Great customer service here at the auto zone Yucaipa , Todd really went above and beyond such a sweet soul with such great customer service him and another gentleman I didn t catch his name but they helped my son with his battery with a smile on their faces very thankful l a little goes a long way thank you

An employee named Todd provided the best customer service ever! First he made sure I had the correct windshield wipers and then he installed them for me. I never would have been able to do it myself because the old blades were really stuck on hard. So thankful for his help! It was my first visit to Auto Zone but with customer service like that, it won t be my last.

Brian is never helpfull and rude.I tell everyone not to buy at autozone. Brian does not know how to do a tool return or anything else. Always problems when Brian is at store. Beaumont and yucaipa are so much better. O reily has competent staff and better parts.

Bought gold battery 2019 expecting longer life for the higher priced cost for the battery. This is how counter guy handles the situation he looked at my battery without a test tells me I need new battery with out a testing.l ask him to test he refused and said it would blow up their tester. I am a journeyman Mechanic and know when somebody is to lazy to work but yet tries to up sale me before tested. Shame I took over to competition charged up fine and is holding charge. I have been customer of this store for over 15yrs never have seen this guy on counter before. Shame they wont stand behind gold line or help service it. Will be taking my battery business elsewhere.

I m sorry But someone needs to get rid of that UGLY GUY Rafa. He is so disrespectful that he wouldn t sale oil to a customer cause he has a problem with my husband & tells the customer NO he s not going to sale to him for that reason. He is so unprofessional why would anyone want some one like him working for there company That s is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR AUTOZONE. He also always tell his employees to don t deliver to us too what an unprofessional person who is miserable in his own life he should stay him with that attitude . HE SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER!!!!Managers don t act like that!!!Yucaipa autozone they have a commercial manager in there that has the worst customer service ever horrible person to be working in a place like this. I have worked customer service for over 15 years & you DO NOT TREAT people how he does & his name is Rafa. He s always being an @$$ !!! IKW if this was my business I WOULD NOT WANT HIM WORKING FOR ME!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!

Nice to her, has most things you need, but the staff all act like they hate their job / life/ day, intend to talk down to you when answering a question, especially the employees that have been there the longest. They act like a college teacher with tenure. Would recommend O'Reilly's over this place if you can.

Friends Ford was throwing a code (typical Ford) and with the skill of a master "Zone'r" the OBD was handed to me and we now know that the PVC value needs attention from the printout and quick explanation. (I told my friend that it was bad. The truck needs to be parked until she gets the new blinker fluid reservoir rebuilt by Mopar)Yeah....

Got an inexpensive headlight bulb from AutoZone and if able, they offer someone who can replace it (at no extra charge). Location & person I saw (Scott) was superb! He went above and beyond to help and made sure it worked.

They wanted to charge me twice as much as o reileys for windshield wipers and although there was hardly anyone in there they took forever to help me and find the right wipers and said they didn't have time to put them on for me if I bought them.

I am disgusted by the treatment in this store. My boyfriend and I went in to purchase some rotors and brake pads for my bmw and we were given the wrong rotors which is understandable, mistakes happen. What was upsetting was the experience we had returning them. The man who rang us up was very kind and helpful which is the sole reason I am giving one star. After returning the rotors my boyfriend was browsing for tools and such and a small man came up to us and said someone had said that my boyfriend tucked something into his pants. After my boyfriend emptied his pockets and showed him that he clearly wasn't a thief the little man just walked away. This situation definitely warranted an apology. Apart from that when we were leaving the store manager with red hair was smirking at us and consulting with the little man that had come up to us.

This has been my go-to for parts and diagnostics for over two decades. Plus the tool-loan program and the helpful staff (Eddie, Andy, Neal I'm lookin at you) make this my choice for auto parts in the area. Sometimes I'll run to the hub to grab something on the fly but if I'm not in a rush they can usually get it in the same day!

The people here are always friendly and helpful and i almost always find what i need! Parts for my car are not always easily found but for some reason i never have a problem here! I also like how they always remember to tell you about the deals if you are buying something that there might be a better deal if you buy 2 or a different size!

Dario customer service is incredibly horrible and he is rude! I do not recommend! He needs to take a lesson on how to not be a rude! I don t see why you would want to work at a parts store and not want to actually help or sell to customersI don t know if you were just having a bad day but damn dude leave that stuff at home

My husband loves shopping here of course for me it's like let's hurry and get out but we usually don't the employee are nice although sometimes they give my husband a hard time usually about some pricing and warranty but for the most part they are helpful and we get whatever it is that we went there for so I don't know why they upset him so let hope that changes since we brought it up to their attention.

The sales representative Neil an older gentleman with a beard help me out immensely. I had an issue with my brake light staying on and he seemed to have the right answer. It just required replacing the brake sensor ,a $9 part after taxes. Definitely going back there again

Auto zone sold me a used part and I went and return it and they said thats not are part open your boxes first before you leave it might been a return of some else they did not check there parts before returns at autozone in Yucaipa blvd at the end I look bad they thought it was me trying to return a used part thank you no worries it's just a $18.99 part I will lose my 20 bucks I'm not worried just check your parts

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They always get you what you need and on your way. Been coming here for 5+ years, and have seen some staff changes, but have never had any other experience. Love it here!

I always get great customer service here. It sucks when you have to fix stuff on your car, but the staff here are always helpful, and it makes car repairs somewhat enjoyable. Because of how helpful and courteous they are, I don't go anywhere else for parts.
