Our insurance sent us to another shop and they were really rude and unprofessional. I knew I had the right in California to go to the shop of my choice, so I took my estimate to Johnny at the Body Shop of YC. Right from the beginning he was super easy to deal with and kept me informed. Since it was during the holidays, I knew that there would be a delay on the parts but he gave me a date and was ready as promised. Our car was only in the shop for 3.5 days and they did excellent work. I highly recommend.

5/5 Highly recommend.The end result: 5/5. Wish I could give more stars. My work truck was hit and you can t even tell. The work and paint job they did is perfect.Communication: 5/5. Gave me a great overview of how the process would go (which was spot on). Kept me informed. Answered questions fully and in a way I could understand.Customer service: 5/5 This place is what we all want out of customer service. I ended up talking to a few guys from the shop about a separate issue. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and had that can do attitude.I asked my mechanic of 22 years, If you were in a accident and needed to get your truck fixed, where would you go? He said this place. 100% right. Now I have even more faith in my mechanic, and a place to take my car in any future accident.

Over the years our family has had to take our cars to a body shop for whatever reason. It s very hard to find a shop that checks all the boxes when it comes to quality, experience, professionalism & customer service. Johnny and his crew at The Body Shop exceeded all of our expectations and always kept us in the loop when they had our vehicles. So if you are ever in need of a high quality body shop that will always go out of there way to make sure you go home happy than call Johnny and he will definitely take care of you. Thanks again Johnny for going above and beyond, as usual!

The owner and staff at the body shop are extremely good people. They understand your financial concerns and go above and beyond to find a solution that works best for you. I walked in with an issue on my van and the owner helped me himself and went the extra mile for me. I rarely write review but I want other people to be able to receive this type of service instead of taken advantage by someone else!

Updated:Our vehicle is equipped with multiple sensors and safety features. Due to the debris that hit the front end, it caused intermittent issues with our front sensors that we didn t realize when we initially took it in and picked it up. Johnny quickly figured it out and he contacted the insurance company and reopened the claim. He said, don t stress, I got this! He got the parts and work approved saving us ! His expertise and knowledge of vehicles and insurance coverage, and his ability to work seamlessly with our insurance company, really saved the day and our money! Just one of the hundreds of other reasons using this shop is going to be the best choice. The dedication and commitment to the customers and job well done, is exemplary!Thanks Johnny! -As always, Johnny and his team do a stellar job with hardly any downtime. Always our first choice for our auto body repairs. Put her back together like new! Hands down best customer service ever Johnny handled everything with the insurance company, and all I had to do was hand my keys over and not worry about it.Even if you re not local, make the drive. Excellent customer service. Way beyond what I expected. Johnny is super great. His staff did a great job on my Toyota Yaris. I highly recommend that you bring your fender benders to this body shop. You will not be disappointed. Customer service and satisfaction is the number one priority with Johnny and his staff, along with excellent price quotes. The best body shop around! They re so kind, incredibly hard workers and don t charge you an arm and a leg. All my family goes here and I recommend them to all my friends. 100% the best place in Yuba City to get your car fixed. They re honest and don t try to make you buy more than you need.

10 out of 10 recommend! Came in today without an appointment because I had a trim piece coming off the exterior of my vehicle. Johnny went outside to take a look and had me pull over to their bay door and replaced it with a new clip right on the spot free of charge. He has always gone above and beyond for me. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here for any repairs.

You will not find a better body shop! Kind, efficient and honest. I stopped in to make an appointment for my sons old car that had the bumper ripped off. John took the time to explain everything, then fixed it and had me on my way. Wouldn t even take money for the job. Go to the body shop, show up a stranger and leave a friend for life.

The owner Curt is amazing! He and his team are so supportive! I had an emergency, the guys were so busy already, but they took my car in, looked at the it and offered the best for me options to fix it. They did a great job and were very fair. I am super happy, definitely will be back when need it. I strongly recommend the body shop who wants quality work, fair prices and friendly service!

I've gone to this body shop several times before and I always get amazing service! This time around they went above and beyond to help me out. My claim adjuster took over 3 weeks to approve my car for repairs and Kurt kept calling and bugging them to approve the estimate even went out of his way to call my insurance agent, Dan Gaines, to help speed up the process. Kurt was always communicating with me and giving me all the info he could. I appreciate all the help their team gave me and my family. Thank you again for all your hard work!

I was pleased with how personable Johnny and his crew were and their quality of work.They got my car done without me having to do much of anything. Having a car in the shop is stressful, but they way Johnny handled it, took a lot of the stress out of it. My only complaint was The Body Shop s communication with me. They did an outstanding job of keeping my insurance company and rental car company informed of their progress, but not me. My car was done for two days before I heard from The Body Shop. Normally this would warrant a much lower star rating, but given the current conditions, I feel its only fair to be a little more understanding. Overall, great job, just need to make sure customer is a little better informed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Johnny and everyone else at The Body Shop were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I chose The Body Shop because of all the awesome reviews they have and trust me when I say every single one of those positive reviews are spot on. They do very thorough and high quality work. My truck looked as good as new. Everyone at The Body Shop went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed properly and that I was fully taken care of. If I ever need another vehicle repaired or someone asks me for a recommendation I know for a fact that it s going to be to The Body Shop.

We just picked up our delivery van from the Body Shop. Another great job. We know we can trust Johnny and all the guys there to take great care of us. They are honest and charge fair prices. They promised to have our van back in 8 days, but had it back in 3, and it looks gorgeous! We have taken both our personal and work vehicles to the Body Shop and it has been a great experience every time. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am a service advisor at a different shop in a different town. I've been in the business for 20+ years and know how important it is to gain a customer's trust. Johnny had a customer of his come to my shop for some additional repairs needed. The transaction was smooth as silk and he put so much emphasis around how important it was that himself and I together provide a great customer experience for his client. I havent met Johnny but over the phone and via email I can tell you he is a stand up guy. This guy really takes pride in taking care of his customers. Highly recommend!
