I was so unfortunate to have my Jeep vandalized. Thank god Vigianis auto body was more then capable of fixing her right back up. Trish is so amazing and patient to answer questions, and is seriously on it. The lovely gentleman that did the paint match was so on point there was not the slightest color difference despite the fact that it was like a midnight shimmery navy blue. They're amazing I highly recommend.

Dealing with the aftermath of an auto collision isn't something that the average car owner is equipped to handle. Recently, I was rear-ended and found myself feeling uninformed and anxious as to where I could wake my car to have an estimate for repairs. Luckily for me, Vigiani's came highly recommended. Let me tell you this, when my business there was finished ,I didn't feel as though my car had just been deemed a total loss. I genuinely felt taken care of and that I had just gained a friendship. That's how I felt everytime I spoke with anyone. Thank you Trish !Thank you Rick !Kindness because you never know what it means to someone else.

The staff here is amazing and very knowledgeable! My insurance was being a pain but they handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend 10/10 . Thank you Vigilantis for an amazing experience in what was a very stressful situation for me

Excellent! The service and overall experience were really impressive and we are grateful for everyone's help there. The Insurance company for the person that backed up into us gave a very low initial estimate of damage - even though witnesses said our SUV was hit so hard it was pushed up into the air! The professionals at Vigiani's were not deterred and did a great job uncovering all of the damage. Vigiani's acted as our advocate and convinced the insurance company to pay to repair the vehicle the right way and the safe way.Trish was our contact person at Vigiani's and is a superstar. She took care of our worries and did exactly what she promised, explained the steps involved and stayed on top of things to get the job done, and done properly.The project manager, Rick, also was great to deal with and he too worked hard to take care of the repair, to keep us updated regularly, and to do it right and again, the safe way.Everyone we spoke with there really gave us a first class experience. Thank you to the entire team - they made us feel like they care, and their work showed that they really do care and that they know what they are doing! Thank you all again.Service: Body & Trim

The most awesome place to take your vehicle. They treated me almost like family. Kept me posted on repairs, dealt with insurance, and I would recomend Vigiani's to everyone, It's great! Trish, Rick and his crew are rockstars!!!!

This was hands down one of the best auto body business experience I ve ever had. Their front desk girl was the nicest woman I ve ever met always made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on, the owner was very hands on with everything made sure I was happy with my car & the process of all of it. All around the best experience, not one time did I walk in there and was not greeted with a smile and a welcome. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get their car serviced. Would definitely go back you can really tell how much their team puts in hard work, great job!

I first took my truck here because a friend told me about them. My truck was hit at work and needed some front-end work done to get it back to the way it was ,factory. I was very impressed that I took my '16 impala there to get a fresh paint on hood, trunk and top because the color and clear were fading. I would recommend them to anyone that needed anything done to their vehicle. They are top notch in my book. Honest and quality work, the best around.

Amazing people! This was my first time in an accident and having to work with another person s insurance. They helped make sure I got all that I needed from the other insurance company for my vehicle to be fixed and back to brand new condition. They were extremely fast, especially for how hard it is to get parts for my vehicle. The paint looks amazing and well blended into the existing paint. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Quality work, prompt and friendly service and Charlie goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy! I needed some body work done after someone backed into my car and I went searching for a trustworthy and reliable local shop. I luckily came across Vigiani's and met the owner Charlie. He gave me a fair price I was happy with, the car was in and out of the shop in just a couple of days and came out looking perfect! The exterior was even washed and waxed and the interior looked stunning, the car looked brand new. I had a fantastic experience at Vigiani's and I HIGHLY recommend you bring your vehicle to him, I guarantee you'll be happy.

Took my wife's Car there after the first auto body shop failed to repair it to a reasonable standard. After some back and forth with the insurance company Vigiani's was able to make my wife's car perfect again. I can't recommend these guys enough. Had a lot of little dings and chips in my Deep Jewel Green paint on my Mustang convertible. Charlie did an awesome job on the paint matching. They even painted the part underneath the car that's barely visible from a distance on the side and isn't finished from the factory other than some dark primer-looking stuff.I told him I'd like to get new headlights as mine were foggy, and new arm rests as mine were discolored from 20 years of resting arms. He cleaned the lenses on my headlights and painted the arm rests to match my white leather interior, and said there was no extra charge! I demanded he take some extra money, as I like to pay for good work so everybody gets something out of the deal.My car is gorgeous again, great quality work at a fair price. He's not the cheapest, but I didn't go to Vigiani's for a cheapo paint job, I wanted a good one. I got a great one, and I'm very happy. Thank you!

Vigianis is the most professional and prompt Body Shop in the area, they kept me well informed on all the repairs that were being done to my car and all the times that they spoke with insurance, Charlie the owner makes it his goal for you to have the most pleasant experience as possible because who likes dealing with a wreck and everything that comes after it, everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible I would recommend this Shop to anyone who needed parts repaired, a car painted or even just a detail, My car was finished on time and I almost walked right past it, I didn't expect to receive a full detail as well as excellent repair work! Way to go Vigianis keep up the great work

I took my new Chevy Silverado 1500 to put on a vinyl sticker on the hood of my truck. Sure it took a little while to put on but when Joe Charles son was finished with it it was fantastic. If the is anything else that I would like to have done with my truck, I will take it to them. Charlie made sure that it was put on professional by his son Joe and it was. Charlie and Joe did a fantastic job and very reasonable. Thank you Joe and Charlie. I will be back.

excellent quality overall and attention to detail is above and beyond. we had a vehicle wrap on our company van and found the work great. not to mention the only shop that does all the wraps in house from this area. we went from a guy in a garage to a full on automotive shop for our vinyl decal needs. great job charlie.

I brought in my 2013 F150 with a scrape from a parking garage. Charlie looked at it and asked if I would like it cleaned off. This was a surprise, because I thought it would take painting to fix it. Charlie came out with a rag cleaned it up and no charge. I was shocked and happy. Charlie is one honest man and earned my respect. Take your problems to Charlie and he will be honest with you. What better tribute. Charlie is an honest man. Thank you Charlie.

Vigiani's did some bumper repair work on my car and damaged the electrical system in the process. On the drive home I realized the windows, mirrors, door locks, and parking sensors did not work. I called Vigiani's and spoke to the owner Charlie who had me drive the car back to Yuba City.Charlie and his tech took the car back and then Charlie came back in every few minutes to look up repair videos on YouTube. Yes I'm serious, he literally looked up youtube videos of window repair in front of me while my family and I waited. After being unable to fix the electrical problems Charlie begins to try and convince me that all these electrical problems are not his fault and tells me that he will only fix them if I can prove that he caused the damages.So I took my car to Roseville BMW and they found that Charlie and his crew had not only wired everything back together wrong, they had also damaged the battery during their abuse of the electrical system. Charlie covered the repair of wiring things back together correctly but now he is refusing to pay for the battery even though he admits to damaging it and BMW noted on the repair order that he damaged it.If you are looking to have your car serviced by a bunch of incompetent buffoons who refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes then this is your place.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. Left a mother and kids without a vehicle for weeks because they have no idea of what their doing. Charli shouldn t be able to run a shop unprofessional a bunch of broken promises they even took her car and used three quarters of a tank of gas and now check engine lights are on.... the car came in for body work.
