The employees were very professional and seemed to be very nice. Got my oil change in a reasonable time, and the mechanic checked everything under the hood of my car, and also checked my tires. I highly recommend them.

I have a business with a fleet of vehicles. I started bringing my vehicles here and I noted they were really fast and friendly. I told them that I need copies of inspections for every vehicle for liability purposes since I have employees drive them. I made extra sure I stressed the importance of the inspections. One of my employees told me he heard a noise from his vehicle 3 weeks after bringing it here. I checked and found a destroyed rear rotor. Further inspection found the pads were completely worn away and therefore damaged the rotor as well. There was no mechanical fault or other damage (I am an ex-mechanic myself). I checked the inspections and it said the brake pads were 5mm thick and were checked off as good (see photos). It is obvious the inspection was falsified and never done. I now can no longer trust any other inspection or return to this place because they have no integrity. Also, I called and asked if they were going to do anything about it and they never called back.

Big Brand Tire use to be Integrity Goodyear before it was bought out, I received an oil change and tires rotated, great service and friendly staff, will definitely come back for service again

One of the best tire and auto mechanic shops around, I only go here, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs service to sign up with Acima loan or dignifi and they ll get you on the road quick

I had my car towed to the shop and arrived at 5:45pm in desperate need of a new tire. The employees were kind and helpful even though it was the end of their workday. They had me in and out in less than 30min, and even offered me a cold water bottle while I waited. I would definitely recommend.

Very honest, trustworthy place. Instead of trying to sell me parts for a service I needed done they printed me info about a recall my car had for the issue. And went out of their way to try and remove a screw that was preventing me from putting my license plate on. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Stopped by to get a slow leak in tire checked ! They found a tiny screw and patched it up!! No charge Quick in and out Friendly customer service gal !!!

The staff at this shop are literally the best! Their service was by far above and beyond. I needed a special weather tire from a different climate, but unfortunately they didn't have it. They called everywhere - all the shops nearby, and nada. They also called Firestone, Costco, Walmart, etc to no avail. But they continued to help me figure it all out.Due to my vehicle being an AWD vehicle, I really needed to replace all four tires after reading the Mazda manufacturer info. Jason and Tyler (staff) were so honest and helpful the whole time. they gave me a deal that wasn't advertised, they let my husky wait in the air conditioning waiting room, offered us both water, and genuinely were just so kind and helpful in figuring out a really tricky situation.Thank you and your staff for all your help. Always coming back here!

Evan and the staff were amazing I came in with an urgent dangerous matter, fueling dumping out from under my car. Given the situation and how much I was originally quoted for, they didn t take advantage of me. They could have easy said that I needed to replace the fuel tank pump and fuel line, they were super honest and only charged me for a fuel line because that was in fact the problem. Great business and just earned mine. Thank you guys! You were amazing today!

I had a nail in my tire and made an appointment to get it fixed. I was told it would take 45 min. An hour and a half later they brought my car out front, as I m on my way out of town my tire pressure light goes off again. They never even patched my tire! Nail is still there still losing air!

Tyler and his team knocked it out of the park like always! Our poor Corolla needed some extra TLC and they did a phenomenal job with our brakes and new rotors and even helped us fix the crazy loud sounds we had been hearing in the car for a year. I literally could not remember what a quiet car sounded like, it was eerie (and incredibly relieving). Turns out replacing a worn out bearing will do that to ya!Anyways, we have always gotten Stellar service from the team at this Big Brand and we are happy and grateful customers. Next time you need your car checked out, this is the team you want. Thanks guys!

I came in for a time rotation, which turned out to be a FREE service. When the men had finished, they informed me that something was wrong with my front left wheel, found a loose bolt and tightened it for me.

Tyler the manager forgot to schedule my appointment twice in a row but a really sweet employee there told me he does this a lot and she had to deal with a lot of upset customers. The third time I scheduled my appointment I made it with her and everything turned out well that time. So my only recommendation is to avoid scheduling with Tyler and make your appointment with someone else. Other than that they were pretty quick once I was there to change my oil.

I had an appointment at 8 am for brake service on my 2007 Ford Explorer XLT, they did a brake inspection and informed me exactly what they recommended, I authorized the work and all was completed in a timely manner. They have very good customer service and I would recommend Big Brand Tire Service to all who need their vehicle serviced. My brake pedal is working properly now and not having so much play as to going down to far to stop the vehicle.

They helped me resolve an air pressure issue on my 5th wheel trailer. They got me in right away and did not charge me. I will be back if I need tires. Great customer service, which is hard to find these days.

Brought my tacoma there for a alignment they finished in less then 15 mins charged me a premium alignment because I have a lift. It was $155 truck pulled to the right and steering was sloppy and now my abs kicks on all the time. Brought it back for warranty they finished so fast it was kinda unbelievable. The steering wheel is not straight and when i put it straight it turns right real hard and They put my tires so far back into the wheel well that now every time I reverse the tire touch my frame and rub my mud flaps.. so now I'm out $155 and have to go find another shop to realign my truck. Do not trust these people with your vehicle waste of time and money

Big Brand tire & service is a great place to take your vehicle for service. Big or small they can handle it. Everyone is very professional and they let you know about cost up front. They communicate with you every step of the way. I definitely recommend them if your in need of service.
