I contacted Hill's Towing due to an unexpected and unknown mechanical issue. Steven arrived approximately 20 minutes after placing the call. As a novice in mechanical complications, I was impressed with Steven's display of concern. He asked me what was going on with my vehicle. I replied, " I can show you better than I can explain it to you." As a result, he suggested testing my battery, which was correct to his inquiry. Apparently, my battery had expired. I am thankful to have met Steven rather than anyone else. He displayed professionalism, honesty, integrity, compassion, and respect. I recommend contacting Hill's Towing because their prices are affordable compared to other towing services in Yucca Valley. In addition, the company operates from a moral and value standpoint. They focus on providing assistance and not taking advantage of people attempting to increase their profits at the expense of their customers.

Jordan was an absolute pleasure and came to my rescue twice!!I was delivering an order and my brand new tire didn t stand a chance against the pair of shears lodged in it. Despite my efforts of doing the fix a flat myself, the holes were just too big to handle.I contacted AAA and they sent over Hills Towing Company.My superhero Jordan did a great job of helping me get back on the road.He shared with me he and his wife are in a competition for the biggest loser. I didn t have cash but I did have a canned pineapple juice. Hope this helps win the challenge!After getting back on the road my spare tire blew. Needless to say I had to contact AAA again and Jordan came back to rescue my Black Mercedes Benz. This time I was towed to the friendliest establishment to get my services complete.

Thank you for being reliable and punctual. Unfortunately I can't afford to get my vehicle out of your lot due to my arrest at Lindmans house in JT where my dead ex husband lived for a while. The house has been vacant with some items left behind, some I think are Danny's. The house has power and water and needs a caretaker, me. Can someone please help me with this, I would really like to relocate to a house with a yard and washing machine for myself and dear son that will return soon. I don't need a dryer, A clothes line is great. We use and waste so much of our resources, electricity. We are sloppy and wasteful, myself including. So much can be recycled. Please let's try to work together to preserve, save our planet. I would share this home and property with my fellow humans, a place to rest and hydrate if needed. I can't save the world but I can help a little with no judgment and kindness. Thank you. Be kind always. Life is hard and we all need a little help sometimes, it's work, hard work, but we can do it, it's worth it, my son is worth it. I'm sorry son it's taking me this long, I have been selfish and inconsiderate. I love and miss you dearly. I have a outpatient appointment Thursday for addiction treatment. Forgive me.

wow, twice in the last 3 months I've needed to get towed out of tricky trailer + driveway situation in soft sand.getting stuck both times was disheartening and stressful, and both times JAMES came in like an angel in a reflective vest. professional, friendly, very skilled, I'm so grateful he's come to save my @$$.seriously, worth all the pennies, and such a relief

Hired them twice to move empty 20ft shipping containers. Very professional crew. Sometimes the delivery site can be hard to maneuver to, but Bill, and Jordan both were able to set the containers down in the exact spot specified by our customers on the first try, and make it look easy. Would highly recommend.

Chris was our saving grace. Our car got stuck in sand and we didn t have proper equipment for a tow- it would have damaged the car. He spent HOURS with us shoveling and pushing and shoveling and pushing - late into the night. And he got us out and unstuck. No other tow driver would have been as patient, kind, lenient and helpful. We would have been stuck here and screwed if it weren t for Chris. Words can t describe our gratitude. 100 out of 10 for Chris and this company.Service: Car towing

09/08 Was driving with a friend from 29 Palms to Palm Springs and a Hills Towing vehicle carrying another vehicle ( a grey truck) was being reckless on the road. Consistently tail-gating not only us but others, passing cars left and right carelessly, and the driver even went a step further to attempt to cut us off at an exit and when we didn t allow him to pass, he decided to give us the finger. So unprofessional.

We just had an amazing experience with driver Troy, who was not only beyond professional but made our horrible day so much better. After our car went into huge rock in Joshua tree and we were stuck in the middle of the desert 3 hours away from home- LA, Hills were easy to work with, gave us an amazing price including also taking us to LA!They came in 45 minutes as promised and just whole experience couldn t be better! Price, professionalism, reliable, fast, trustworthy THANK YOU, TROY! You are one of the kind rare super hero that should be appropriated more, because you did indeed made us not think about our fully destroyed car and feel like we are having a road trip with a friend !!

Dono who the young driver is ..... And the services weren't for me but I happened to be at the same gas station on OWS right now AND IT WAS SERIOUSLY the most UNPROFESSIONAL ACT IVE EVER seen... This driver was so disrespectful to the old man that was having car trouble .... Now yea He was very old , hard of hearing I'm sure but see his unashamed to make faces and be irritated with him and behind his back to another uninvolved vehicle was disappointing.... If that was my pops we'd be boxing 100% ...

Hills was a life saver!! Mom's car broke down in Joshua Tree National Park, the tow driver was able to get the car running well enough for us to make it back to Rancho Mirage! If 10 stars was an option I would give it!! Thank you so much Hills and especially the tow driver mechanic!!

Extremely disrespectful . My husband wrecked my car and when I wanted to get my things out of my baby they stood over me and treated me like a criminal. rude I just wanted my things and to say bye to my baby. Not recommended. I feel extremely disrespected. I guess I can say goodbye to my car from here & cry, bye.

For people that drive for a living, consistently the worst drivers on the road. Left lanes for passing. Don t speed through parking lots. And maybe look and have some flashing lights on that your trucks magically have before turning in front of moving vehicles blocking entire roadways.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Not Unusual out here in the desert I got stuck on a dirt road. Hills Towing came out right away. They are always so professional very nice people. Got me right out. I've lived out here over 25 years and I have never been disappointed when I've dealt with Hills Towing. They have come out to help me in the rain, and when it's been blazing hot, and even in the middle of the night. No matter what they always come through. Super disappointed in Hills Towing. I went through AAA to get my car towed to Ole s (great place to get your breaks done and alignments) it left my house at 2:50 which means it should have been to Oli s by 4 before they closed. Instead of towing my car straight to Oli s to get it there on time. The tow truck driver made a detour to get a kid out of a locked car (which I don t mind, but I wasn t informed until I saw his tow truck going the opposite way). I called AAA when I saw his truck going the wrong way and they said it would be fine to drop it off of Ole s after Ole s was closed. So this morning at 9 I called Oli s to find out how my car was only to find out my car wasn t there. So not only was my car not delivered on time it wasn t even delivered on the right day. Had someone called me and told me or informed me from the beginning my car would have never been towed by Hills. I use my car work and now I can t start until even later. Also, Ole s opens up at 8 if they were trying to keep your businesses integrity you would have had my car at Oli s at 8AM. You lost my family s, friend s and my business. This whole situation was beyond unprofessional and your tow truck driver is rude. Do better.Service: Local hauling

This is to respond to this guy BIJAN TAJIPOUR its funny that you try and bad mouth a company that came out to help since you drove a company rental out in the desert on a lake bed drunk and got stuck then cried that you can't let your boss know because your not supposed to be out there especially drunk your rental company denied paying for your stupidity and we offered to service you but you declined so get your story straight because it wasn't us that denied you your road side did this isn't LA THERE IS SAND OUT HERE and the normal smart person wouldn't drive in the middle of it.Service: Long distance hauling
