Came in for a Tire rotation at 9:30am. I'm the only person here when I pull in and it took 2 hours to rotate my tires. No balancing, no mounting, nothing. Literally taking 4 tires off and putting them back on. The technicians here would rather sit outside, vape, and flirt with each than provide decent service. There are better options in town.

Whatever these folks are getting paid, give them a raise. Was having some car troubles after driving through a storm into Joshua Tree. They took care of my Fit faster than I could finish my coffee. And the staff was super friendly and communicative. Great service!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! They ruined my vehicle when I took my car here to get tires mounted and an oil baptism, I mean change! Instead of telling my boyfriend when a mistake happened they tried to cover it up! Well, they spent over an hour rubbing oil everywhere and wasted our time.Sandy is a real MOODY one too; sent the poor mechanic home for the day who was working on my car in front of everybody. She even had the audacity to ask if my boyfriend was happy after she did that, real passive aggressive and rude for a business woman.I now have to make multiple claims with insurances, save and document my receipts for professional cleaning reimbursements! There s even oil all over our driveway now. Save yourself the headache and hassle and DO NOT GO HERE!Updated: all of the parts I had to replace due to oil contamination on lighting wires and essential electrical components, what a mess!

These guys were lifesavers! Had a blowout in Joshua Tree and limped in on a spare 30 min before closing time. They happily fixed us up and I thought the price was decent. The guy up front was super friendly as were the techs. Many thanks!

These guys are great. They got me in without an appointment at the last minute when I needed my tires to be balanced and it was pretty cheap too. I'll definitely use them again.

Big-O tires in Yucca Valley has been wonderful. As I am hearing impaired, it is sometimes difficult to get goods and services. Paul and Danny and the others at this location have been patient, understanding and communicative, so I am always comfortable spending money there

First, I showed up 45 minutes before closing and the office manager spoke to me like I was an over demanding rude customer. A kind and simple "I'm terribly sorry, but I can't take in new customers this late in the day. We can get to you first thing in the morning, tho!" would have been much better than the rude and frantic way she spoke to me. So first thing in the morning I went in and was told that once they finished with their appointments they would get right to me. TWO HOURS later they got to me. THREE HOURS later they were finally done putting on 3 new tires. My suggestion is make an appointment days in advance and just leave it with them.

Stopped in to have a tire replaced on our trailer after a blowout while entering Joshua Tree NP.They had the replacement ready before we were able to get groceries and gas. Back on the road without any further worries.Thanks for being very friendly and efficient.

Don't take your car here if you want it worked on! They hold your car all day, then say they didn't have time to work on it. They have labor issues all the time, makes you wonder why? Unhappy workers do not so good work. Also very overpriced!!

Needed both a front end alignment and back end adjustment on my car. They did both at a reasonable price and time. Got me in pretty quick. Nice staff. My car drives much better.

This is my second experience of being a customer at this location. I had a set of four tires mounted and balanced on my 2013 Traverse previously and despite being further away than other shops, I enjoyed my experience and decided to get another set of four tires installed on my 2009 Pontiac G8.I'm very particular with my vehicles, so I took pictures of all four rims before I brought it in, on the off chance there was any damage. I noticed a scratch on one rim the day I had the tires installed, and noticed damage on two other rims after detailing my vehicle. I spoke with Tom Huls, the owner, about the issue and he stated that technically they're not held responsible for damaged rims, which is in fact stated on the invoice. This is information that I honestly had not noticed upon signing. He denied possibility of the shop damaging the rims, but wrote me a check for the partial total of the service, which was fair.My word of advice: if you are particular about your vehicle, be warned that if a technician damages your rims, technically they are not responsible for the damage. If you just need some tires installed and go, it is not a bad place to do business.

Cruz tire in Lakewood left me stranded. Big O saved me. Cruz tire in Lakewood left my valve stem loose and cross-threaded my legs so bad I could not put on my spare. Thank you big o for helping

Scammed my husband $313 for labor that s $100/hr to fix my serpentine belt and get my tires rotated & balanced; a service that shouldn t have taken almost 3 hours. If I could give 0 stars or just lower then I would but this location doesn t deserve any star at all. Needles Ca Big O tires is 10000% better than Yucca Valley s.

We got a flat just down the road while cruising to Joshua Tree - ended up thunking along the main drag and found these guys. Tommy was the only one there because of how early it was, but he was incredibly friendly and assured us that once his coworkers rolled in at opening time we would get all fixed up. He and a coworker put our spare on (it was a rental) and patched us up. They were incredibly fast, kind, and efficient. Thank you so much to them for their help and genuine kindness!!!

