This has taken me a while to post and get to This has got to have been by far one of the best experiences when it comes to customer service as well as being as efficient as he was. I called in a day prior to find out quotes and pricing and Marcus was able to schedule in appointment for me the following day. The original plan was to bring in my car, but when asking if it was okay, I was then able to bring in my moms Tahoe. My car was done within under 40 minutes and the same goes for my moms Tahoe, we dropped off the cars around 10 and had both cars home before noon. The tint is ABSOLUTELY amazing. It is hard to find someone to tint windows at a decent price and he is BEYOND the best when it comes to pricing. Affordable and the tint job has been one of the best I have seen.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Honest professional business with a key eye for detail. Marcos is great to work with, the price was less than quoted and by far more reasonable than other local shops. The guy who tinted my windows was a cool and nice guy. However he tinted my BMW and messed up a few times which he made right by redoing the windows. He also said there is a lifetime warranty on the tint. 1 month later my window film is peeling after having been redone 2-3 times due to poor application. It has since been 5 months I ve been trying to reach him and he ignores me. The quality of the tint is not the best either. Honestly dissapointed that I gave this guy a shot and paid 400$ for ceramic premium tint only to get this service.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Fast. Unique. Courteous. Price Efficient. Stayed in contact the entire time they had my car. The thing that stood out to me was even though I ran a little behind on my scheduled appointment due to construction, they remained professional and took my keys with a smile. I would definitely recommend going to these guys for all your tinting needs!!!

This guy cancelled on us twice two weekends in a row. First time we show all the way to his house mind you it s half an hour away. Never opened the door, had us waiting for a while only to text back he was canceling. Today we text him we ll be there in 10 minutes for our 10am appointment and he cancelled AGAIN! We had to reach out to him. So we would have showed up all the way there again only for him to say he wasn t gonna do it?! He never had the courtesy or decency to reach out to us. We planned both our weekends around this knowing the car would be there several hours. Don t waste your time with him!

I rarely leave bad reviews but I ve never experienced such disregard for customer s time. Canceled on me twice with no prior notice. I understand that unforeseen events happen but when you no-show to your own appointments and lack common courtesy to call me in advance: Unacceptable! There s other window tinting businesses out there that do great work, communicate well and come through on their commitments. Unfortunately Tena s isn t one of them.

I was very appreciative of the high quality and professionalism I experienced at Tena's Window Tinting. My wife's Honda Accord needed a rear window tinted to match the factory tint and they knocked it out quickly and inexpensively. If I can give NEGATIVE stars I would. Very unprofessional. Gave me a quote, made an appointment, when I showed up to the location not listed online, i called and my number was blocked. I called 2 days later off a different number and was hung up on. Would NOT reccomend this guy. Poor service and a waste of time.

I went in they give me a good price and they tinted my windows all side and rear very kind but they left alot of bubbles all over my windows and I tell them and they said to leave in in the sun its almost a year now and still the same problem and I haven't gotten mu issue fix and they never give me a receipt either so I'm not satisfy with the work
