He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car over the phone just by me telling him what some of the issues were. Got my car towed there and it was done not even 2 hours later! Awesome!! The price was definitely in my price range. So grateful for people like him! Good, honest, reliable man. God bless him, his family and business. Need work done, definitely go to him. And tell all your friends

I took my vehicle to this spot in Yuba City. At first I thought that they were really good people. I wanted to become friends with them. They did work on my front end (inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower control arms, sway bar links), shocks, transmission lines and headlights. After having to go back a couple of times to the Fix-It Spot and going to numerous other shops it was concluded that they forgot to bolt down my shocks, my whole driver side sway bar link was missing, they were supposed to replace the idler arm and pitman arm in order for me to have a successful alignment, but they did not suggest it, and numerous other issues. I was told that the owner AJ has a really bad gambling problem which has caused problems with his company's finances, as well as does not have the knowledge to be working on vehicles, which is evident in the failure to repair my vehicle properly. Even though they are catered to low income people, it is not worth getting your vehicle fixed here because you will end up spending double the money to fix it right. It is also unfathomable that they do not want to take responsibility for their actions. Believe me when I tell you that your life can be put in danger because their inability to be honest, as well as they lack knowledge to properly repair your vehicle. It is also unfortunate that they want to try to say that I removed the part from my vehicle just to get my money back, they also said that I'm doing this in retaliation because one of their employees flaked on me for a date and basically that I'm trying to extort them. None of these accusations are true, they are attempts to make me look bad to discredit my claims. By the way I haven't been able to get my alignment done yet because I'm still working on repairing what they damaged.Just to give an update on my first review, I won the court case against The Fix-It Spot. With all of the evidence the judge decided that they were culpable for their actions. I was awarded a settlement. The unfortunate part is that Ajay came up to me after the court hearing and told me that he is going to pay in small increments and he's going to drag it out as long as possible. It's unfortunate that not only did he put my life in danger by his negligence, but now he is wanting to penalize me for him being held responsible for his actions.

I brought my daily driver, 2000 Nissan Xterra, in for front pad and rotor replacement.I was able to supply my own parts. The job was done in 90 minutes (I came in at 9am).That's impressive given the unique hub design of the Xterra.Exceptional job, friendly service at an affordable price. Check 'em out!

AJ and the rest of the team at the shop has went above and beyond many time's working on my girlfriends van and my mom's car at a fraction of what it cost at other shops. They really help the people in this community and take pride in their work. Providing the best work for a quality price!Would definitely recommend or give 10 Stars if I could dale Smalling,thanks fix it spot...

I can't say enough about the hospitality and efficiency and niceness of this shop. Professional people and funny. Most of all they care about the customers and do a great job! They helped me out on a Sunday and ordered the part and had it there within an hour when no one else had the part and I thought I would miss work on Monday. Even Honda was closed on Sunday and couldn't get the part. But they bought the part from Napa and had it delivered to them to install for me. This was the best experience I ever had at a car shop. I highly recommend them. They help the community out and I was a Charity case for them. ! Thank god for the fix it spot! Your my . I truly appreciate you being there for me in my desperate need!

I am typically not one for leaving reviews however:this is one of the absolute best shops in the entire CA region. By the best, I mean the best! everything down from customer service, honesty, integrity, to their dedication & commitment towards their hard work 11 out of 10 stars, absolutely broke the scale, HIGHLY recommend for small-ish auto service repair needs!! (i.e. brakes, struts, shocks, oil changes, starter replacements, o2 sensor replacements, tune ups, oil leaks, cv axles, tie rods, etc.)After severe brake neglect and being charged close to $1,000 for estimated repairs from a financed auto shop in Sac, I was beyond blessed to have been referred to the Fix IT Spot. THANK YOU TO AJAY AND RON who were able to inspect my brake fluid leak as well as give me a new set of brakes with an oil change for WELL OVER 70-80% CHEAPER of what the original shop, or any other shop, would have charged me for everything. On top of that, they were even able to fix one of my callipers rather than replacing it. However my favorite part they did not judge me nor discriminate for the condition my poor brakes were in.I cannot thank you enough for all of your help and hard work! Thank you Ron & Ajay!!!

