I went into this shop a month ago only for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed my valve cover gasket replaced because it was leaking oil. I wasn t going to do it until I decided to just get it over with and not risk anything worse happening to the car. The guy at the desk, don t remember his name, convinced me to finance with MyEasyPay because they had a 90 day promotion with no interest. Come to find out I m being charged a $40 finance charge that was part of the promotion, not once was I told about this finance charge. Two, they supposedly did an alignment on my car yet I feel no difference. It still steers to one side. And three, I was told because of everything I added to get done to my car, he would throw in the tire rotation, free of charge. It s my fault for not checking, but I now realized that the rotation was never done because my left rear tire had recently been patched up prior to taking it in, and I know it s the same tire because of the white mark on it, and the right rear tire is my newest tire and I know it s not as worn out as the rest. That s where those tires were when I took it in and no rotation was made there. Last thing, a couple of days later, my engine light comes on. Took it back to the shop, they realized they never connected a piece under my hood back on correctly. On top of that they stay trying to convince you that you need more done to your car and you end up spending more money than needed. Don t think I ll be coming back to this shop again.

I recently visited this mechanic shop for an alignment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Not only was the service subpar, but I also had the displeasure of encountering a mechanic named Miguel who made inappropriate and racist remarks towards me.The alignment work performed on my vehicle was not up to the standard I expected. Additionally, the unprofessional behavior displayed by Miguel was completely unacceptable. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in any establishment.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing this mechanic shop, as my experience left me deeply disappointed and uncomfortable. Quality service and respectful treatment should be non-negotiable aspects of any business, and unfortunately, these were severely lacking during my visit.

I went to Goodyear Elite Tire in Calimesa, California with what looked like a nail in my tire. They fixed that small problem and also did a complete oil change. That included a tire rotation and a full inspection. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Great job!!

Highly recommend Elite Tires. They service my 2500 ram with new front wheel bearings and I ve purchased multiple tire sets. The customer service is great and we were well taken care. of thank you guys at Elite tires.

Had such amazingly awesome experience with Ryan and his team. Very courteous and thorough in patiently explaining the process. Had all four of my tyres changed and other pertinent issues! So glad I came here. Highly recommended

Wow! I was totally impressed with the quality of service I received at Goodyear Elite Tire on Calimesa Blvd. Ryan gave great customer care. He was friendly, yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Goodyear Elite Tire to any and all who want QUALITY Work done at a reasonable price and receive great service at the same time without any pressure. I absolutely loved the service i received and will definitely go back. Rating 5 stars is well deserved

Elite tires Goodyear saved us when our car made a scary noise getting off the freeway. 20 minutes later, the brake bolt was fixed and we were back on our way. Very thankful for Ryan and the elite tire staff!

I bring 2 vehicles to Elite tires for alignment with a Groupon a Mercedez benz and a Ford Edge I got the service done in a flash and no extra charge and no appointment. I'm very particular on my cars and Elite tires alignment was done perfectly. Just be sure you call them in advance to check on your particular vehicle before you make a transaction always ask questions until you're satisfied. Talk to Eli he's super cool Ryan personality is a bit dry he still very professional to my eyes.

Well I got quick same day service for a oil change got a great deal on Groupon it's always available was able to get credit for some tires right away which was very toke back to get tires put on pretty painless

Went in for an oil change and asked them to look at my struts. They needed to be replaced. They gave me the quote with no pressure to have it done now. Which is great because most mechanics in the past have try to press me into buying now. Eli was very helpful and had me in & out quick! It s nice to know that Elite Tires are trust worthy mechanics! Highly recommended

I purchased a Groupon from them for an alignment and had an issue bc the car had been still slightly steering to the right as before. Went back and forth a while until I got some sort of peace of mind as far as the alignment goes. Still not sure why the cars leaning to the right though. Thank you Ryan.

Took my 07' Acura TSX in for service on 8/28/2022 not knowing what to expect my vehicle needed extensive repair, I went with my gut and asked Ryan to perform the service. Too my surprise he assured me I'll get my vehicle back @ end of day, with services needed I was a bit dubious. I take pride working on my vehicles when I can and caution with whom works on them. That day Ryan and his crew didn't only do an excellent job, I got a piece of mind and for an individual like me, that's priceless. Well done and looking forward to my car/s breaking down in the future. Well done gentlemen.

Extremely professional and upfront..I was not pressured into buying more expensive tires.. I was helped and automatically was informed that there was a payment plan and my overall experience was fabulous. I recommend everybody come to elite tire.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment . They had my vehicle done rather quickly,so I was really skeptical about the alignment. Well just as I thought they had done nothing to align my vehicle. Called to inform them aboutit still pulls to the right. They said bring it back they would look at it. So i took it back. after looking at the vehicle they inform me My new struts were installed incorrectly. they needed to disassemble and reassemble in order to adjust my camber. I don't understand how it was aligned the day before, supposedly. but now the struts are installed wrong. Just goes to show me they didn't do their job in the first place. Headed to another shop for a proper alignment. No offer of money back, just a story of how good their guy is.

Great service, repeat customer..I use the Groupon for oil change and it's an amazing deal. Offer snap financing so if you're in a bind it comes in really handy. Good customer service and accommodation.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Bald guy in the front gets an absolute zero for customer service. I went to have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle (purchased from Groupon). Time frame was very minimal from when it go to the stall to leaving. As it got time to leave I asked for my final results for my alignment to be printed (as I was skeptical the alignment was done at all). Bald guy in the front response to me is his printer is down as he printed me my final invoice. (Update vehicle was taken next to day to Honda dealership.) they found alignment wasn t performed.

Went in sometime after 4:30 for oil change and brakes. They took me in right away changed my oil and brakes. Very happy with service.

Although we started off with a misunderstanding the customer service was impeccable. The issue was quickly rectified and I was on my way with a full synthetic oil change. Great group of guys who know how to get things done the right way. I will be back! Thank you !

Great service and In house financing! Eli took care of my vehicle! Got new tires and struts installed, service was excellent and it didn't take long.
