. Finally came across John s garage and spoke with a wonderful person named Timmy I believe that s how you spell it sorry if that s wrong but she answered and said to bring it in and had us up and back on the road in minutes for a great deal. Can t thank them enough as we had two young ones already losing it. Highly recommend and if ever in the area and need help call them!! Thanks again

John s Garage was super helpful when my daughter s car died 10 mins. from her school we had to get it towed there in a pinch.Timi at front desk was super helpful and friendly. We received information about our car quickly. They even held the car until we could make it to the area to pick up. They were professional and trustworthy. Would definitely use them again.

While visiting from Las Vegas, the skid plate under my car became detached and was making a horrible screeching sound while I was driving. I looked up the nearest auto repair shop and found John s Garage. The women I spoke to immediately knew what my car s issue was and had us come in to see if it could be re-attached or removed. She was so helpful, kind, and attentive. We were able to get the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes and we were on our way! Thank you so much for helping us out in a pinch.

On a road trip my car started to make some weird noises worrying me and my boyfriend, luckily Johns Garage took us in right away and helped us any way they could! The friendly staff makes you feel less stressed about your car lol, thank you! Timmy is the best!

Hands down best place to get your tires done. Extremely good pricing, exceptional customer service. The gal at the front desk is amazing. Highly recommended. Their mechanics are also top-notch. 2 thumbs up.

This is the best place for an oil change. I was greeted with a big smile by Timi. They were able to get my car serviced immediately. I even was served a great cup of coffee. I ll be back! I highly recommend and their prices are excellent!

I have been coming to John s garage for years. As a local I love the friendliness and ease of service there. They are always willing to help and there is never a long wait time! Their prices are affordable and I highly recommend!!!

Very impressed with the mechanic Michael!! I drove up. Laughed and said dis you hear me driving up. I asked him what it was. He knew exactly what the noise was. Did not try to say it was anything else. He said he would get it fixed. Walked in and Rhi greeted me. I asked what time you closing. She said at 2. Then I felt bad. I came in 20 minutes before they close. She was very sweet and reassured me it was fine. Such great service all around!! Thank you so much!!

Got an older Ford Pickup Truck and dang is it cool! It s a clean truck, but corners were cut at the local dealership that I purchased it from. I fixed the small things I could but I quickly became overwhelmed when I could not trace where some leaks were coming from. The check engine light was on and I searched all over town for an honest, talented mechanic. I m relatively new to Yucca Valley and I was not impressed with the other shops that I had contacted. A few of them I didn t even contact because of bad experiences I had with a 4X4 that I had owned prior. Just when I was ready to throw in the towel and take it down the hill, a friend recommended John s Garage. They had only gotten tires done there, but said that they were very well taken care of. I tried John s Garage. I was upfront with my experiences in town, my concerns and that long term I d need a trusted shop since this truck will need regular maintenance due to its age. The team at the shop was phenomenal. Timmi (I hope I spelled it right), was so pleasant and very communicative. She kept me updated every step of the way. The team at the shop worked diligently and quickly. And the cost was reasonable. Follow up maintenance to chase down subsequent repairs (note: these were not due to inadequate work the first time, but part of the process) were handled professionally and I was billed fairly. The shop impressed me and now I know I can trust John s garage to keep my old truck running great for years to come! Thanks guys!!!

Timi greeted me with a smile, was very helpful, professional and her communication was impeccable. Timi made my experience to John s Garage stress-free, quick, and easy, I thank you for that! Great service especially on a Saturday. The front desk clerk Timmy was extremely sweet and even made sure to put out a space heater in the lobby on an unseasonably cold spring day. Top notch service.

Great work! I took my Chevy to two different places, spent hundreds of dollars and it still wasn t fixed. I called John s garage and spoke with Timi. She got me in right away. The guys diagnosed and fix it within a few hours. It s been running right ever since. Took it to Texas and back without issues. Best experience. I ll be going back if I ever need anything. Thanks !

Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence and leave an appropriate review sooner. Please do not waste your vehicle health taking your car to any other place around town unless you have came to John's first. Hands down my top go to car surgeons for years now, and that won't change for a reason. If you need an honest, reliable, fair priced, and dependable car shop, choose here wisely or else.

Found myself at Johns garage and Micheal was giving me great service and a good deal! Honestly made my day, it s not every day you meet good people! Anyways, I just had a some bald tires that needed to be swapped no biggie. I can sleep like a baby now, thanks Micheal!

These guys are great! Very kind to city slickers off-roading with inappropriate vehicle that resulted in flat tire on trip to Joshua Tree. The folks at John's Garage discovered it was a cracked wheel and referred us to local welder who sorted it out and John's Garage refitted the tire, very affordable and friendly service. A+++

5-Stars because John s Garage was so helpful to a couple of dumb tourists (me) with a flat tire. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Stellar service! High recommend, looks like they can do a lot more than just tires.

Found this shop on line. Me and my family were going to King of the Hammers races and our toy box trailer got a flat. We called the shop and spoke to the service advisor Timi. She asked me the size of the tire. She stated they had one in stock and could repair the tire as we waited. luckily we were close to there shop. We rolled into there shop on a flat. They helped us back the truck and trailer in the driveway. They replaced ou tire and we were back on the road in 3o minutes. 5 start shop all the way. thank you Timi and all the guys at Johns Garage. You guys rock !!!!!

I very grateful for John's Garage. I was visiting the area when my car started making a weird sound. They took it back immediately and looked into the issue. They're super friendly and if I lived around here, I would only take my car here.

Excellent! I had been having trouble with my Highlander's clunky suspension lately. Turns out it was just a simple little bracket that wasnt all that expensive. I'm greatful for their honesty, too!
