I found West Coast Auto Security while researching security systems for my car online. They were the only certified Northern California installer for IGLA which is a device I was looking into getting installed on my car. After checking their instagram page and seeing that they already had experience installing IGLA and an aftermarket alarm system on a vehicle similar to mine, I decided to give them a call and see when they could do the work for me. Bruno was very helpful in answering all my questions and confirming that the systems he installs would work perfectly fine with my vehicle .he was even able to add a couple little extra tricks that I wanted to have done. The install was done in a day and Bruno went over how everything worked, how to program certain things and how the app worked as well. Bruno has excellent customer service as he has been able to answer my questions after hours when messaging him through Instagram (something I didn t expect). I highly recommend West Coast Auto Security when it comes to securing your vehicle properly. Bruno is easily one of the best people I ve dealt with .his work and customer service is top notch. These guys are the real deal!!!I was looking for a place to take my car and get IGLA & Compustar installed. I was really close to making a trip down to SoCal and before planning a trip, I decided to look into some forums for some recommendations and saw WestCoast Auto Security was mentioned. Called them to find out some more information and they mentioned everything I was really looking for. They were really professional, knowledeable, and most importantly took the time to listen to you as the customer rather than just trying to make a sale.Scheduled my appointment a month or so after the initial call (not because they didn t have any availability sooner, but more because it worked best for me). I drove 2 hrs away to their shop to initially get both IGLA & Compustar installed and while in the shop also decided to get tint done.A couple months after getting the products installed, I was having some technical difficulties and called them a couple mins after they had closed for the day and they went above and beyond to return the call and walked me through the steps to resolve the issue I was experiencing.Overall, I really appreciate the work they have done on my car and also their support. Really recommend them, you won t be disappointed they know what they re doing!!

West Coast Auto Security is the best in the business. We went there to get a Killswitch installed for our ram truck and they did such a good job. If you ever need an alarm system installed in your car go to West Coast Auto Security.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!!!Found them on Facebook messaged them and they got me in the next day. And there prices are Absolutely best in town and surrounding areas!

Great Work by West Coast Auto Security! Had the IGLA/Compustar system installed today. Answered all my questions and installation was completed in 3 hours! Highly recommend!

Big Thank you to the West Coast Team, this is my 2nd time taking my car to them. Both times was a super smooth transaction. I really appreciate the tram being able to accommodate me on such a short notice. If you are looking to get a IGLA system this is the only place to go. Plus West Coast is the Only Northern California Authorized dealer. Thanks Again.

Talked to them before going up there, friendly and thorough. While I was there they described everything and answered any question I had, gave me a call while I was away and told me it would be longer... gee thanks Toyota.Would not hestitate a second to go back to them even though they are 2.5 hours from me.Thee only IGLA installer in Northern California.

Brought in my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 classic to install a sound system, i got a sub, amp, and a stereo installed and it sounds great. super professional and helpful.

The pricing was extremely reasonable but the staff was even better. Emiliano was the one who helped me decide on tint/wrap, no need to hesitate when deciding on doing business with them!
