Do not go here if you re a woman they will scam you. They said they d check my blinker lights and claimed one was out and that they d fix it for $40. I declined, and right after I left I saw it working in the reflection on a truck and still works to this day. I also had a $20 off coupon that they didn t scan in but claimed they did.

Such nice guys!! I came in for an oil change and was so greatly taken care of. I can t imagine going anywhere else. They made me feel safe and comfortable and talked me through things to make sure I understood what all was being done. Very honest, very kind. Never going anywhere else!!

I have never had any issues at this location but this visit was different. The level of professionalism and attention was not there. There was an employee smoking his vape in the building and I felt the staff was not paying attention to me as the customer rather themselves and their conversations. Crew left oily hand prints and marks all one the front of my car and hood. They also spilled fluids all over my engine bay and did not wipe them up. One of the techs set a box of oil down on my core support cowel pretty aggressively and also slammed my hood down

I opted to get the differential fluid service. Was surprised when they said they could not unscrew the drain screw. I have a new Nissan truck so it should be a standard screw? They said they would just try and suction out as much fluid as they could? I think all the sediment needed to be drained out? So, i;m not sure how effective the fluid change out was if they couldn't drain it properly? Just find it strange they didn't have a tool to unscrew the drain. They are the ones offering the service. Shouldn't they have a tool to accomplish the service? Just sounds amateur, not professional. Hope the fluid change was worth the price??Service: Oil change

Cody (manager) and his staff were beyond amazing and helpful! Earlier in the day at a different Valvoline location my girlfriend had her oil changed and transmission fluid replaced. About 2 hours into a drive to Joshua Tree we noticed my car was not running correctly. The engine was not shifting properly from 1st to second gear with the rpm s reving high and not catching and shifting properly into second. The check engine light came on and was flashing. We arrive at 5:45 at Codys Valvoline location right before they were closing and Cody and his team ran a diagnostic test, checked the fluids and helped us figure out what the issue was. The other Valvoline shop who did the first transmission service put the wrong type of transmission fluid in (CVT) instead of (maxlife ATF). Cody was on top of this from the beginning and had a feeling that this was the case. He didn t charge us and was beyond helpful, friendly and professional. He runs the shop like a mom and pop shop and we couldn t be more grateful for his help. He didn t charge us a dime and would highly recommend his shop. We were very impressed by his level of professionalism and customer service. It s goes along way and made us feel cared for.

Been coming here for 10 plus years. Tyler, Jake and the crew at this location are great. Very friendly bunch and they get you in and out quickly, while you sit in your car doing your own thing. Thanks guys, and girls for many years of great service.

I returned for my oil change after a great first visit. I live in a rural area so this type of service is a 100+ mile round trip. Tyler is exemplary. He is a true professional and very pleasant to deal with. Treats my car like his own. I believe it was Kiera that also worked on my car. Very quiet but pleasant and focused on her work. I drove away feeling safe and satisfied! I'll return again!Service: Oil change

These are very nice guys, did a quick job, clean, and courteous. Definitely worth a stop if you need something handled in a hurry. Was in and out like a flash on a late Sunday stop.

They did a great job of catching me up on all the little maintenance items my car had accumulated, and I always have to give five stars to a place that makes sure the maintenance light gets reset. It's a little thing, but most places just ignore that, so often that I never realized I could reset the light myself. So I used to just drive around thinking my car was lying to me since the light was on right away after every service appointment! Thanks everyone, I'll be back!

This is a great place. The staff was attentive, offered services that would be helpful, and offered to change the air fitter. The task was quickly and accurately completed. There was a discount. No wait, quickly completed. Friendly staff.

Hands down BEST oil change place I've ever found! You don't even have to get out of the car. The prices were great. They were so nice and knowledgeable and engaging. There was a guy in training too and they were all so pleasant and helpful toward one another. The happy atmosphere is a little, subconscious thing that makes an amazing experience. I will absolutely be back and would recommend to anyone.

So I got an Oil change there and some how my car was running dry 3000 miles before the next oil change. There's no signs of an oil leak in my driveway and the mechanic didn't find a leak. Lucky it was caught early, so my engine is ok. But I paid 300 dollars to have a mechanic figure out why my car was stalling.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick service. I was pleased that they were honest and advised I had several thousand miles left. Saved me some bucks! They still checked everything and added some fluids for free. Honest folks, quick service, locally owned.. I will certainly keep coming back..

I didn't need an appointment, just drove on in and got my car serviced while eating in the car, lol. The gentlemen who worked on my car moved quick and provided me with info about my car as they worked. They offered me a discount on some of their services and provided me options instead of being pushy. I felt like I got great, honest service provided to me at an excellent price. I will definitely go back.

Came for a regular oil change but was tried and sold on other services that wasn't needed. Price was nice when you bring your own oil and filter which they said will use. So the price was reduced after taxes to $41.97.

I wish zero stars was an option. On March 12, 2022 I came here as usual for the normal oil change on my 2014 Outback. Tech recommended a radiator flush, coolant exchange, and upper radiator hose replacement, which I agreed needed to be completed at a cost of $99.07. This is in addition to the $94.99 for the oil change. I then drove home and did not drive my car until Monday March 14. It was then that I began to smell hot coolant and my car began to overheat severely. Upon opening the hood, I discovered the new radiator hose had not been properly secured with the hose clamp. The hose had detached from the radiator and all the coolant had been lost. Luckily, I carry tools and was near an auto parts store where I purchased 2 gallons of coolant at an additional cost to me of over $45.00 so I could continue with my day. I've been coming here since it was Oil Can Henry's, but feel the service and quality has deteriorated as the price has increased. This was the final straw. I will not be returning or recommending this location in the future.

These people are legit. Oil Change in less than 30 minutes? The dealer would have taken 2+ hours. I'll continue brining in my car here, there's something great about seeing what is being done to your car without getting out of it. We have been bringing all our cars here: Honda CRV, Nissan Cube, PT Cruiser, and Cadillac Escalade for years. Always great customer service. Very quick and efficient too! We like the convenience of staying in the car while they do the service. They always have our air filters, wiper blades,, and engine air filters in stock. The coupons they send save us $10 to $15 too.

Super fast and efficient, wasting no time to tell me what I need and getting the job done. Even tho they set my car alarm off they didn't hesitate to focus their attention on my car until it left.
