Drew and Gery saved us! We showed up same hour after calling asking to get air in our RV rear wheels with short valve stems.Not only did they say yes, on the spot, but took off the wheels and put in brand new valve stems on all four rear tires for us which is something we have needed to do for months. These guys are awesome and do really good work. Can t recommend them highly enough!!

Best Tire place in the valley. Has done all my tire rotations and FREE tire repair when all the other shops in the area charge $20-35. They even repaired the tire when the hole was close to the shoulder!Any time I need to buy tires I ll come here! Then they hook you up with free rotations on them. Solid folk and reasonable timelines. First come first serve, come on by.

We were on our way to Wonder Valley when my "low tire pressure" light came on and I found a giant screw stuck in my tire. We called American Tire Depot and they said to come in. We only had to wait less than 5 minutes before they came to take my car back. The mechanic repaired my tire and amazingly, said there was NO CHARGE for the service! We were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. This place is awesome! Much better than the first place I tried (Big O) who said my car may not be ready until the next day. For a flat tire repair? I definitely recommend to go to American Tire Depot if you ever find yourself in Yucca Valley or Joshua Tree!

These guys always have what I need in stock and they always do the job with a fast turnaround. And very nice people running the place, always giving excellent customer service. I ve witnessed the main guy who works the front of the place (sorry, I forgot his name) being so patient and kind to a couple of really obnoxious and difficult humans. Thanks dudes!

This place was a blessing. The gentleman running the store front treated us like family. They were honest, kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought we needed all four break pads changed for my wife s Subaru, but they let us know the the front two still had 50% of life. We feel taken care of and much safer. The alignment and breaks seem perfect now. Highly recommend this place.

Gary + the team are the best and kindest in the area. Very accommodating and very honest. These guys have helped me with so many nails in my tires that I've lost count. Love them!

I would 100% recommend it. We got a flat tire and they were able to get us in within the hour. It was a Sunday and the other tire places were closed. We had been to Walmart who was suggesting that it would be a 3.5-hour wait. That is when I found American Tire. They are very friendly and have fair prices. The gentleman took the time to educate me about my car.

I first discovered American Tire Depot about 10 years ago. I just moved to the high desert and after searching Google for a decent tire shop I decided on these guys. Fast forward to now, I use these guys for my company trucks and trailers. I run a small landscaping company in the high desert and have five trailers and two trucks. Anytime I need something, this is where I go.

Today I called at about 3pm to get an oil change availability. Mike said he could get it done by closing. Drop off was simple and he asked if I needed anything else. Also asked for a tire rotation. They waited for me to pick up instead of closing before I got there. (Which I was nervous about but felt silly as soon as they assured me that of course they waited ) great customer service, friendly, local shop that we can count on. Affordable.The advice is to always find a local place that you can trust and this is it guys ! Been coming here a little over 3 years.

I purchased Accelera Eco Plush tires from American Tire Depot in November 2023. However, I have been experiencing issues with them since then. Despite having them balanced multiple times, the tires still shake at 60-80 miles, and I can feel the back tires bouncing on the road at 20 miles. I even spent an additional $100 for a second alignment, but the issue persisted. After consulting with a local mechanic, it was concluded that the tires were defective. As a loyal customer of American Tire Depot since 2013, I expected them to stand behind their products and replace the defective tires as per the warranty. However, a very nice sales manager quoted me $450 for a new set of four tires, which is unacceptable. Its, unfortunate that the sales manager was not empowered to do the right thing. I am disappointed with Americas Tire Depots service, especially since their motto states that they strive for complete customer satisfaction and great value for their customers. All I am asking for is a simple solution - to replace the defective tires. I hope they will take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.

This crew is the greatest! We needed a tire repaired late on a Sunday during a trip to the National Park. They got us in and fixed in no time! Service and professionalism is above and beyond.

They are not honest! Don't take your car there! Go to a different store! I purchased 2 new tires to replace the two front tires on a 10inch wide rim and I know a lot thinks about cars and I drop the rims to them to make it easier they took 2hours for 2 tires and they didn't did the balance right my steering wheel was shaking left and right with new rims and tires as long the speed was going faster the whole floor of the car vibration! I took it back and they did balance on my car again I tip them too and I hear from far the one person telling to the other mechanic do static balance. So looks like they know what they are doing they should have done dynamic balancing and no static do to the rim is more than 4 inch wide and the results of the static balancing was the imbalance left and right of the tire hade effect to pull the steering left right as the speed raise more!I took the car and drove it next day I went back and told them again for the tires they shake the steering and i didn't had that problem with the old tires and manager says we put on the machine is says ok so I can't go back and fighting with them to do proper balance looks like they like to put your family at risk do not want to do dynamic balancing on the tires so this way they wear out faster and put you in an accident!Im going back again today to make them do it right or return the tires. I had to put my rear new tires I purchased from indio at the front so its not vibrate the steering to prove to them its the tires imbalance.Now wasting 3 days and not able to do it right ? Is that right? Are you willing to pass threw what I pass ? Is anyone's buying tires from them go down on I10 to drive at least 70mph to check if the steering is vibrate left to right? At lowers speeds is less but as long you raise speed is more also when tires are cold is much more!I don't trust this place at all after this experience and I have been contacted the corporate office to let them know for safety to the public an Improper balanced tire is that what we will be doing todays days to have the customers put them at safety risk and have them coming back sooner do to uneven wear of the tires ?Is that we all looking forward?I will keep update as soon get back with the corporate.Thank you and for all families puting tires there make sure you test drive your car at least 70mph and see if the steering vibrates or the floor. That's the results of the static balancing they are doing on their expensive machine they have to save money on the weights in each rim if you are not familiar with the static or dynamic balancing go online and search.Update I went to La quinta store yes this is was the only option go to different store so at least I fix the tires and Kevin and Mike went above and beyond to fix the problem! It was 2 wheels no proper balanced and mike he fix the problem no more vibration on the steering wheels he did dynamic balancing. You guys at Yucca Valley store you can call mike to learn how to do proper balancing . If a customer complaints that's means there is a problem and you guys by saying look our machine is ok but you don't know how to use that machine that's why you got another review I think about the same problem.Any way thank you for having me 3days wasting my time to fix the issue I will remember that and tell to all my friends and I'm sorry but you lost a customer today!

