Did great work on my son s car several years ago. As such stopped by to have so then look at a dent in my truck bumper to see if it could be fixed. Very nice receptionist asked if I had an appointment which I did not. Explained that I just wanted so done to take a look and was informed no one was available that day. I ve had other work done elsewhere and never been told essentially that no one would look at my vehicle that day and without an appointment. As such my business will go elsewhere again and in the future as well. Shame as I live in Yucaipa and try to support local businesses but not this one anymore.

I honestly thought my car wouldn t look the same after the accident I was involved in, thankfully Ben clymers did an absolute amazing job with the repairs, the staff is extremely helpful and caring and will keep you updated every step of the way which is something I absolutely appreciated.

Truly the best experience. From the amazing customer service to the quality of work, I will definitely return for any future jobs. I was given updates nearly every day, and my car was repaired ahead of schedule. Never waited, never wondered the status of my car - they kept me informed every step of the way. I am so impressed and will recommend to anyone!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Big thank you to Bronte and David! I very much appreciate the job well done and will definetly be recommending people to this shop! Although the estimated time for the repairs on my car was delayed, they stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process which made me not worry! I would definetly come again. A few months ago I had a vehicle repaired through Gerber Collision. My experience was an absolute nightmare! Recently my new driver daughter backed into her mother's car. There were two shops nearby, Gerber and Ben Clymers. I can say that Ben Clymers was phenomenal. Excellent customer service, always in contact. Very friendly staff. Just an overall excellent experience! Repaired with manufacturers parts and good as new! I highly recommend!

Just wanted to say what an awesome job you guys did, not only on the repair work but also on the communication to let me know what was going on every step of the way. I believe it was Steve who kept me updated and I really appreciated that. But everyone in the office was really friendly as well. Thank you all for making an unpleasant accident into a tolerable situation. Hopefully I won t need any future trips to an auto body shop but if I do, I will choose you guys!

Hi, first of all I wanted to thank you to Bront� for her time spent with me giving me rides, she is a very nice and professional person. Second my thanks are going to Steven and all the shop team, they did a great and wonderful service to my car. I loved that I was informed constantly via messages with pictures about the progress of their work, and my car was done in the day when day said so. Will recommend this place to anyone. Soooooo I had high hopes because this place came highly recommended. They did a good job on my car how ever in order for my door (that they fixed) to close completely I have to shut it hard. My hood sensor mysteriously got clipped. They claim it was not them however it was not an issue until I got my car back. They said it had to have been done somewhere else and then the sensor had to be deactivated. My car has never been worked on under the hood other than an oil change. So that is upsetting that they will not take ownership of an issues that wasn t there prior to having work done by them. And now my hood ajar light stays on at all times. Upon getting my car back, no one walked me out to go over what was fixed, they just gave me my key and receipt. I do appreciate Esther for staying on top of getting the payment to go through it was a long process at no fault of our own. I m not sure I will go back or recommend this place of service to anyone.

Kyle was so nice and helpful. Drove in and asked that my splash shield be removed as soon as possible due to damages. He got it done within 10 minutes with no hesitation! Will be back. If you need something reliant and quick this is your place (: thank you to the workers at this location. Your hospitality and service are very appreciated!!!!

Ben Clymers Body shop is awesome! I ve dealt with them and Steven Dernoncourt was great with excellent customer service too! I couldn t be happier with their honesty and fast turn around time, my truck was ready for pick up ahead of schedule. Steven kept me informed as the progress of repairs. I would highly recommend Ben Clymers body shop to everyone! They are awesome!!!

To be honest I thought going through AAAs suggested garage would have been the right choice. And to be fair there wasn t a whole lot of options because of Covid. However, the car we brought to Clymer s should have been checked more thoroughly and been given an estimate with an accurate estimate of damage. My car was hit at 50+ mph and there was damage that was not apparent to the eye. The car was never right after the accident. Due to the chassis being bent and not square, we ended up with a car that had a roof rack that flipped up, a front tire that rubbed so much on the under carriage that the tire which rubbed (super expensive tires) had to be replaced, the transmission had to be replaced due to a cracked rear engine seal, the headlight seal was cracked got water in it and had to be replaced, not to mention the ac issue that was eventually fixed but not after many times of the belt breaking . Needless to say after several thousands of dollars later, we traded this vehicle in for a different car.I would say if the car had been given an accurate evaluation after the accident - knowing the facts of the collision - and looked at for chassis damage and damage to the whole car not just the site of impact, I am certain it would have been totaled out by insurance.Again, to be fair - Clymer s customer service is second to none. The people were patient, easy to talk to and happy to help. I just wish the job would have been done correctly from the get go in order to save us the headaches and the money. A pretty paint job covering up thousands of mechanical problems doesn t make for a sound car.

