These guys were great! Staff was super friendly and lively. You just drive up and wait in your car they do the oil change then drive off. They also gave me a free car wash very satisfied!

Used the self-serve car wash attached to Valvoline. Everything I needed worked great, credit swipe instead of quarters, and a raised platform to easily reach the top of my Jeep. They also had vacuums but I didn't have time to try them, maybe next time.

I recently took my Mazda CX-5 to Valvoline for an oil change and was incredibly pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not only efficient but also highly professional, ensuring I was kept informed about the progress of the work being done on my car. They went above and beyond by checking not just the oil, but also the blinkers, front and back lights, and even the brake lights, demonstrating their thoroughness and attention to detail.What really stood out to me was how they managed to match a Groupon offer from a competitor, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The entire service took only about 10 to 15 minutes, allowing me to be out of there in no time and get back to my day without any hassle.A big thank you to the team at Valvoline for their exceptional service. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is evident, and I will definitely be taking my car back there for future oil changes. Highly recommend Valvoline to anyone looking for a quick, professional, and customer-focused car service experience!

My husband and I came in for an oil change, there was an issue with our skid plate from a Valvoline instant oil change in Redlands and Anthony was more than helpful with our issues. For this I will be a customer for life! I will be recommending this location because of the awesome customer service I experienced! Thank you so much Anthony!!!!

A bit pricey, but great service. Fast, friendly, tell you each step there doing as they change oil and offer free top off if you get low on oil in between changes. Plus free car wash. I would highly recommend Valvoline Express Care.

The Assistant Manager at the shop runs a great crew! Steve cares about your car and will make sure you are well taken care of. The service here is amazing! I will be a repeat customer, really appreciated their efficiency and knowledge.

Fast service, friendly guys. Appreciated them talking to me while they did the service (you stay sitting in your car). They explained the work and were not trying to crazily upsell me on random things. A little pricey but I think it was worth the service and attention my vehicle got.

Went in to get a oil change. Did not know what to expect. Drove straight into one of there bays. Was met my Fino he was very friendly and gave me all my options for my colorado. While sitting in our vehicle he talked to us and asked if we needed additional services. After paying he directed us over to give us a free car wash. I highly recommend Valvoline Express on 10 st. and Yucaipa Blvd.

Great place to wash your car , the systems are always clean and in perfect working order. Plus they offer a spot free rinse that allows you to leave with out drying your can and won t leave spots,

Awesome customer service and very professional. Was only 2 people here but wow, they had the place running smoothly. I was in and out a lot fast than I expected. I highly recommend this Valvoline location. Awesome job you two.Just got another oil change here. The only place I go for my oil change. Very professional and fast.

Very honest and helpful business with truly helpful staff. Brought in for multiple oil changes and Steve gave me helpful insight on what my car would need in the future and offered a great deal on a future service. Been here a couple times, and because my experiences here were so great i had to write a review. Their prices are affordable, their employees are kind and helpful, their actual work that they did on my car was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend going here!!

Shell Rapid Lube in Yucaipa is one of the best things you can ever do for your car and family. We have been receiving service from this location for almost 30 years. This place of business has always been blessed with outstanding staff. Right at the time of this posting, Steve is the manager. He has been with this location for almost a decade. He is clearly the best manager ever to serve the public from this locale. The staff is helpful, the location is convenient, and regular/scheduled "lube-oil-filter" maintenance is the best way to both preserve your car and squeeze the most "miles per gallon" from every gasoline fill up. I wholeheartedly give this place of business the highest possible recommendation ESPECIALLY if professionals like Steve continue to oversee service operations. Kudos!!