I Appreciate the good service. They have helped me many times with my tire pressure, flat tire and rotations at no charge. I was glad to get my tires there. Seth did a good job of getting a rebate and discount for me. The tires were put on in 2 hours and I am quite pleased with the service there. I recommend American tire Depot to anybody who needs tires

Excellent! They got me in fast..quoted me lower than anyone around and did a solid job. They took care of me. I m happy Don t bother going anywhere else.. it s expensive everywhere in Joshua Tree , this is the only place to go.

Five star service from Gary for jacking our RV when it got stuck in a dip in the road. He quickly did some troubleshooting and provided jacks and muscle to get us free and on our way. Thank you Gary for not only jumping in unasked and coming up with the solution to our woes. Courteous, friendly and oh so good!!!

Amazing! Mike, Seth and the whole team are great guys.My first visit was when I was having issues with my tire pressure in my truck. It turned out that one of the rims were torn to shred. They happily helped and directed me into the direction to have it fixed. This past visit I went in for an oil change. I normally go to the dealership for service in Cathedral City, however, I m having to travel and needed a place close by with the holidays right around the corner. I was very pleased with the service and price (very different from the dealership). They don t try to upsell you on stuff that you don t need!I highly recommend using their services whenever possible. If they can t fix it then they ll direct you to the right place. Very knowledgeable and damnit, just overall excellent customer and service!

Excellent. Very charming staff eager to accommodate my needs. They got me in and out really quick and I left very happy. Every where is expensive in Joshua Tree, it s better to go somewhere that s fast and reliable than get taken advantage at any of these other places. American Tire Depot is the only place to go.

ATD is a great auto shop to work with. Seth, Gary and the whole ATD team helped me save my 2007 Impala with some great maintenance and minor repairs. They were fast, thorough and honest. And they gave me a very reasonable price when all was said and done. Great folks to work with.

I ve never had an issue with American Tire Depot. Mike is always a friendly and comfortable point of service/point of contact. Pablo works efficiently as well as Gary. They re always transparent with me, whereas when I ve gone to discount tire center I ve gotten broken lug nuts handed back to me with no explanation and no replacement stand for said lug nuts. Will always end up at this shop compared to most other local shops for anything tire, brake or alignment related.

These guys are truly professionals. I went in for standard maintenance, oil change, etc. but they inspected everything and found some issues that they fixed. My car is purring again! Thanks American Tire! And thank you Gary for "extracting" that "stuck" flower! lol

Ordered wheels and tires and when they came in, the guys got them ready super fast, went in to get them put on and was outa there in like 45 minutes. Couple weeks later, made an online appointment for a Monday at 3:00, they got my truck in and had it aligned in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

I walked in with 3 tires 2 needed new tires and 1 I wasn t sure held air. Seth was patient and helped me get what I needed. He told me it would be awhile so I left and a short time later phoned to let me know the tires were completed and I could come anytime. Thanks for your kindness.

I don't believe I have ever written a Google review before, but I am glad my first will be for the Yucca Valley American Tire Depot. We had a nail in our tire and it was suggested we go to this shop for their free flat repair service. We dropped off our tire and drove off with the spare on. We received a call about an hour later that our tire was fixed and ready to go. We came back and had our fixed tire back on our car in no time. This was FREE. I believe it was Seth that I dealt with and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I am not a Raiders fan, but I hope they win you a Super Bowl soon!

We had a flat tire on New Year s Eve and they got us in and fixed in no time! They were only one of two places open and the other place (Walmart) had terrible customer service. We are grateful for those who were willing to work on a Holiday and help us have a successful one, thank you American Tire Depot

We came here after being told (at a different tire repair spot) our rear brake pads were at 2mm and needed replacing. It turned out to be an attempt to take us for a ride and the staff at this American Tire Depot gave us honest measurements, encouraging us to hold off on a replacement, and saving us time/money. Would definitely come here again.