This place is a joke! I brought my car in April of 2023 and was supposed to get 02 sensor replaced, spark plugs, and valve adjust. My check engine light came back on like a week after leaving thought it was my cat because I know that s bad took it to another mechanic and said still 02 sensor - when I came in here I told them b2s1 they did b1s1 and didn t do valves adjust just replaced throttle body gasket. Called and talked to AJ about it and he said the most they d do is refund $60 even though I paid $225 for labor plus $300 in parts. Then proceeded to text me after not even wanting to do $60 refund that he mad over half a million last year . There supposed to help the low income community but they just want to rip you off and don t pay attention to their work trying to collect money. I ll be trying to figure out how to make a complaint w BBB

I asked Ajan to look at my car and repair the shaking issues I had. He assumed it would be the rotors and he replaced them. He also assumed it would be a sensor. I asked him to ensure he looked at ALL the problems it could be and not just a quick fix My car made it back to Wheatland and the check engine light came on I called and asked him what happened - Ajan requested to see the car just for me to drive it back in the poor condition it was in and tell me he and his team don t work on hybrid vehicles because they re too difficult. I messaged Ajan asking why he worked on the vehicle knowing he couldn t fix it in its entirety.. he blocked me from Facebook and his phone as well after asking for my money back.Comes to find out my ENGINE needs to be worked on nothing else nothing more. Conned out of money from a so called business man. Waiting for him to give us our money back and be truthful.

Best mechanics in the world. Helped me out. Waited for me to drive and gave me directions on the phone and helped me effortlessly and kindly and were nice and attentive. This place is like no other. They are real people who care ! They don't try to rip you off because ur a woman!

Very poor service.i took my Durango there for a transmission service an got it back w the pan leaking had taking it back 2 times. so far so good. but they are not thorough or detailed about putting on new parts or showing you the old parts.

These guys are life savers! A few months ago I brought in my Honda Civic for damage my insurance didn t cover. I was struggling to find affordable shop but they took amazing care of me and got me back on the road in no time. Can t thank them enough!!

The Fix it Spot is a Amazing Auto shop I was able to get My Car Towed there they Fixed it in the same day and put new brakes and Rotors on for me as well I Highly recommend them for your go to Car Fixes .

Great little repair shop! They did quality work and they did it fast. They got me in on a weekend to diagnose my problem when no one else in the Yuba-Sutter area would. The figured out the problem fast. It required a lot of hours of work, but they had it fixed only a couple days later. Their repair prices are more than fair! I will be using this shop from here on out!

This is the only income based auto repair shop I've ever seen. I don't know how they do it. I brought my daughter's car here to be fixed. Two years ago I took my car to a different place for the same problem and it cost less than a third here than what I paid for mine. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I'm bringing my own car here for it's next repair

Fixed my head gasket leak among other things for just a few hundred and returned my car in under 2 hours! Could have cost over a thousand, what a blessing! Thanks for everything, you are appreciated!

This is the place that will fix it! And it's definitely the spot I'll take my vehicle in the future. Very empathetic staff that worked on the issue until it was completely resolved! We thought we'd be stuck a hundred miles from home but we're back on the road n just a few hours. Great people serving the community!

Everywhere I went quoted me over $2,200 fix it spot quoted me $1,100 for what I need done (my engine has to be dropped, needs quite a bit of work) I told them how much I had that day, they told me what they could fix with that, then when my vehicle was ready they let me know it didn t need a part that another place told me it needed. Very honest and not going to replace something that isn t broken. They have very comfortable couches if you need to wait for your vehicle. I definitely recommend them if you need vehicle repair. I told my friend about them she went and was almost in tears how much they blessed her.

I don't usually go bad from the start, but these guys are a joke. So I called the guy and told him what my problem was and of course I had to bring it in, $130 tow from my house. He had it for 30 minutes then called me back said car was fine I just had to jiggle the keys. So I got my car and it worked 3 times, me to get home and twice more for my wife to go to work and back. Then same issue, turns out all he did was spray wd40 in my ignition. So I had to order the part I needed $157. Then have it towed back to the mechanic $130 again. This time he called an hour later and I think he said he put the part in but now my starter was out and get this guys "I don't want to work on your car anymore". All because I started asking questions like why didn't he find out about the starter the first time he had my car. In the end he did have it towed on his dime to the dealership which is where I should have taken it to begin with(don't tell my wife she was right). Some people say he's a great guy, good service and all that but that's not what I got. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone but who knows, you might have a better experience than me. I've said enough

I took my car in because I was making transmission fluid. He couldnt seevwhere it was leaking so he tightened everything up and told me to just bring him a coffee if it fixed the problem. Very honest, sweet atmosphere.

It was awful. This guy has a sign that promotes, "low income car repair for the community!" I'm a single mom of 5. He told me one price. Never called or text to say there was a difference. Originally told me it was a quick fix. Then when I asked why the price change he said it was alot of work. I picked up my car. He was mad about my questions.I paid him. He said he would never work on my car again. And my check engine light is still on and my car keeps cutting off. He has fixed another one of my coworkers car numerous of times. She's a single mom too..only difference is the color of her skin. I hope he's not racist. It's bad enough to rip off a single mother.

Stopped by today to have my radio pulled out to get the serial number. They took me in on the spot, 30 mins later it was working. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me out, I hope you enjoyed your favorite drink . Will be using this shop in the future and recommend it to everyone around the area!!!