Sandy and her crew are wonderful! I feel they listen and take care of my car needs whatever it is. I have never felt taken advantage of or anything with this location. I have taken my car here a few times and Today, I went in for an alignment and they told me they didn't have the right tool for my car and advised where to take my car. They didn't charge me for the alignment because they couldn't fix it properly and let me know. They are honest and are quick to show you other solutions if they can't help!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The lady said they could replace my tire in a hour, then a hour later I see my car not even being worked on yet. I asked her what happen she kept saying me she was wait for her uncle peavy. 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour i sit lady keep saying uncle peevey be there in 13 minutes, but hours go by, he always 13 min away. total took 7hr for one tire get replaced, uncle PV never shown up some other odd kid do the tear replacement. Total waste of my life, and they charge me $414 for one tire for my Honda.

Always friendly staff and excellent service, Big O Tires is the place to get work done on your car. They always provide detailed information about what to expect and give every discount they can. I highly recommend them to everyone.

After an extremely awful week, my tire blew out on the highway! I called up Sandy and she was so kind and responsive to my needs. I'm a single mom so I'm balling on a TIGHT budget. She gave me the complete price right up front (including taxes, install, AND the fee for taking my busted old tire) so I knew exactly what I was getting into. She also had the lowest price of ALL the tire shops in the high desert (and trust me I called allllll of them). Extremely friendly service and I was in and out in under an hour! I know that part is not really within her control because it was just lucky timing that no one was ahead of me but I think having as many available bays open as they did helped. 10/10 best tire shop in the desert.

They should've gotten 5 stars, and I would've given it gladly, but after leaving on my road trip I realized my valve stem cap that was special ordered was not given to me. Looks like I now have to order 4 new valve stem caps for my rims to replace just one they kept. So bummed. Other than that, they didn't even charge me to try to repair a tire and it couldn't be repaired, so they put my spare on and I didn't pay a thing. Good policies, good staff. They just didn't give me my custom cap back.*UPDATE*They have purchased a whole new set of caps and are sending them. What a great store. Don't look any further than Big O in Joshua Tree.

Do not waste your time with appointments! This company has no concept on handling appointments. 2nd time that this happened. 11am appointment and they finally get to me 40 MINUTES LATER! Last time it was an hour. Yank some of those cars off the rack a few times and that self-pittying lady in front might learn to stop screwing over they're paying customers appointments. That's right. I'm next. Get that car off the rack and fix my flat at 11am like you said you would. Too bad for THAT guy. That lady in front has been working there way too long. She's given up. Rode hard, and put away wet. Replace her and your troubles are over. Let someone who really cares about the customer and the appointments take over. She doesn't care anymore.

Great customer service, had to stop in for a flat tire on Tesla ( (the car needs to be towed) as there is no spare. They had specific odd tires for Tesla and replaced it nicely :)

Had a blowout on my tire Friday after closing, called Saturday morning and spoke with Madi whom was extremely delightful and showed a willingness to help. When I showed up with no appointment they looked pretty busy I was afraid it could take a while. It did not, car was in and out quickly, they put my spare away correctly and my car was as clean as it was when I left it. I have worked with the dude that works the front desk too but can't recall his name, both are helpful and will take the time to answer any questions you have.If you look at my other reviews, I have been to every tire place in town, Independent and corporate, Big O has won my business from here forward, no more jumping around to try and save $10.

Awesome sales rep Sandy, from phone call to service write , till point of sale! Handled every customer with enthusiasm and quoted and handled desk like a pro! I waited 4 hours. Bay times were a bit excessive . ....... But I want to Thank Sandy! I really appreciate Big O for having what I needed to keep my car on the road! The price was unbeatable! Thanks a million!!!

The real deal. I mount and balance my own tires at home. Too lazy to do 4 new A/T tires on a new car. Took it here from a reputable recommendation. Bottom line, they did it right. No BS. I told them to skip the "free alignment check" and they crossed it off without hassle.New tires were balanced perfectly and the wheel is straight. in the waiting room I listened to the woman on the phone to see if she was BSing customers... she was not... she was fair and nice.These guys are being honest and doing the right thing.. i hope they keep this up... if they do business will never be a problem for them.

Jesse and Joe are amazing! Not only did they check my tire pressure and top them off, but they took time to talk with me about a noise my vehicle has been making for almost a year. I have had a few people listen and check the most obvious things like belts, hoses, loose caps etc. but no one had been able to pinpoint the cause of the rattle. Joe recognized it right away. I pulled up a YouTube video and he was right on! I just needed an initial diagnosis to research.This is true customer service! There was absolutely no payoff for them, yet they were happy to offer knowledge and genuine help.Thank you Jesse and Joe!

Big O in Yucca Valley is well worth my drive to be taken care of properly for tire and related service. Great people that understand living in the desert needs.
