I went here to get A routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked the front desk manager, Elizabeth if they can make sure everything was checked and good as I was going out of town and didn t wanna worry about my car.. she called me back a couple later said I needed a couple different filters for my car. I approved that being done and when I picked up my car later that evening I asked if my brakes were good she said yes they re great and sent me on my way. four days later as I was driving on the freeway and I almost got in a car accident. Turns out I had zero pad life left on my brakes.I had to get my car get checked by another Center , had to get new rotors on top of brakes.I find the center In Yucca Valley very irresponsible for telling me I had brakes when clearly I did not and When I called the manager to complain, she said I m sorry that happened to you. My tech is only a week into his new position. And that was it!!

They did an amazing job set my appointment for 8 o clock. I was in and out of there within a half an hour got the rotation done on my car and they checked the alignment. Everything was good five stars all the way recommended to anybody.

AMAZING! This place provided excellent customer service. They were super friendly and accommodating and very speedy with helping us out after we got a nail in our rental car while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. Highly recommend stopping here if you need tire help. Thanks a ton Matthew, Beth and the rest of the crew!

I went to go get an alignment because I got new tires. My truck was driving fine, but I decided to get an alignment to make sure my tires would wear evenly but now my trucks swerves to the left every time I remove my hands from the wheel so I will be going back sometime today to have them redo my alignment, so basically, My alignment is worse. Not too happy.

Beth is the greatest customer service rep DTC has had in a long time. She is the best, as far as the time for an oil change when I had an appointment and i It Took two hours. That s was outrageous to me. I do understand that they were shorthanded but two hours was a little long for me.

I had a blowout on my way home to Yucca Valley just starting up the Yucca grade. I called Discount Tires around 4:30 PM. They had the 4 tires I needed and said they would put them on as soon as I could get there and would stay open as late as needed for me. I needed my truck the next day. Hills Towing came quickly and put on my spare. Discount Tire installed the new tires and I was on my way home by 5:50 PM. I m a very happy customer! Thank you!

5 Star. Jim and Beth got me in and out when things were slow. Checked my brakes and aligned my front end without an appointment. Very happy to be a loyal customer at Discount Tire.

The staff and Manager were good to go. They did the best they could.On the negative, your call center is unsatisfactory. They need to communicate with MANAGEMENT!!. The stoor keeps playing catch up. While the incompetent phone center indiscriminately gives out appointments. Knowing that the stoor cant keep up. Get it together. If it wasnt for Elizabeth, i would never come back. She is excellent. Stop abusing her skills.That is all.V/REthan

My boyfriend was there to get new bolts on the calipers. They told him they were going to have to get the bolts from somewhere else. I thought he was joking when he told me they apparently got the wrong ones all 4 times they went to get them. He waited 6 hours just to be told in the end that they couldn t do it til the next business day. They didn t care to apologize or do anything about the fact that he waited all day. Please do better

The Manager Beth, Elizabeth Beck, takes advantage of her customers and lies about the service she provided. She is a cheat and a liar, don t trust her. If I could give her customer service a honest rate, it would be Zero.UPDATE: 3 months later Beth continues to take advantage of clients. Admin was told of the situation and were given facts and nothing was done. This business is disgusting and they support unethical behavior.

Came in to have 4 tires installed. After two hours of waiting they finally finished up the job. Unfortunately one of the tires had slipped off the changer and damaged the wheel, about a 4 inch gash in the hubcap. To my surprise they told me they would be replacing all hubs on my wheels free of charge and to make good on their mishap they didn't charge me a dime for the installation. That $100 saved was a god send. Although I am a bit ashamed for having not paid for the work done, I was overly satisfied with how they rectified the issue. Mistakes happen, but when you make it up to the customer for those mistakes, that really says alot about a business. 5 stars.

We ran over a nail on the highway right as they were closing. They patched our tire and had us ready to go in 30 minutes. They didn't even charge! Saved our road trip that night, thank you!

Went in for a coolant leak they said it was leaking from the T I explained just change the T and the clamps they stated they couldn t, that I d have to change the whole assembly so I listened to their price $400 I laughed walked out went to auto zone changed it for $7 let s try not to scam your customers terrible business

This is a great shop. I went in for the discount oil change they offered and scheduled it on line. Set it up for 8:00 am and It was fast and convenient. The person that did the oil change is the first person I have seen do it right. Mathew is his name. He had a time with my splash guard but hustled through it, THE CORRECT WAY. Everyone else grabs the oil filter from the wheel well. I commend him. Beth at the counter never disappoints me. Her over all shop management is top notch. It keeps me coming back.

Went to go get my brakes fixed a few months ago just never wrote a review. My brakes were making a squeaking sound so I took here and told them the issue and they said that it might just be because you had dirt and sand they changed the drums and brake pads and lubed up the brakes and told me it was going to be $400+ a few hours after I left, My brakes started squeaking again and I went to tell them that they re squeaking again. They said they just need to get broken in so I left with my brakes still squeaking. I finally went to the dealership and got them fixed. It was WAY less than here, $200 less to be exact and my brakes haven t been squeaking since. If you re coming here to get your brakes fixed you re better off going to the dealership or somewhere else.

These guys did a great job. Wife got a blow out flat and the other tires were getting some cracking in them from the dry desert weather so I decided to replace all 4. Took the car down in the evening to drop it off for next morning replacement and when I got there they were able to do it then and there. Gabe was super helpful and friendly and so was the manager. Sorry... I forgot her name. 50k mileage warranty and tire life road hazard for just about $300 less than the quote I got from another shop. More than fair and super friendly. Will almost certainly be back here in the future.

Great service on Sunday from the district manager and Elizabeth wasn't working ut she is always wonderful. July 2, on a Sunday morning the DM squeezed me in because he is a good person at heart. My family is always pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

They were very personable and got the car completed in a timely manner. Also, checked the battery and suggested that I would be wise to replace that to avoid problems croppung up with very cold temps upon us. That was appreciated.

Needed tires sameday..was able to accommodate my needs. Went over and above to make things work. Elizabeth the store manager made sure I was 100% satisfied. They got themselves a forever customer.