As a insurance member with AAA for 16 years the company BEN CLYMER'S body shop in yucaipa, CA is a excellent and certified body shop that get the job done and is extremely helpful and courteous with thier customers. The started on my car faster than expected. They are open Monday-friday so obviously the shop has money if they can be closed on weekends which is rare for body shops. I thought the job would take longer due to that but that wasn't the case. I like to recommend STEVE DERNONCOURT he's there service representative. He's excellent and really does he's best to get you in and out. He's helpful and always willing to answer any questions I had.

Had a very bad experience with this glass shop. I had to bring back my Tesla twice after they replaced my windshield. The handling was rough, their service people left grease smudges on both sides of the interior sidings of my new 2023 EV. They removed the smudges, but then someone stepped on the back leather seat, leaving a work boot shoe mark. Had to return a second time for them to correct the work. Then they billed me twice for the install labor cost, which my insurance company decline outright. I brought the matter up and they refunded the amount they over-billed me, only to receive a check amount that was smaller. When we called them back, the manager said they incurred costs which they did not include in the original billing. Bunch of dishonest people. Will not bring my car back to this shop next time.

I must say if I could give them 10 stars I would the fact being is that I've been broke down with my Yukon and brand new RV just down the street with my 2 dogs Vin Diesel and Foxy Mae and the receptionist at the front desk has helped with charging my phone and giving us ice cold water thank you soo very much for helping us out in desperate need. I will definitely take my 1999 GMC Yukon here for a possible paint job.

From start to finish, my experience was phenomenal! The process of my car repair was seamless and easy for me. Steve Dernoncourt and his team communicated with me effectively and efficiently from start to finish. A rental was pre-arranged for me so there was no waiting and then I was able to leave the rental there at the end, so easy! This company is Fantastic! They were super helpful and wanted to make it easy for my auto body repair. They went above and beyond and help me fix another problem with ease. They got me in speedily and did an excellent job on the repair. The person that helped me was Steven Dernoncourt - he made me feel like he cared about my problem and wanted to resolve it as quickly and easily as possible for me. The lady at the front desk was very professional and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will never go anywhere else, when I need auto body work done. They did good work and communicated well. But, they painted two areas in of the car, and the area in between the two had scuff marks. They said they would buff out, so I had to take it back for them to buff out. Not sure why it wasn t done the first time. I later found two areas on the opposite side of the car with overspray, with clear ending lines, showing that their taping was not done well. The pic is not a shadow it s the overspray line. my detailer correct rather than go back again.

This was the second time we have had Ben Clymer s the Body Shop do work on our cars. A few years ago, the work was on our Lexus GX and was absolutely perfect, so, I requested AAA send me to Ben Clymer s Again. We had gotten over 70 dents while in Texas during a tornado and a large hail storm.The work was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed about the progress. When I went to pick up the car, I inspected the work and I have to say that I was impressed. The employees were very polite and accommodating. My contact person, Bront�, was very professional and always polite. I would highly recommend Ben Clymer s the Body Shop to my family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will always continue to take my car repairs to Ben Clymer's. Seriously, don't go anywhere else. Staff are great & trustworthy, and repairs are excellent and timely. Steve & Esther receive especially great kudos this time for working me in, & getting an uncomplicated bumper repair done WHILE I WAITED (less than 20 minutes)! The reason I m giving five stars to Ben Clymer s is because of employee Steven Dernoncourt He was very helpful, attentive, informative and went out of his way to help us as our car was totaled due to the recent hurricane. These days it s hard to find great customer service and because of Steve Dernoncourt whenever we get into a situation we re confident to go to Ben Clymer. Also their office is very clean as well as the bathrooms which is surprising for an auto repair business.

I took my Ford F250 for repair on Jan 10. 2023. I was referred by Triple A. From the time I entered their office I was treated with respect, kindness and their customer service rocks! I d like to give a shout out to Steve & Ester! This is my second experience with this company. I m still a very satisfied customer. My vehicle was rear ended a little over a week ago. AAA asked if I have a preferred body shop and I quickly requested Ben Clymer s in Yucaipa. I told my insurance rep that I specifically want Ester and Steve. They are consistent with their great customer service and very knowledgeable. They didn t fail me the first time. They haven t failed me presently. They strive for perfection! You want to walk into a business feeling at ease after an accident. This is the place that can give you that! Your vehicles are in good hands! They ll update you frequently. Great, fast service, friendly and professional staff. Nice little waiting room. Great about contacting insurance. Left me with nothing to do myself. They have many signs up saying they are dealer certified by Nissan, Tesla, ect. Triple A referred me there way and I would be happy to go back.
