The workers try to discourage you from getting service by quoting ridiculous wait times. Especially around 11-1 o'clock, because if the line is short they can go to lunch 3 at a time. When I rolled up, there was one car getting tires and 2 getting lube service. The check-in guy told me it would be about 3 hours for a basic oil change because "we are about to shut down for lunch."This is obviously a management issue. It's a failure to staff the position. Every other department has at least one person working and another standing around doing nothing. Mr. Felix never woulda let this happen.

I will say the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, but I can not say the same for the other team members. They didn t ask if it was ok to change my air filter and went ahead and did it anyways. Upon checkout I told them I had not approved that in which the guy rudely asked if I wanted them to put the old dirty filter back in . I told him yes so they did, but this obviously took up more time. When I got back to my car the handles, the wheel, and even part of my seat had oily dirt all over. When I got back I checked my engine and the filter itself (which is why I hadn t wanted it changed I do that myself). The filter was far from needing to be changed and the engine was absolutely covered in oil which was already smoking from less than the ten minute drive back from the auto center which can pose a huge safety risk.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change. They said it would take around 2 hours. They got right on it and done in half an hour. My car is running better. And it was very affordable.

Probably the worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10am for a tire rotation and I was first in line and yet my car didn t get checked for hours. I saw at least 6 people come and go after I arrived. It s not worth the time. Yes Walmart is cheap but it s not worth the time. I d rather spend 30 dollars somewhere else and get out within an hour. Half of the mechanics just stand around and talk while a car just sits there. Go somewhere else, it s not worth it.

Got an oil change and a break light replacement here. It took a while because they were under staffed and the manager had to help put in the break light but I 100% was expecting the wait and ok with it. The deal is great. I would recommend for a cheap and efficient oil change. I always go to Walmart for my oil changes

I went on mothers day, I just couldn't take abusing my car any longer. 1 guy was doing all the oil changes, then another guy came in to help. Good team work was displayed. It took 2 hours, but for the peace of mind it was worth it.

It took 3hrs for an oil change and they left plenty of spilt oil on the frame when they switched out the filters. Price was good though....

Waste of time. I called ahead to see if they were available, the guy on the phone was snarky but told me they weren't busy and could work on my car. I get there about 4 mins later (I work down the street) and they tell me it'll be a 2 hour wait for an oil change then another 1.5 hour for a battery check. So they lied to me on the phone because I doubt 3.5 hours of work just appeared in 4 mins.

The oil change went ok, but the technician was rather strange and rather offensive. After the oil change was complete and he parked our truck, my daughter and I started to get in with our Wal-Mart bags in hand, while my wife went inside to pay. As soon as I opened the door, the technician stood there staring at me then asks, "Do you have a question?", so I reply "are you all done?" He says "yes", but continues to stare at me very strangely. Then he asks, "is someone going to pay for this?", as if I intended to leave without paying, and without my keys that were still in his hand. Now if I was coming into the driver side I could look at it as a misunderstanding, but how am I going to leave without my keys that he's holding while talking to me? I was highly offended by his insinuation that I was going to steal $60 oil change when he has my keys, my license plate number, name, and phone number. Someone needs a little more customer service training

They offer the best prices, however their service lacks somewhat. There is usually a long wait to get your car ready, also they sometimes never answer the phone. Other than that it s still a good place to get your car serviced.

I come here for oil changes because I like the good price but there's always a long line & a three hour wait, no matter what day of the week or time of day , always too busy & under staffed . Guess I will have to get there at 6am ,when they open , if I want my oil changed from Walmart to avoid the long wait. I don't see that happening . Maybe I will try Marysville .

Never again. Took almost two hours for an oil change. Customers who had been there for two and a half just for a tire roatation. An employee had to call a manager because people were becoming very angry. The manager did not handle the situation very well. Overheard him become snide with one of the customers. I will never come back here for any type of work on my vehicle.

it's kind of hit-or-miss, one time after an oil change they put things back together and somehow my dipstick to check the oil was stuck, wedged against a part of the engine. recommend going earlier in the morning, I think they get tired and the quality is not as good in the afternoon.

Absolutely the worst Auto service I have had in years. I have been here numerous time before, but due to the lack of service and inept time that it took for being next in line and seeing 4 to 5 guys wondering around and getting cars out that arrived after me. The experience was a total negative. If possible it would be a negative 8. No stars at all, but had to give it one to be able to post, so the star means nothing.

Wife bought some goodyear tires there. Was waiting when they opened, per clerks advice, the day before to get in out and fast. Over 2 hours later they hadn't started on her car even though they had pulled her car into a stall. She leaves on foot again to go eat some food at a restauraunt in the shopping center to come back and find they still hadn't started on it. My 2 year old was now going crazy insane. Wife tried to just leave to find they had pulled off 1 tire. 4 hours from start to finish, her tires were on and she left.2 weeks later she got a nail in her tire. Called to take it in and get it fixed because she had bought the free flat repair package, and was told to leave the car and they would get to it. No thank you. I will pay to get it fixed somewhere else to not have to wait.

Went in for oil change 29.?? OK Now that means drain the oil ,remove filter. Replace filter replace oil. OK then I go to pay an have to pay for extra we of oil , wouldn't you expect for them to be included in the price. I will go back as I love walmart. It just hit me wrong. My fish burger in Mc Donald's was good.

I've heard so many bad things about the Walmart auto center, and I didn't think that things could really be that bad. However when they pulled my car out of the garage and there was a huge puddle of oil underneath it and carried on all the way to my car I knew something immediately was wrong. All I can suggest to you just don't take your vehicle there you may just regret it!

Great value but get ready to wait.tire or oil changes take longer than industry average time.Im sure it's by design to get you to shop when waiting.Im sure it's not poor employee enthusiasm to get the job done promptly . Or is it?

Wow I had to pull old records of my car being serviced and they came through in the clutch. Instead of $300 junking my car I'm able to receive $1500. Excellent!!

Drop off early and leave it for the day. Takes 2-5 hours. Line up in front of the garage bays for service.

Better of changing oil yourself. It s cheaper here for a reason. The spilled oil all over my engine. And didn t bother to clean it. Then left my oil filter loose so it was leaking oil. You really get what you pay for.

They were low on items in the fluid aisle. They only had two cases of power steering fluid labelled for Asian cars only. I have a GM. The clerk at the automotive register said they haven't "broken down our packs yet." I took that to mean they have items on pallets somewhere. It used to be that someone would go check for you.

Getting tires is horrible at Walmart there stock shows 4 tires could only find 3 tires. They said tires come in Wednesday's check back Thursdays. Thursday no tires still only the 3. Walmart in the next town had 8 tires but a 3 hour wait.
